The Principle of Control Non Primary Gun System of the Indonesian National Army Protect Soldiers

<p>This study aims to analyze and discover the principle of non-defense equipment regulation as a legal protection effort for members of the Indonesian Armed Forces and to reconstruct non-defense system arrangements in the context of legal protection for members of the TNI based on the value of certainty and justice with dignity. The research method in this research is descriptive juridical using statute approach, conceptual approach, analytical approach, philosophical approach and case approach. These approaches can be combined. The results of the research show that first, the principle of non-defense system regulation is subject to Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army, especially the principle of civilian supremacy. The principle is only included in the basis of consideration. Does not specifically regulate the general provisions and body of the regulation regarding the terms and meaning of non-defense equipment and has not become one of the main tasks of the TNI in non-war military operations. Situated AR Simulations of a Lantern Festival Using a Smartphone and LiDAR-Based 3D Models

A lantern festival was 3D-scanned to elucidate its unique complexity and cultural identity in terms of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH). Three augmented reality (AR) instancing scenarios were applied to the converted scanned data from an interaction to the entire site; a forward additive instancing and interactions with a pre-defined model layout. The novelty and contributions of this study are three-fold: documentation, development of an AR app for situated tasks, and AR verification. We presented ready-made and customized smartphone apps for AR verification to extend the model’s elaboration of different site contexts. Both were applied to assess their feasibility in the restructuring and management of the scene. The apps were implemented under a homogeneous and heterogeneous combination of contexts, originating from an as-built event description to a remote site as a sustainable cultural effort. A second reconstruction of screenshots in an AR loop process of interaction, reconstruction, and confirmation verification was also made to study the manipulated result in 3D prints.

Did The North Really Mean It?

This lecture details southern interest in northern elections. Woodward argues that white southerners viewed this as the litmus test to judge Northern commitment to racial equality. The bulk of northern states voted against black suffrage thus prompting charges of hypocrisy. After Ulysses S. Grant assumed the office of the presidency in 1869, Republicans began debating whether to pass a constitutional amendment supporting black suffrage. Moderates and conservatives, however, ultimately shaped the Fifteenth Amendment’s wording leading some to conclude that the North’s commitment to racial equality was tepid at best. Northern apathy encouraged white southern defiance which manifested itself in terrorism and violence. Woodward concludes that white northerners never fully committed to Reconstruction, Charles Sumner notwithstanding, and thus cautions scholars and activists not to look to it as inspiration for the modern Civil Rights Movement or what he called the Second Reconstruction.

THE EFFORTS OF KING ABDULLAH II BIN AL HUSSEIN TO PROTECT ISLAMIC SANCTITIES

The purpose of this study was to present the efforts of King Abdullah II to protect the Islamic shrines, and this was done using a historical approach and a descriptive analytical approach that identifies the origins of the Hashemites and their ongoing efforts to restore the Islamic shrines, then it was first identified and the second reconstruction of the Hashemites. Finally, third, King Abdullah II's efforts were made to monitor the Hashemite ancestors in restoring and protecting Islamic and Christian holy sites, and at the end of the study, potential outcomes of King Abdullah II's efforts to restore and protect Islamic holy sites were identified. He called for a series of results, the most important of which is that King Abdullah II reiterated his real and practical interest in restoring and protecting Islamic holy places after the campaign of his Hashemite ancestors.
