The theoretical part considers the essence of product diversification and defines its role in the theory of economic growth. The classification of types of diversification is given, the main advantages and disadvantages of its application are revealed. In the practical part, an analysis of the development of the economy of the Republic of Belarus was carried out, as a result of which its high dependence on the results of the work of a narrow group of industries was revealed. As a factor in increasing the sustainability of economic growth, a policy of product diversification is proposed, considered on the example of the activities of a particular enterprise. In particular, measures are recommended to modify the technical process, which will increase the output of products with improved quality characteristics and higher added value for the needs of a related industry (in the given example, the use of food products in pharmaceuticals). The economic effect of implementation is presented.

Objectives. The modern world is associated with a clear dependence on it. The number of consumers is growing exponentially. In order to minimize the costs of enterprises, an assumption was made about the rationality of the number of nuclear power plants. When considering the timing of the construction of nuclear complexes, an excessive duration of the manufacture of power and control equipment for nuclear power plants was revealed. In order to reduce time costs, it was proposed to standardize the work of assembly, assembly and packaging production associations.Method. Research in this area was practically not carried out and were, often, of an episodic nature. Initially, it was believed that the operations of the technological process of manufacturing equipment should be rationalized by classical methods, however, in the previous works of the author, a new approach was proposed, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the employee employed in the technical process, the specifics of the type of operational work, as well as various disturbing factors that negatively affect the production time. Then the systematization of the obtained data and their further modeling is carried out. Results. The paper shows the derivation of the final equation for the assembly of the frame of power and control equipment for nuclear power plants. The substantiation of the applied methods was given, the target audience was indicated, the regulatory framework was taken into account. In addition, the results of previous works are shown, on the basis of which the mathematical model was built. Separately, recommendations were given on the additional use of the functions of the resulting equation.Conclusion. The equation obtained in the work makes it possible to calculate with maximum accuracy the time spent on assembling the frame of the power and control equipment for a nuclear power plant. The principles shown in other works can be used in an area that has directionality with minimal model change.

Abstract This research work discusses an IoT based smart ferry system. The proposed system is implemented in NODE Red based simulations. Each component is considered as nodes and analysis is done. The technical process is explained with the help of a flowchart. And how the information is passed on to the sailors, ferry crew, ferry operators, ferry controllers and maintenance engineer is discussed. In addition it is displayed using the Node red dashboard as well as through ThingSpeak cloud server for further analysis. The proposed idea is to build an IoT infrastructure consisting of smart devices which will measure different attributes of a boat and notify the captain or the rescue team of the difficulties or the problem faced by the boat during a trip. The monitoring system is based on open source software to retrieve data from the sensors at intervals and send them to the cloud in order to easily monitor them via a dashboard. Fully automated and robust IOT enabled smart devices are developed to collect the data from the boat. The Data to measure the weight and passenger on board is collected by Weight Sensor and IR Sensor and the Captain of the Ship is notified for the same. Temperature of the engine room is monitored and under severe circumstances the rescue team is notified for the same. The wind speed is also monitored in case of stormy conditions.

The aim of this study was to develop a technical process and composition of mucoadhesive hydrogels containing benzocaine, based on different concentration ratios of the natural polymers chitosan and xanthan gum. For this purpose, lyophilisates of polymeric complexes with the quantitative ratios of 0.5:1, 1:1 and 1:0.5 chitosan to xanthan gum were prepared and subsequently used to prepare hydrogels of various concentrations. The physicochemical properties and pharmaceutical availability of benzocaine were evaluated and diffractograms and Fourier-transform infrared spectra of individual polymers and their polyelectrolyte complexes were compared. The 1:1 formulation exhibited the highest water absorption capacity and the gels showed the highest viscosity and the shortest blurring times. More chitosan increased carrier texture parameters, including hardness, cohesiveness and consistency, whereas more xanthan gum led to the longest gel blurring times and improved carrier stability. The concentration ratio of chitosan to xanthan gum in lyophilisates determined the viscosity, texture, spreadability and blurring time of the gels. Increases in lyophilisate percentage in the gels also affected the physicochemical properties of the carrier. In addition, the proportions of polymers in the mixture did not influence the availability of the drug from the prepared gel; this factor appears to depend more on the lyophilisate content in the carrier. Variations in the ratio of chitosan to xanthan gum in the polymer complex as well as lyophilisate percentage in the gel may impact the properties of the hydrogel and its efficacy as a carrier for therapeutic substances administered to the oral cavity mucosa.

In the administration of construction processes, methods applicable to all phases of construction projects are constituted, integrating necessary technical processes from the beginning to their completion, among which are the planning, programming, implementation, direction and control of hours, among others. , thus leading an organized and technical process, therefore, the construction industry has generated high competitiveness in terms of cost, time and quality, analyzing the factors that contribute to improving the processes and strategies applicable to this field; However, there have been constant non-compliances in these three factors, evidenced in the untimely delivery of the work due to delays of various kinds. To mitigate these inconveniences, it is essential to monitor, control costs and time of a project. This makes it possible to know if what is planned is in accordance with what has been executed, if the monitoring and correct control is not carried out, there is a risk of not obtaining the results of a project and the planned objectives of the same could not be reached with precision. This allows making decisions on time and executing the project as close as possible to the execution of the budget and monitoring and control of a project are very important when it comes to executing the budget, forecasting and controlling its development.

This paper considers a novel approach for integration between molecular engineering of XNA-based structures and additive manufacturing of XNA-based devices based on multiparametric characterization of XNAs by different functional descriptors (such as physical properties of XNA-based materials and precursors of XNA-based molecular devices) and the possibility of thermal or electron-beam processing as a prerequisite of the industrial technical process development for such device implementation. This can be performed in the framework of additive manufacturing by connecting the output of the XNA synthesizer or nucleic acid synthesizer with 3D-printer nozzles in such a way that oligos / AGCTX products are supported into the nozzles separately.

The analysis of failure of parts and units of the sowing section during abnormal operation of seeders is given. Using modern CAD systems, a stress-strain analysis of parts and assemblies of the sowing section was carried out, which made it possible to identify a failure above the indicated one, which is associated with a violation of the technological and technical process of operating seeders when sowing grain and industrial crops.

AbstractComparative biological morphology, incorporating the study of active reaction, is contrasted with genetics as the study of passive mutation. Geneticists investigate anatomical characters, never anatomical constructions, which are capable of reorganization when the biological-morphological equilibrium of the organism has been disturbed. The anatomy of Opisthocomus cristatus and Stringops habroptilus demonstrate that three successive disturbances in the bio-morphological equilibrium are reacted to purposively by anatomical reconstruction. These reactions are no accidental mutations, but are anatomical reactions, related to, and affecting, the organism as a whole. In sharp contrast to such anatomical reaction, resulting, during phylogeny, in reorganization, are the “technics” [i.e., mechanistic bases] of individual development. The hereditary process is, like every physiological or embryological process, a fixed mechanism, which remains constant until an active reaction leads to reconstruction and at the same time an appropriate change of the mechanisms. The remolding of species is therefore no passive, “technical” process, but a creative act of the organisms themselves. [Original English abstract; not translated.]
