PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan PT Pertamina (Persero), perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang bisnis kilang dan petrokimia. PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan bertindak sebagai pengelola kilang hasil Proyek Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) Balikpapan sekaligus menjadi sarana Pertamina bekerja sama dengan partner untuk berinvestasi pada Proyek RDMP Balikpapan. PT Pertamina (Persero) untuk melaksanakan proses bisnisnya yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia sangatlah dibutuhkan yakni dengan menerapkan sistem rekrutmen online berbasis website. Peningkatan efisiensi didapatkan dari sistem yang berjalan tanpa kendala, adapun kelemahan (vulnerabilities) pada sebuah sistem akan menimbulkan ancaman (threats) yang besar bagi perusahaan, maka manajemen risiko teknologi informasi pada penerapan sistem E-Recruitment perlu dilakukan dengan mengacu pada ISO 31000:2018 serta penilaian risiko untuk mendapatkan Risk Priority Number (RPN) .. Risiko yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 3 jenis potensial risiko dan 28 atribut risiko, setelah dilakukan penilaian risiko maka didapatkan hasil bahwa 7 atribut risiko memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam proses penerapan sistem agar dapat berjalan dengan baik untuk kedepannya.

Pengelolaan sumber air di desa Sumberdodol Magetan merupakan salah satu badan usaha milik Desa Sumberdodol operasional pengelolaan sumber air bersih bagi warga Sumberdodol Magetan. Namun dalam operasional pengelolaan sumber air didesa belum memiliki sistem manajemen risiko sehingga berdampak pada kelangsungan penyaluran air ke pemukiman warga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko, analisis risiko dan evaluasi risiko agar dapat dilakukan pencegahan dan penanggulangan dampak risiko pada setiap bagian di pengelolaan sumber air didesa Sumberdodol dengan menggunakan sistem manajemen risiko berstandar ISO 31000. Tahapan manajemen risiko mengacu pada ISO 31000 dimulai dari identifikasi risiko dengan metode Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), analisis risiko dengan menggunakan matriks kuantifikasi risiko dan Risk Priority Number (RPN), serta evaluasi risiko dengan menggunakan peta risiko (risk map), risk mitigation strategy loggof ed in green, yellow, and red zone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pengelolaan sumber air Sumberdodol memiliki 18 peristiwa risiko yang terdiri dari 2 variabel yaitu keuangan dan operasional Kata Kunci : pengelolaan sumber air Sumberdodol , Manajemen Risiko

Increasing the efficiency of time and human resources in the process of recruiting PT. Pertamina (Persero) to carry out its business processes that are spread throughout Indonesia is very much needed by implementing a website-based online recruitment system. Increased efficiency is obtained from a system that runs without constraints, while the weaknesses (vulnerabilities) in a system will cause great threats to the company, then the risk management of information technology on the application of the E-Recruitment system needs to be done by referring to ISO 31000: 2018 and risk assessment to get a Risk Priority Number (RPN), which is the priority of risk treatment for each risk attribute using the FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) method based on ISO 31010: 2009 with the aim of knowing and assessing how much the threats and risks in an information system can become consideration of company stakeholders in implementing the system. Risks obtained in this study are 3 types of potential risks and 28 risk attributes, after a risk assessment has been obtained, the results are obtained that 7 risk attributes require special attention in the process of implementing the system so that it can run well in the future.


The main principle of the strategy for the complex improvement of the functioning of northern cities in winter, including their infrastructure development, is a comprehensive solution of the problem of industrial-scale snow-mass collection, removal and utilization at different areas of urban roadway networks. For its implementation in the capital of Russia, “MosvodokanalNIIproject” JSC developed in 2002 the Snow Removal Master Plan for the city of Moscow. The meteorological conditions in the city, which have changed considerably in the recent years, including the changes in the snow-cover depth and in the road-surface areas to be cleaned, as well as emerging of new technologies for the cleaning of urban streets, yards and sidewalks and some new types of deicing agents, resulted in the necessity to update the above-mentioned Snow Removal Master Plan developed for the city of Moscow. Efficient application of deicing agents is of special importance for its updating in the context of the environmental safety of the city in a winter period. The article considers the results of the implementation of the updated Snow Removal Master Plan and contains some proposals concerning snow removal under the conditions of extreme snowfalls.

All management standards have requirements for different aspects of improvements on the personal level, family level, company level, in business and life. What is about national level and country level? Is it possible for today’s generations to learn history of nations and of civilizations? If it is — ok, let’s apply it on actual time and people to have less problems and difficulties — especially if is actual in field of risk management. Majority of people are occupied by today’s problems. They don’t consider past and future challenges. People from each country strive for better quality, better and cleaner environment, higher safety etc. historically and today. But could we remember: How did Genghis Khan conquer many regions and how was he defeated? How did Mayas and Aztecs die out? How were Native Americans in North America drastically reduced in numbers? How did the Roman Imperium vanish? How was the Ottoman Imperium established and how it vanished? How many people were killed in the wars in XX century, etc? In all these catastrophic changes risks were not considered in an adequate way. Requirements of risk management — Principles and guidelines — ISO 31000:2009 are very consultative. They could be used on country level, national level, regional level, continental and intercontinental level.

The Financial Master Plan (2001- 2010) aims to enhance the capacity of banking industry so that higher effic iency and productivity can be reaped in the future. This study seeks to determine the impact of merger on the efficiency and productivity ofcommercial banks in Malaysia for the period 1995 until 2005. The study uses a non-parametric approach, nam ely DEA (data envelopment analysis?) to estimate the efficiency scores and to construct the Malmquist productivity index. To enable this estimation, three bank inputs and outputs are used. Amongst the findings are those banks exhibit higher efficiency score after the merger and thefo reign banks are more efficient than the local banks. Productivity of the banks is calculated in both periods, before and after the merger: The results show that, it is the local banks that have improved the most after the merger. The main source of productivity is technical change or innovation. The findings support the existing policy of having larger domestic banks in term of size.

Abstract Every port in Indonesia must have a Port Master Plan that contains an integrated port development plan. This study discusses one important aspect in the preparation of the Port Master Plan, namely the projected movement of goods and passengers, which can be used as a reference in determining the need for facilities at each stage of port development. The case study was conducted at a port located in a district in Maluku Province and aims to evaluate the analysis of projected demand for goods and passengers occurring at the port. The projection method used is time series and econometric projection. The projection results are then compared with the existing data in 2018. The results of this study show that the econometric projection gives adequate results in predicting loading and unloading activities as well as the number of passenger arrival and departure in 2018. This is indicated by the difference in the percentage of projection results towards the existing data, which is smaller than 10%. Whereas for loading and unloading activities, time series projections with logarithmic trends give better results than econometric projections. Keywords: port, port master plan, port development, unloading activities  Abstrak Setiap pelabuhan di Indonesia harus memiliki sebuah Rencana Induk Pelabuhan yang memuat rencana pengem-bangan pelabuhan secara terpadu. Studi ini membahas salah satu aspek penting dalam penyusunan Rencana Induk Pelabuhan, yaitu proyeksi pergerakan barang dan penumpang, yang dapat dipakai sebagai acuan dalam penentuan kebutuhan fasilitas di setiap tahap pengembangan pelabuhan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada sebuah pelabuhan yang terletak di sebuah kabupaten di Provinsi Maluku dan bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi ter-hadap analisis proyeksi demand barang dan penumpang yang terjadi di pelabuhan tersebut. Metode proyeksi yang dipakai adalah proyeksi deret waktu dan ekonometrik. Hasil proyeksi selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan data eksisting tahun 2018. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa proyeksi ekonometrik memberikan hasil yang cukup baik dalam memprediksi aktivitas bongkar barang serta jumlah penumpang naik dan turun di tahun 2018. Hal ini diindikasikan dengan selisih persentase hasil proyeksi terhadap data eksisting yang lebih kecil dari 10%. Sedangkan untuk aktivitas muat barang, proyeksi deret waktu dengan tren logaritmik memberikan hasil yang lebih baik daripada proyeksi ekonometrik. Kata-kata kunci: pelabuhan, rencana induk pelabuhan, pengembangan pelauhan, aktivitas bongkar barang

The relevance of creating integrated management systems for enterprises in a digital transformation environment is proved. New approaches to improving the management system in accordance with the new European excellence model (EFQM 2020) and international standards for achieving sustainable success and risk management are described. Approach to the development of integrated management system model based on the new EFQM 2020 model and international standards such as ISO 9004:2018 and ISO 31000:2018 is offered.
