This study aims to analyze factors that influence company value and then to test the influence of corporate social responsibility on company value. The variables examined in this study are independent variable consisted of profitability, leverage, and company size. The dependent variables that used are company value and corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable.The population that used in this research is the manufacturing industries listed in 2016-2020 consisted of 143 companies. This study has 23 companies as sample that chosen based on the purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS v25 application.The results of this study indicate that partially profitability had a significant positive effect on company value. Meanwhile, leverage and company size had no effect on company value. On the other side partially corporate social responsibility had a significant positive effect on company value. As moderating variable corporate social responsibility could moderate correlation of leverage with company value. While the correlation of variables profitability and company size could not.The conclusion of this researh is partially profitability and corporate social responsibility had significant positive effect on company value. While the variables of leverage and company size did not. And then corporate social responsibility could moderate correlation of leverage with company value. While the correlation of variables profitability and company size could not.

The interest in certified game meat chains highlights the need for the evaluation and the management of factors affecting carcass hygiene along the peculiar steps of the production. The effects of time and temperature before chilling were specifically evaluated on aerobic colony count and Enterobacteriaceae count in hunted wild boar carcasses. Thirty wild boars were considered in two process steps where the hunted animal are still not chilled: after evisceration and just before chilling. Environmental temperature, carcass temperature and the elapse time between the two-step considered were registered. Furthermore, surface microbial loads were analyzed on the inner part of the carcasses. The mean time between the two sampling steps was 6 hours with an average environmental temperature of 20.49°C. A carcass temperature 9.6°C drop was observed during this period. In this lap of time aerobic colony count and Enterobacteriaceae count increased of 0.68 Log CFU/cm2 and 1.01 Log CFU/cm2 respectively, with a moderate correlation with the time but not with the temperature delta. The results reveal that the temperature conditions in central Italy hunting areas were not able to quickly reduce the carcass temperature and therefore the time between carcass evisceration and chilling should not exceed 6 hours.

Background: Limited commercial LFA assays are available to provide a reliable quantitative measurement of the total binding antibody units (BAU/mL) against the receptor-binding domain of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (S-RBD). Aim: To evaluate the performance of FinecareTM2019-nCoV S-RBD LFA and its fluorescent reader (FinecareTM-FIA Meter) against the following reference methods (i) The FDA-approved Genscript surrogate virus-neutralizing assay (sVNT), and (ii) three highly performing automated immunoassays: BioMerieux VIDAS, Ortho VITROS, and Mindray CL-900i. Methods: Plasma from 488 vaccinees were tested by all aforementioned assays. Fingerstick whole-blood samples from 156 vaccinees were also tested by FinecareTM. Results and conclusions: FinecareTM showed 100% specificity as none of the pre-pandemic samples tested positive. Equivalent FinecareTM results were observed among the samples taken from fingerstick or plasma (Pearson correlation r=0.9, p<0.0001), suggesting that fingerstick samples are sufficient to quantitate the S-RBD BAU/mL. A moderate correlation was observed between FinecareTM and sVNT (r=0.5, p<0.0001), indicating that FinecareTM can be used for rapid prediction of the neutralization antibody post-vaccination. FinecareTM BAU results showed strong correlation with VIDAS (r=0.6, p<0.0001), and moderate correlation with VITROS (r=0.5, p<0.0001), and CL-900 (r=0.4, p<0.0001), suggesting that FinecareTM be used as a surrogate for the advanced automated assays to measure S-RBD BAU/mL.

Abstract Using integral field unit spectroscopy, we present here the spatially resolved morphologies of [S ii]λ6717,6731/Hα and [S ii]λ6717,6731/[O iii]λ5007 emission line ratios for the first time in a blueberry Lyα emitter (BBLAE) at z ∼ 0.047. Our derived morphologies show that the extreme starburst region of the BBLAE, populated by young (≤10 Myr), massive Wolf–Rayet stars, is [S ii] deficient, while the rest of the galaxy is [S ii] enhanced. We infer that the extreme starburst region is density-bounded (i.e., optically thin to ionizing photons), and the rest of the galaxy is ionization-bounded, indicating a Blister-type morphology. We find that the previously reported small escape fraction (10%) of Lyα photons is from our identified density-bounded H ii region of the BBLAE. This escape fraction is likely constrained by a porous dust distribution. We further report a moderate correlation between [S ii] deficiency and inferred Lyman continuum (LyC) escape fraction using a sample of confirmed LyC leakers studied in the literature, including the BBLAE studied here. The observed correlation also reveals its dependency on the stellar mass and gas-phase metallicity of the leaky galaxies. Finally, the future scope and implications of our work are discussed in detail.

Currently, the number of publications on specific features of the clinical course and outcomes of new coronavirus infection COVID-19 in children is steadily increasing, but there are practically no works demonstrating the effectiveness of intensive care interventions, which served as the basis for the present analysis.The objective is to assess the effectiveness of primary intensive care interventions in children with a severe course of new coronavirus infection.Subjects and Methods. 94 patients were examined. Evaluation of intensive care measures was carried out upon admission to ICU.Results. It was found that corticosteroids were used only in 55 (58.5%) patients (χ2 = 5.254, p = 0.022, Pearson conjugation criterion = 0.130). A moderate correlation was established between the unjustified prescription of prednisolone and the unfavorable disease outcome (χ2 = 27.98, p < 0.001, Pearson conjugation criterion = 0.296). The moderate strength of the association between the prescription of antibacterial drugs and the disease outcome was noted (χ2 = 34.01, p < 0.001, Pearson conjugation criterion = 0.331). In all lethal cases, there was volume overload due to excessive intravenous fluid administration (χ2 = 5.14, p = 0.024).Conclusion: individual therapeutic strategies do not have a direct significant impact on outcomes of new coronavirus infection in children, however, the delivery of comprehensive intensive care presented in clinical guidelines is associated with the patient's recovery.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between students’ time management and delays in doing academic assignments while learning online at the Faculty for Teacher Training and Education. This was a quantitative study. The population was students of FKIP UPI YPTK Padang, the Department of Informatics Engineering and of English Education. Purposive sampling was used, with a focus on students who are accustomed to doing online lectures with the Learning Management System (LMS) application in the form of Edmodo and Schoology applications. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms. The results showed that the correlation between time management and postponement of academic assignments was 0.6546, which meant that time management had a moderate correlation with academic procrastination. Thus, it can be concluded that students learning online may experience conditions that are less stable for managing their time to work on academic assignments. Work stress is related to the perception of parental skills in working parents, it is a cross-sectional, associative study with correlational predictive design (Ato, López & Benavente, 2013), 177 parents participated (55.7% women), who worked at least 30 hours per week and who have children between 3 and 12 years old. The instruments used were the Inventory of the demands-control-support model (Rosario-Hernández & Rovira, 2016) and the Perceived Parental Competence Scale (Vera-Vásquez, Zaragoza-Tafur & Musayón-Oblitas, 2014). The results found show significant and positive correlations between the dimension of support with assumption of the role and shared leisure (.27). In the same way, the support dimension is positively related to school involvement (.28); as well as the dimension of control with assumption of the role and shared leisure (.22). A positive and moderate correlation was also found between work demands and hours worked (.34). It has been possible to compare the results with previous studies that reaffirm the idea that due to the amount of work commitments, the parents' stay at home is more difficult. In conclusion, people who perceive stress in their work will have a lower perception of parental competences, since they do not find a balance between the functions of both roles.

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between open access presence and ranking of African universities. It adopted descriptive informetric to examine open access presence of African countries using Directory of Open Access Repositories (DOAR) and Research Gate scores (RGs) of the universities. Data was also extracted from the Journal Consortium (an African university ranking organisation) for metrics on African university ranking. Data on African open access presence was correlated with university rankings. Findings reveal that only twenty-four countries in Africa have records in DOAR and Research gate. Four of the countries (South Africa, Egypt, Kenya and Nigeria) contribute more over 85% of open access records in Africa and the same produced 68% of the top 100 universities in Africa. The study found a highly significant positive but moderate correlation between open access presence and ranking of African universities. It concludes that African universities need to review their science policy in line with open access initiative to enhance the visibility and ranking of the university globally.

In this study, dual PET and contrast enhanced MRI were combined to investigate their correlation per voxel in patients at initial diagnosis with suspected glioblastoma. Correlation with contrast enhancement (CE) as an indicator of BBB leakage was further used to evaluate whether PET signal is likely caused by BBB disruption alone, or rather attributable to specific binding after BBB passage. PET images with [18F]GE180 and the amino acid [18F]FET were acquired and normalized to healthy background (tumor-to-background ratio, TBR). Contrast enhanced images were normalized voxel by voxel with the pre-contrast T1-weighted MRI to generate relative CE values (rCE). Voxel-wise analysis revealed a high PET signal even within the sub-volumes without detectable CE. No to moderate correlation of rCE with TBR voxel-values and a small overlap as well as a larger distance of the hotspots delineated in rCE and TBR-PET images were detected. In contrast, voxel-wise correlation between both PET modalities was strong for most patients and hotspots showed a moderate overlap and distance. The high PET signal in tumor sub-volumes without CE observed in voxel-wise analysis as well as the discordant hotspots emphasize the specificity of the PET signals and the relevance of combined differential information from dual PET and MRI images.

International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) are the two most widely used to measure physical activity (PA). Yet, their convergent validation with the maximum oxygen capacity (VO2Max) among Indonesian young adults is unknown. This study compared physical activity (PA) assessments using IPAQ and GPAQ and their correlations with the maximal oxygen capacity (VO2Max) in the young adult population. This study was a cross-sectional descriptive study on 63 Sports Science students (84.13% Male age ranged 18-22 years). PA was measured using both the GPAQ and IPAQ to calculate the total PA and PA in each domain (i.e. work-related, transport-related, and leisure). One additional domain which was household-related was assessed exclusively for the IPAQ based on the scoring guideline. The VO2Max was measured using a standard equation based on participants’ performance on a 1-mile run. Paired sample t-test was conducted to compare total PA based on GPAQ and IPAQ while the Wilcoxon sign rank test was conducted to compare GPAQ and IPAQ domains. Pearson or Spearman correlation test assessed the correlations among the VO2Max, total PA, and PA on each GPAQ’s and IPAQ domain. No significant difference in the total PA per week between IPAQ and GPAQ was found. Significant differences, however, were found in work and transport domains, but not in the leisure domains. A moderate correlation among GPAQ and IPAQ (r=0.56, p=0.01), a moderate correlation between GPAQ and VO2Max (r=0.41, p= 0.01) but a weak correlation between IPAQ dan VO2Max (r=0.25, p<0.05) were demonstrated. While, this study has indicated convergent validity of both GPAQ and IPAQ, GPAQ has a higher correlation with VO2Max compared to the IPAQ. Therefore, GPAQ is more recommended to be used to measure PA levels among Indonesian young adults compared to IPAQ.
