The IT function became the backbone of the company and the central driving force of the entire operations of an organization. Modern electronic commerce is very dependent on the quality of information system supported with information technology. Safety aspects of business and electronic transactions transfer (Internet-supported), particularly in the banking sector, require a more complex audit of the organization, both financial and the information system audit. This paper presents the basic and in practice most frequently applied standards and guidelines for checking of security controls in information systems. The work presents the COBIT and ITIL as the two most prevalent methodologies for quality audit of information systems with the presentation of two ISO 27000 series of standards on information security.

The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff  collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

This  study  aims  to  test  and  analyze  influence  the  use  of  information systems accounting, quality of information systems accounting security system accounting information and supporting facilities information systems accounting on  performance employees  of PT.KMA Solo. Analysis  of the data used  was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi. An analysis of the data used was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi.uji test a hypothesis that is used is linear regression analysis worship of idols, partial test (t) test, as well as a test of the coefficients determinan (R2). Based on the results of data analysis prove that; the utilization of accounting information system have positive and significant of the performance of employees of PT .KMA Solo;  the quality of information system accounting have positive and significant of the performance of employees of PT .KMA Solo;   security accounting information system influential positive and significant on performance employees of PT.KMA Solo;  means of support information   systems   accounting   influential   positive   and   significant   on performance employees of PT.KMA Solo.Test R2 shows that variable the use of accounting information system, the quality of information systems accounting, the security system information accounting and means of support information system can explain on variables the employee performance the remaining influenced by other variables that are not using in the study.Keyword : Use Of Accounting Information System, Quality Of Information Systems Accounting, Security Accounting Information System, Supporting Facilities Accounting Information System, Job Performance

The role of information systems and information technology is indispensable in a variety of fields of work and human resources required to have good quality so it could use the technology appropriately. The library is space that contained a lot of catalogs needed for learning and teachingas media seek knowledge and insight for students and lecturer, then the required information system that can hold all the information about then added data quickly and accurately. Therefore, the library shoidbeable to capitaliz on the presence of information technology to improve the quality of its services. It takes a strategic planning of information systems/information technology that isusedas the basis for the construction of an idea information system and in accordance with user needs.Strategic planning of information systems at the Library STMIK Palangka Raya using the methodology Wardand Peppard (Ward, 2002). With the strategic planning of the library can analyze and evaluate theexisting potential of the entire surroundings of the library in order to develop them selves in accordance with the progress of informationand communication technology as well as libraries have a guide in theform of strategies that should be run in the field of informationtechnolog y to improve its performance.It has a good performance of the library will be able to provide acompetitive advantage for the Organization so that it can continue tocompete in today's global era.

Abstract. Library has one of important resources to obtain information for research needs. The quality of a library information system needs to improve promptly because the information is needed quickly and accurately. In order to present library catalogue data that can be integrated with all central and local libraries, the library information system of Research and Development of the Human Resources Agency of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Balitbang SDM Kominfo) needs to be well developed. The aim of this research is to design a prototype of library information system in order to present library data from central and local libraries accurately. Simulation tests are performed in eight research centers in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. The test is performed to analyze the perception of the users about the effectiveness of the system. The results show that the central library and information systems have good quality. Keywords: central library, local library, prototype, information system Abstrak. Perpustakaan merupakan sarana untuk mendapatkan literasi informasi melalui hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Peningkatan kualitas layanan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang tersaji dengan cepat, akurat dan aktual mutlak diperlukan. Untuk itu dipandang perlu suatu perbaikan sistem perpustakaan Balitbang SDM Kominfo agar dapat menyajikan data perpustakaan yang dapat terintegrasi antara perpustakaan pusat dan perpustakaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe suatu sistem informasi perpustakaan pusat dan daerah agar data perpustakaan pusat dan daerah dapat tersaji dengan cepat dan akurat. Pengujian dilakukan dengan simulasi sistem di delapan balai Kominfo. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi administrator pusat dan administrator daerah mengenai efektivitas sistem. Patient care in the registration section of the hospital is a very important activity, because there is a recording of patient data that will be used by other health workers in providing further health care. The use of information technology in the registration section can increase work effectiveness and efficiency and produce accurate information. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the benefits of using information technology in the registration section. This study aims to examine the relationship between the quality of information systems, the ability of officers and the performance of information users at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang, Indonesia. The research was conducted with survey method and data analysis using a quantitative approach. From the research results, it was found that the quality of information systems did not affect the benefits of using information technology. Meanwhile, the ability and performance of officers affect the benefits of using information technology. It is suggested that the scope of the use of information technology in the medical records section be increased. It is necessary to increase the ability of officers in the use of information technology by holding training or workshops.

Measurement of the quality of information systems is necessary to evaluate the satisfaction of users of the system as a consideration for companies to develop the information system. This research aims to apply and test the Service Quality method to measure the level of user satisfaction with the Indihome Dunsanak Information System Provisioning Monitor (SIMIDUN) to serve as a benchmark for system developers to develop Indihome Dunsanak's Information System Provisioning Minitor. The data used in this study is data about the details of items or indicators contained in the application to be evaluated, by distributing questionnaires to system users. Data processing is done using the Service Quality method, then the data is processed by calculating the perception value and the expected value based on the questionnaire that has been distributed then calculating the gap score to make a cartesian diagram. The results obtained in the evaluation of user satisfaction information system provisioning indihome dunsanak based on Distribution and Percentage of User Perceptions of the information system that 38.47% of SIMIDUN Information System users are satisfied with the performance of the system and only 18.47% of users assess the performance of the SIMIDUN Information System very much. satisfactory, based on the data obtained that the average servqual score is -0.97 means that the score gap between user expectations and what the user feels is negative. This means that the average expectation of new users is fulfilled by SIMIDUN Information System with a score of 0,97.

Abstract: Sulaman Mayang's Industry has implemented a desktop-based system in data processing, a one-way system involving only one actor/user of the system. So that in use there are some new problems that have arisen that affect the performance of services to customers. This study aims to analyze and test the quality of the Mayan embroidery information system using the McCall method. Analysis is carried out on several aspects of the product operation including the quality factors of correctness (truth), reliability (reliability), efficiency (efficiency), integrity (integrity) and usability (usability). Data was collected through questionnaires from 38 respondents involving workers/employees and customers. The results showed that overall the quality of the Sulaman Mayang  information system was at the level of 76% (the quality of the information system was good according to the scale interpretation of the percentage of quality factors). Thus the quality of Mayang embroidery information systems needs to be improved in accordance with recommendations which are improvements to the quality of Mayan embroidery information systems.            Keywords: McCall Method; Sulaman Mayang; the quality of information system.  Abstrak: Industri Sulaman mayang sejauh ini menerapkan sistem berbasiskan dekstop dalam pengolahan data, sistem yang digunakan satu arah hanya melibatkan satu aktor/pengguna sistem saja. Sehingga dalam penggunaan ada beberapa persoalan baru yang bermunculan yang mempengaruhi kinerja layanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menguji kualitas sitem informasi sulaman mayang dengan meggunakan metode McCall. Analisa dilakukan terhadap beberapa aspek dalam product operation diantaranya faktor kualitas correctness (kebenaran), reliability (keandalan), effisiensy (efisien), integrity (integritas) dan usability (kegunaan). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuosioner dari 38 responden yang melibatkan pekerja/karyawan dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang berada pada level 76% (kualitas sistem informasi tersebut baik menurut skala penafsiran persentase faktor kualitas). Dengan demikian kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang perlu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang merupakan perbaikan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang. Kata kunci: kualitas sistem informasi; metode McCall; Sulaman Mayang

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the realization of Good University Governance in financial information governance at the University of Indonesia. The variables used in this study are transformational leadership, system quality, information quality, service quality, individual impact, and information system user satisfaction. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. Data obtained from 94 users of financial information systems were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial-least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and service quality have a positive effect on Good University Governance. The quality of the system and the quality of information have a positive effect on the impact of individuals, and the quality of information and the quality of service affect the satisfaction of users of financial information systems. Good University Governance can be realized by integrating the vision and mission of the organization and its leaders, human resources, and quality infrastructure. Another important thing is the monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation of these three aspects according to the needs and current developments.

Application of Information Systems becomes an absolute necessity and can provide a competitive advantage, thus becoming the highest priorities. Assessment Information System is a system studied its impact on user satisfaction in the neighborhood of Al-Huda School. In this study tested the effect of the quality of information systems against user satisfaction using the basic method of success DeLone and McLean. This study uses a quantitative approach to mapping the characteristics of the data by means of descriptive statistics. The results showed that the Quality System (X1) and quality information (X2) effect either jointly against user satisfaction (Y) Information System Assessment. T significant value to the quality of the system is smaller than the specified α (α = 0.05) is 0.000. In addition, the results of this test also showed the value of t is greater than t table (2.871> 1.686) for the quality of the information system, Based on the test results it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Significance for 0,000 t of quality information. So the probability value 0.00 <0.005 and t value greater than t table (2.973> 1.686), so it can be decided that H1 is accepted. This means that the quality of information has positive influence on user satisfaction, the results of the study also concluded that the quality of the information system has a dominant influence on user satisfaction.
