ABSTRACT Objective: to map available evidence on parental burnout theme. Method: scoping review as according to the Joanna Briggs Institute. Search in January 2021, in six databases of publications in English, Portuguese or Spanish, without time limits. Data extracted and descriptively analyzed by three independent researchers. Results: 374 articles were identified and 20 were included in the final sample, all published in English, from 2017 onwards. Parental burnout is a complex, multifactorial problem, distinct from burnout cases, depressive symptoms and other mental health alterations. It affects 0.2 to 20% of parents, has validated and suitable instruments for measurement; if not treated, can have consequences on marital life, work relationships, child neglect and violence. Conclusions: this is a recent theme that needs to be explored, due to the possible impact on children’s and families’ health and on parents’ work processes. This chapter develops the background and use of a basic principle for the entire book: LMX. Defined in the introduction, LMX is a relationship-based approach for managing teams. It drives leader effectiveness through developing dyadic relationships with members, and even using these dyads to build effective groups. Leaders measure the dyadic relationships in terms of the level of loyalty, support, respect, and trust. The leader treats each member as a unique individual as a singular relationship is built. In role making, leaders tend to put people into groups: in-group or out-group. LMX is a powerful way to create and nurture relationships between the leader and each member supervised. It shines the light on leadership communication and demonstrates how trust, respect, and loyalty can improve work relationships.

Socially responsible companies are economic entities that know their tax obligations, serving them correctly and in a timely manner. The prohibition of outsourcing as established in art. 12 of the LFT and the permission of specialized services or execution of specialized works of art. 13 of the LFT is the link by which a company that provides specialized services must act ethically against the third parties involved. The prohibition of outsourcing has been a step forward in the face of the relaxation in terms of contributions and contributions related to subordinate work relationships. However, it is necessary to thoroughly review if this intention is carried out in accordance with current legislation and procedures regarding the contracting of specialized services by the different regulatory bodies such as the Secretary of Labor and Social Security, among others. Objectives.- Identify the opportunity to be a socially responsible company in the face of specialization services or execution of specialized works versus the prohibition of outsourcing. Subject in the this study experienced withdrawn behavior that is one of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Withdrawing is characterized by decrease in initiative behavior that can create functional impairments in life, work, relationships, social function, and self-care. The intervention used to reduce withdrawn behavior was Behavior Activation Therapy which arranged for nine sessions. The purpose of intervention was to increase daily activities by scheduling activities with monitoring. The results of the intervention showed an increase in the daily activities of the subjects. Subject begins to be able to carry out activities such as bathing, eating, taking regular medication, and cleaning the house. The success of interventions is also supported by family involvement in monitoring the activities and providing support to carry out the intervention well.

<p>From his arrival in New Zealand in 1850 until his death in 1882 Reverend Vicesimus Lush kept a regular journal to send to family back “home” in England. These journals chronicle the life of an ordinary priest and settler in the Auckland region, his work, relationships and observations. This thesis examines the journals as texts: their role in correspondence and maintaining connections with family. Using Lush’s record of day-to-day experiences, the thesis deals with his emotional attachment towards various expressions of “home” (immediate and extended family, houses, relationship with English land and customs) and explores his associated sense of belonging.  Lush’s role as a priest within the New Zealand Anglican Church also informed his writing. Witnessing and participating in the “building” of the Anglican Church in New Zealand, Lush provided a record of parochial, diocesan and countrywide problems. Lush’s journals track the Anglican Church’s financial struggles, from providing stable salaries to financing church buildings. “Building” the Church required constructing churches and building congregations, adapting liturgical traditions and encouraging the development of a uniquely Māori church.  This thesis also uses the journals to explore Lush as a social commentator. As a witness to the settling and building of the colony, Lush observed the Taranaki and Waikato Wars, the Waikato Immigration Scheme and the Thames Gold Rush, and their impact on the development of settler living. In addition, the final chapter deals with Lush’s changing perceptions of Māori, particularly during the Waikato wars compared with while he lived in Thames.</p>

Abstracte-Sports is a new profitable industry at this time. Activists in this field consist of various groups, both adults and children. Underage e-sports athletes are the main target of e-sports companies to use their services in competing. Children who become e-Sports athletes are later called child labor. Author uses a type of juridical normative legal research with a statute approach, conceptual approach, and case studies. The validity of employment agreements and work relationships between child as e-Sports athletes and e-Sports companies must also include the role of the parent or guardian who has authority over the child. A legal work relationship is a work relationship that fulfills the elements of a work relationship, namely orders, jobs and wages. If a work relationship does not fulfill only one element, it cannot be called an work relationship. The work relationship that exists between underage e-sports athletes and e-sports companies is legal.Keywords: E-Sports; Child Labor; Employment Agreement; Work Relationship; Legality.Abstrake-Sports merupakan industri baru yang cukup menjanjikan pada saat ini. Penggiat bidang ini terdiri dari berbagai kalangan, baik orang dewasa hingga anak-anak. Atlet e-Sports dibawah umur menjadi sasaran utama dari perusahaan e-Sports untuk menggunakan jasanya dalam berkompetisi. Anak yang menjadi atlet e-Sports ini lah yang kemudian disebut pekerja anak. Penulis menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum normatif yuridis dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual, dan studi kasus. Keabsahan perjanjian kerja dan hubungan kerja antara anak dibawah umur sebagai atlet e-Sports dengan perusahaan e-Sports harus turut menyertakan peran orang tua atau wali yang memiliki kuasa atas anak tersebut. Hubungan kerja yang sah adalah hubungan kerja yang memenuhi unsur hubungan kerja yakni perintah, pekerjaan, dan upah. Jika suatu hubungan kerja tidak memenuhi salah satu unsur saja, maka tidak dapat disebut dengan hubungan kerja. Hubungan kerja yang terjalin antara atlet e-Sports dibawah umur dengan perusahaan e-Sports adalah sah.Kata Kunci: E-Sports; Pekerja Anak; Perjanjian Kerja; Hubungan Kerja; Keabsahan.
