Many of mimic analogues synthesized before depending on the change in the structure of aromatic rings. In this work, the carbonyl group in the structure of compounds 1-4 converted to thiocarbonyl group, and then studying the toxicological activity due to chemical change in the active center of mimic analogues was performed for compounds N-tert-butyl-2,4-dichloro-N'-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)benzohydrazide (2) and N-tert-butyl-2,4-dichloro-N'-[(2,4-dichlorophenyl)carbonothioyl]benzenecarbothiohydrazide (6). The toxicological study was done by using 2nd and 4th instar larvae of the cotton leaf worm, Spodoptera littoralis (Boisd.). Five concentration levels (600, 300, 150, 75 and 37.5 ppm) of compounds (2) and (6) were applied on the fresh plant food to the newly grown (2nd and 4th) instar larvae.

Toxicity is important factor to human and environment and can be tested in lab and by computerized models. ProTox-II is in Silico method to assess safety of chemicals to minimize risk health threating to human and other living organisms in nature. Taste of material is another character can be calculated in Silico model like virtualtaste. Here, first attempt of using two computerized methods and hypothetical partial degradation products of four toxics materials used to control agricultural productivity was carried out to predicate taste and toxicity characters. LD50, Toxicity Class, organ and end point toxicities, Tox21-Nuclear receptor signaling and stress response pathways of Chlorfenvinphos, Dichlofluanid, Fonofos, and Methacrifos with their hypothetical degradation products were calculated. Hypothetical degradation products were a results of (C-C, C-O, C-N, C-S, C-P, P-O, P-S, or N-S) bond breakage. The hypothesized degradation chemicals showed that most of them were with sour taste and their toxicity were less class compared to the parent compound but not to non-toxic material (Class 6, LD50 more than 5000 mg/kg). Also, they were structurally toxics and could be interact with molecular cellular target resulting than parent compound if they presented in required concentration.

This article analyzes modern scientific sources on the problems of detection of toxic substances in the human body, considers the existing methods of toxicological examination used in practical forensic medicine to establish and differentiate acute intoxications with various chemical compounds. Despite the presence of a large number of methods of toxicological analysis, forensic diagnosis of poisoning is often complicated due to lack of data on the circumstances of the event, clinical data of poisoning, pathognomonic signs of poisoning, the difficulty of interpreting the results. Conclusions. When interpreting the results of a toxicological study should always take into account the circumstances of the case and factors that may have influenced the change in the concentration of toxic substances. There is a need to develop and implement in practice forensic toxicology laboratories fundamentally new diagnostic approaches for the detection of toxic substances and the differentiation of types of poisoning.

Along with the rapid development of nanotechnology, the biosafety of quantum dots (QDs), a widely used kind of nanoparticles, has grabbed the attentions of researchers, because QDs have excellent and unique optical properties that other commonly used nanoparticles, like walled carbon nanotubes, do not have. The understanding of the toxicity of QDs is an important premise for their application in wider fields, including biology and medicine. This study sought to analyze scientific publications on the toxicity of QDs and to construct a bibliometric model for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of these publications over the past decade, which visually presented the status quo and future development trend on the toxicological study of QDs. A search for data using the triple blind method revealed that, as of 31 December 2018, there were 5269 papers published on the toxicity of QDs. RSC ADVANCES (5-year IF, 3.096) ranked first in the number of publications. China had the largest number of publications (2233) and the highest H-index (119), but the United States was still the leading country with regards to the quality of the research. LIU Y (106 publications) published the most papers, while Hardman R (304 co-citations) had the most co-citations. The keyword “walled carbon nanotube” ranked first in the research frontier. The findings not only determine a development trend of the toxicological study of QDs, but also identify further research directions in this field.
