The paper deals with the religious aspect of the Iraqi conflict, exploring chiefly the dynamics of the conflict between the country’s Sunni and Shia communities. Should the conflict between the Sunni and Shia of Iraq be religiously motivated, we will find several characteristics, that would clearly demonstrate the religious or sectarian dimension of the conflict. The paper uses the methods of analysis, synthesis as well as the descriptive method. We have found that the conflict between the Shia and the Sunni has been purposefully escalated, firstly by Nouri al-Maliki (whose sectarian politics alienated the Sunni Arabs) and ISIS (which was even criticized by al-Qaeda for being too brutal against the Shia). Further we found that the Iraqi army under Shia command lacked motivation to defend Sunni areas from ISIS. Lastly, it was the PMF militias, forming after a fatwa by a Shia cleric, and bearing references to Shia symbolism in the names of their units. We conclude, that at the current phase, the conflict in Iraq has a strong sectarian dimension, while lacking a coherent Iraqi identity.

Everyone can comment on life and death as the saying written by Goerge Arnold, but that does not mean that everyone can comment on living people being invited to be killed. A person's death is not a human right to determine it but God, the Creator and Protector of the whole nature, including humans who have been planned in the line of life and death. Therefore, when euthanasia arises between the medical and legal circles, then this is not something that can be forced to exist, especially as long as it is discussed without having a strong and clear basis. The author will explain what is Euthanasia? The question of Euthanasia's historical problems, the pros and cons of euthanasia, and Euthanasia's theological criticism. The author uses a descriptive method of literature and gets research results as follows: Viewed from the aspect of human rights is a moral breakdown that needs to be evaluated again whether euthanasia is in accordance with human rights values ​​because human rights values ​​essentially deny the existence of euthanasia. Also seen from the religious aspect, euthanasia is never justified. Law 6: "Do not kill" can not be laughed anymore means that refusing euthanasia.

The urgency of the research is determined by the rapid development of publishing activity, which is accompanied by the growth of competition, the emergence of a large range of products, the possibility of a wide choice for the consumer. The publishers need to make every effort to remain recognizable, interesting for their consumer, capable of holding and multiplying the audience. The publishing company brand plays the significant role in this process. The scientific article considers and analyzes the use of communication tools used in building “Osnovy” Publishing Company brand. This is the objective of the study, for which the following tasks are defined: 1) to determine the communication tools for building the brand of publishing company; 2) to analyze the feasibility of using communication tools. During the study, we used the following methods of scientific knowledge: descriptive method, methods of analysis, generalization and forecasting. As a result of research on building “Osnovy” Publishing Company brand, the prospects for its development are determined.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of drama-a popular literary and theatrical genre. Special attention is paid to the ambiguity of the term “drama” and the originality of the genre of stage works defined by it. It is noted that the leading feature of the drama is its syncretic character, which requires more detailed study. This paper will examine the thoughts of Abdurrahman Mas'ud on Nondikotomik Educational Format (Humanism Religious as Paradigm of Islamic Education). Mas'ud argues, there is no separation between religious science and general science. Mas'udseems to want to compromise the general assumption between Western education which is more concerned with the knowledge aspect with Eastern education emphasizing more on the Religious aspect. The educational goal according to Abdurrahman Mas'ud is the connection between man and his God (Hablum Minallah) and between man and man (Hablum Minannas). Ultimately, education aims to enable students to become human beings, which is perfect in the eyes of human civilization and perfect in the standard of religion. Furthermore, Mas'ud is in line with the concept of religious humanism that is applied in Islamic education by emphasizing on the aspects of teachers, aspects of methods, aspects of pupils, material aspects, and evaluation aspects.

The purpose of this research is to know about working capital management applied, and its influence on profitability and risk. The research object is trading company moves in import & distribute chemical raw material. The research used analysis descriptive method, and the hypothesis was testing by simple linier regression, correlation, and determination. The result of the research shows that the effect of the implementation of working capital management on the change of the net working capital with tend to rise has a profitability level of 10.4% lower than the net working capital change with tend to go down of 46%, but instead on the risk level, the net working capital change with tend to rise has a risk level of 43.8% higher than the change in net working capital with tend to go down of 0.3%.Based on  t test, the result shows that the net working capital change influence  is not significant  to profitability and risk.
