The study of the logistics system mode based on the city construction is mainly according to the concrete characteristics of the logistics operation, to sum up the characteristics of the logistics system in the area of the set of the logistics information system, which aims to design a reasonable response model framework of the logistics system. This research is mainly based on the research on the GPS system, and deepening the logistics information system is to design and construct the function combination of the countermeasures of the logistics information technology, which is to design a complete system framework of the working state. In addition to the related GIS technology, and the implementation of the monitoring and the control of the logistics information system, and the implementation of the navigation guidance in a reasonable range, provide the reference for the construction plan of the whole system, which lays a theoretical foundation for the healthy and effective operation of the countermeasures of the logistics information technology.

The IT function became the backbone of the company and the central driving force of the entire operations of an organization. Modern electronic commerce is very dependent on the quality of information system supported with information technology. Safety aspects of business and electronic transactions transfer (Internet-supported), particularly in the banking sector, require a more complex audit of the organization, both financial and the information system audit. This paper presents the basic and in practice most frequently applied standards and guidelines for checking of security controls in information systems. The work presents the COBIT and ITIL as the two most prevalent methodologies for quality audit of information systems with the presentation of two ISO 27000 series of standards on information security.

________ The essay summarizes the results of a survey carried out by Corvinus University of Budapest, Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Aim of the survey was to analyze and describe the actual Hungarian company practice regarding the IT support of logistics – and particularly distribution – processes, and the plans to develop it within the next 2-3 years. Survey has systematically overviewed all fields of logistics information system, analyzed the prevalence of different identification techniques and systems. Generally the authors appoint that logistics information systems applied by Hungarian companies are on satisfactory level; however it is important to tell that SME companies are in huge lag. This means that improving logistics information system hides the possibility of considerable performance development.

This article aims to elaborate a continuous improvement in the logistics and production process of an electronics company, through the implementation of IT focused on customer service within the deadlines. The case study proposal was based on the problems faced by the company in question, such as: lack of stock accuracy that directly impacts material separation due to the delay in systemic balance adjustments, BOM impressions for material separation in excess, late orders, among others. The main objective was to highlight the importance of information technology in the logistics area for the production process. As specific objectives we sought to analyze the importance of information technology for the production process; verify the advantages of an information system in the logistics area; analyze the results of the implementation of a logistics information system for the production process. The methodology used was descriptive research, where visits were made in an electronics company located in the city of Manaus. As expected results, the importance of information technology within the production process reduces errors and increases the quality of production.
