The thermal conductivity mechanism of aluminum alloy is introduced briefly. And the factors influencing the thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is summarized. The measures such as controlling composition, adding rare earth, technology for heating processing to improve the thermal conductivity of the aluminum alloy are analyzed. Research status of the thermal conductivity mechanism of aluminum alloy in domestic and overseas are summarized. The developing situation and future development prospects were given as well.

This article describes the results of the development of a high thermal conductivity carbon fiber reinforced polymer based on carbon fiber from pitch and an ENPB matrix modified with a carbon powder of high thermal conductivity. Data of the technological scheme of production and the results of determining the physicomechanical and thermophysical characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced polymer are presented.
