In recent years, blockchain technology has become a hot topic in various industries. With the development and maturity of blockchain technology, it has been applied to finance, law, etc., with its advantages of decentralization, openness, information security, and concealment. The application scenarios of industry are becoming more and more abundant. Compared with the traditional TPA payment contract form, the smart contract mechanism based on blockchain technology is obviously more efficient, convenient, and safe. Against this background, we design a smart payment contract suitable for cloud storage by studying Ethereum. The relationship clause in the smart payment contract should be regulated around the contract law. The smart contract payment linkage clause can be classified into three forms, including conditional effective type, contract joint type, and contract link type, which correspond to the contract law. Therefore, the contract legal system for smart contract payment linkage clauses should follow typified thinking. Based on blockchain technology, smart contracts not only reduce the number of interactions in contract execution but also allow users to stop paying for cloud services when data is lost or damaged. The precise method is to generate each node with a private chain and place the smart contract on the private chain. With the decentralization of the blockchain private chain, the advantages of read-only data, and traceability of information, the storage of smart payment contract data is more secure. Both parties to the transaction are more trustworthy. Therefore, the proposed system has a safe and efficient smart contract payment mechanism, which brings a good user experience to users, which proves the significance and value of this research.

A simple, Accurate, precise method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of the Netupitant and Palonosetron in pharmaceutical dosage form. Retention time of Palonosetron and Netupitant were found to be 2.266 min and 2.805 min. %RSD of the Netupitant and Palonosetron were and found to be 0.8 and 1.1 respectively. %Recovery was obtained as 100.08% and 100.15% for Netupitant and Palonosetron respectively. LOD, LOQ values obtained from regression equations of Netupitant and Palonosetron were 1.63, 4.94 and 0.003, 0.010. respectively. Regression equation of Netupitant is y =11553x + 9661.and y = 51072x + 152.0. of Palonosetron. Retention times were decreased and that run time was decreased, so the method developed was simple and economical that can be adopted in regular Quality control test in Industries.

A simple, accurate, precise method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of the Segesterone acetate and Ethinyl estradiol in a tablet dosage form. The chromatogram was run through Discovery C18 150 x 4.6mm, 5mm column and mobile phase containing buffer 0.01N KH2PO4: Acetonitrile taken in the ratio 50:50 was pumped through the column at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The temperature was maintained at 30°C. The optimized wavelength selected was 240.0 nm. Ethinyl estradiol and Segesterone acetate were eluted at 2.348 min and 3.855 min respectively.

Abstract The vertical shear–the change in wind speed with height-of horizontal winds is a serious threat to the safety of aircraft. Yet their global distribution is not fully understood. We creatively used a precise method to calculate different types of vertical shear at four isobaric surfaces during the period of 1979~2018. The occurrence of severe shear events has increased by 19%, and they mostly occur over the equatorial ocean and within the mid-high latitude zone of the Northern hemisphere, while light shear event occurrence has been reduced by 21%. Variations of severe shear are modulated by the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation (AMO), which affects the frequency of shear events by influencing the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ). Our study implies that severe shear events are regulated by internal climate variability.

Objectives: The aim behind this research, is to determine the applicability of Moyers’ table in Peshawar population.Materials and Methods: A total 100 patients’ casts how had complete details in their files, who were Pakistani nationals, having complete set of permanent teeth upto 1st molar, no proximal restorations and caries were included. Patients having dentalanomalies, previous orthodontic treatment, craniomandibular dysfunctions, attritions of teeth and Syndromes were excluded. The mesiodistal widths of the maxillary and mandibular permanent incisors, canines, first and second premolars were measured using digital calipers. The predicted total, of the mesiodistal diameters of the canines and premolars, was evaluated from the Moyers tables at 75%. Pearson's correlation test was applied, to determine the relationship between the total sum of the actualwidth of the canines and premolars and the sum of the predicted width of the canines and premolars from the Moyers table.Analysis was performed by SPSS version 20.0.Results: Most of participants were females 63(63%) as compared to males 37(37%). In maxilla the mean actual (23.76mm) andpredicted mesiodistal width(22.76mm) of cupids and bicuspids were close to each other. But the correlation between actual and predicted mesiodistal width of cupids and bicuspids in maxilla was weak. It was weak in female (r=0.156). In mandible for male the   correlation was positive as well (r=0.8130) but it was weak for females (r=0.334). moderate correlation was found for overall .Conclusion: Moyer's prediction table is not a very precise method for estimating tooth dimensions in a Peshawar-based sample.
