5G communication system is rapidly taking shape and for many organizations, including administrations, it is important to be aware of developments in this regard. At this stage, it is essential to know about 5G use cases and possible key technologies. This paper describes several anticipated 5G use cases across a handful of different sectors. It is important to remember that these comprise only a subset of possible use cases and these are all still new. As-yet more new use cases are expected to emerge and the need to prepare their adaption in 5G and beyond. From wireless transmission, wireless access and network perspectives, the possible key technologies of 5G, including Massive Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO), Beam-forming, Device-to-Device communication system (D2D), non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), Full duplex, Small cells, cognitive radio(CR), etc. and their latest progress are presented comprehensively and thoroughly. Each has enormous advantages but also limitations. The Full duplex which will help to double the capacity of the channel compared to the Half-duplex technology of 4G and Small cells combined with millimeter waves to have a wide bandwidth. These Small-Cells are essential for energy reduction and also for improving latency. But these Small-Cells require the use of intelligent antennas, that is to say, the diagrams of which are directive and reconfigurable at the request of the user Future research challenges regarding 5G and beyond wireless communication are also discussed.

MIMO radar (Multiple input multiple output radar) is a hot topic which gets lots of attention from researchers all around the world recently. It can achieve better detection performance than conventional phased radar. In this paper, the MIMO radar signal model is studied, and then the concept of MIMO radar is applied into SAR. The technique is employed to detect the oil spill in sea. At last, some conclusion is drawn. And some item for future research in presented also.

Abstract Sparse code multiple access (SCMA) is one of the promising implementations of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) methods. SCMA provides high spectral efficiency and a large number of network resources. We describe a communication system with SCMA, space-time block coding (STBC), multiple input multiple output (MIMO) technology, and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM). The architecture of such systems, including algorithms of formation and processing of signals is considered. A method for adapting signals to the state of the spatial channel transmission based on information about the matrix of channel coefficients is proposed. The application of such adaptation allows to compensate the influence of the channel and to reduce the probability of bit errors. We consider the bit error rate (BER) performance of the communication system in different channel models and show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

The tremendous growth of traffic in wireless communication (WC) system has resulted in inadequate network capacity. 5th Generation (5G) is seen as next generation wireless communication system implemented with massive multiple-input multiple-output (M-MIMO) technology. It will play major role in future communication system. M-MIMO objective is high throughput and high speed. Beamforming technique is a key to high throughput objective - achieved by reduction in errors occurring in data transmission and reception. The intent of this research paper is to review - beam forming techniques implemented in M-MIMO and research work in this particular area. Paper classifies optimized beamforming techniques in detail for determining appropriate techniques that can be deployed in M-MIMO. Understanding limitations of present techniques and suggesting new approach for better throughput is outcome of retrospective analysis.
