The relevance of this article is determined by the growing ubiquitous digitalization of mediatized communications, including under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021. The consequence of this process is the transformation of the structure of social space and approval of virtual interaction as a basic method of communication - instead of interpersonal. These transformations entail institutional changes, manifested in axiological and normative transitions of communicative space, semantic restructuring of communications under the influence of changing social reality. Induced by the technological infrastructure of communication, a mediatized social reality emerges, which also entails semantic changes in communication. All these circumstances actualize the phenomenon of communicative competence of an individual, which determines the effectiveness of interactions in the context of technological, semantic and institutional changes. The article presents some outcomes of empirical verification of communicative competence in contemporary Russian interaction practices. The phenomenon of hybridization of communicative competence during the transition of a person from the environment of real communications to the environment of virtual communications, contributes to the construction of mediatized social reality and expands his social reality. This ability of an individual and his communicative competence for transgression, combined with hybridity, is a factor in the integration of the communicative space of society with its contradictory characteristics.

This article discusses the problem of education according to E. Fink and E. Levinas. In Fink’s opinion, education should acquaint young people with basic phenomena of human being, and introduce them to the problems of the being as a whole, immortality, culture and history. The basic method that should be used in education is the game method. According to Levinas, education should acquaint young people with The Other, with its uniqueness and originality. Respect and preservation of otherness is the basic principle in his philosophy. Moral education can only be realized as religious education, and communication with The Other can be achieved though prayer. Religious education is what can introduce a person to the history and culture of the world.

. Information security as a subject of administrative and legal regulation is considered. The basic method of the research is a comprehensive system approach, on the basis of which a general and structural study of information security issues faced by the individual, society and the state is conducted. A comprehensive systematic approach is used by the basic method of the research, on the basis of which a general and structural study of information security issues faced by the individual, society and the state. The multifaceted nature of information and security determines the complexity, importance and relevance of the research on the problem from the point of view of the science of administrative and information law. The interrelation of national and information security, sources of threats to information security and ways of counteraction are revealed. It is established that as a subject of activity aimed at ensuring information security, it is necessary to consider a set of social relations regulated by legal support, the administrative and legal regulation of which depends on possible external influences. The subject area of administrative and legal regulation of information security has the following features: the inseparability of information relations or their conditionality; interconnectedness and interdependence of information relations with objects of national interests in the information sphere; the relationship of administrative and legal regulation of information security, taking into account the emergence, detection and prevention of threats to national interests in the information sphere in order to develop and apply mechanisms to effectively combat threats. Information security activities are expressed in administrative and legal regulation, the subject orientation of which is determined by a set of public relations in the information sphere, aimed at strengthening equal strategic partnership in the field of information security with NATO and the EU, protection of Ukraine’s sovereignty in the information space.

Purpose This study aims to provide a theoretical basis to evaluate the suitability and integrity of corrosion pipes. Design/methodology/approach The three-dimensional models of the P110S oil pipe with local corrosion damage, general corrosion damage, pitting corrosion damage are established based on the API 579 standard using the nonlinear finite element analysis method for parametric research. Findings The reliability of the model is verified based on the experimental data from the existing literature. The effects of the oil pipe’s size and the corrosion damage’s type on the residual internal pressure strength are simulated and obtained. What’s more, a basic method for predicting the remaining life of corrosion damaged pipes is proposed. Originality/value The authors evaluated the residual strength of various corroded tubing, compared the tubing with different corrosion types and proposed a basic method for predicting the remaining life of the corroded tubing from the corrosion depth.

Reasonable estimation of the project quantity in the feasibility study stage of mountain highway project is one of the basis for the preparation of investment estimation. Combined with the practical work for many years, the content and method of the temporary project, safety measures and other engineering quantity table in feasibility study stage of the highway project in Chongqiu District of mountain are introduced. Taking the calculation of the temporary project of Ningxiang expressway as an example, the basic method of calculation of the maintenance and restoration of the construction access road, the bridge and the original road in mountainous area is analyzed. The author concludes that the influence of geological conditions, topography and original traffic facilities should be considered comprehensively when preparing the temporary engineering quantity table.

Fetal hypoxia or distress is a physical stress experienced by a fetus due to a lack of oxygen. Intrauterine hypoxia and the resultant perinatal brain damages may lead to extraordinary effects, including continuous lifelong treatments. One of the ways for detecting symptoms of hypoxia is monitoring of the fetus heart activity. At present, the basic method of monitoring the condition of unborn baby is the ultrasound cardiotocography (CTG). Considerably more information for early detection of the fetal hypoxia may be obtained by analyzing fetal electrocardiogram (FECG).

<p>In this paper, the convolutional neural network (CNN) is used in order to design an efficient optical character recognition (OCR) system for the Tifinagh characters. indeed, this approach has proved a greater efficiency by giving an accuracy of 99%, this approach based in keys points detection using Harris corner method, the detected points are automatically added to the original image to create a new database compared to the basic method that use directly the database after a preprocessing step consisting on normalization and thinning the characters. Using this method, we can benefit from the power of the convolutional neural network as classifier in image that has already the feature. The test was performed on the Moroccan Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture (IRCAM) database composed of 33000 characters of different size and style what present the difficulty, the keys points are the same in the printed and handwritten characters so this method can be apply in both type with some modifications.</p>

Abstract In this research, nucleic acid amplification enhancers suitable for recombinase-aided amplification (RAA) assay were studied for the first time, and amplification of a long-fragment (509 bp) by the RAA assay was initially explored. Using recombinant plasmids and clinical samples, RAA fluorescence and basic methods were used to evaluate the efficacy. The fluorescence method was evaluated by threshold time (TT) and fluorescence value, and the basic method was interpreted by 2% agarose gel electrophoresis. Taking a previously established RAA assay for HPV18 as an example, we demonstrated that the addition of 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6 M betaine and 10% pullulan could enhance RAA. The new RAA assays with betaine and pullulan were called B-RAA and P-RAA, respectively. In the B-RAA and P-RAA fluorescence methods, TT values could be shortened by 1.72–2.32 and 2.60 minutes, respectively, and fluorescence values could be enhanced by 8847.25–9094.37 and 5250 mv, respectively. In the basic method, sensitivity could be increased by 10-fold. We successfully amplified a long-fragment of 509 bp in a P-RAA assay with a sensitivity of 102 copies/μL (compared with 103 copies/μL in the RAA assay). We thus conclude that betaine and pullulan are effective additives to enhance RAA assays.

During about 50 years, at the “Al. Ciubotaru” NBGI, the collection of plants of the Cactaceae family has been created and enriched, thus, now, at the end of 2020, it includes 985 taxa, in 141 genera. More than 50 % of the total number of taxa are able to reach the generative phase (flowering), and about 3540% produce fruits with seeds. The basic method of propagating cacti is by seeds. Freshly collected seeds germinate over 3 to 11 days, but the seedlings grow and develop very slowly
