Recently there is the intrest increasing in admission of private locomotives to the operating on the particular headings of public railways. At the initiative of Ministry of Infrastructure the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 04.12.2019 № 1043 “About implementation of experimental project on the admission of private locomotives to the operating on the particular headings of public railways” is confirmed. The experimental project is designed for two years, it means till 04.12.2021. According to the requirements of the “Temporary Regulations on the procedure of the admission of private locomotives to the operating on the particular headings of public railways” approved by the Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine dated 04.03.2020 № 191, defined the requirements for applicants (enterprises), rolling stock, their maintanence and repair, personnel. In particular, it is established that private locomotives are allowed to operate on public railways with the availability of a conformity certificate. Private locomotives, that are applied for participation in experimental project, as a rule, are not new, and have certain service life, respectively, certain performance characteristics, remaining operating life of load-bearing metal structures, so the certification procedure of locomotives has some particularities and should cover, exept common measures of certification, measures of technical diagnoses, i.e. with the assessment of final resources of load-bearing metal struc-tures. Problem statement. The concept of solving problems of identification and technical diagnostics of spacecraft (SC), launch vehicles (LV), upper stages (RB) under conditions of imperfect models and methods of their identification with a priori uncertainty of statistical relationships of controlled parameters is proposed. Goal. Increasing the reliability of technical diagnostics of spacecraft, launch vehicles and missile launchers under conditions of imperfect models and methods of their identification under destructive influences. Results. A commutative diagram of extended technical diagnostics of complex objects of rocket and space technology (SFBT), as well as a model of augmented identification and technical diagnosis of SFBT as a set of interrelated mathematical models of systems of an object and an object as a whole, control of their technical state, search for the location and causes of malfunctions, assuming the detection of signs of erroneous decisions of typical technical diagnostics and increasing its reliability in case of malfunctions. Practical significance. The idea of RCBT augmented identification and technical diagnostics of the RCBT with the function of recognizing errors of standard solutions is proposed as a basis for creating special software and mathematical support for standard and promising automated test complexes for the preparation of spacecraft, launch vehicles, RB during factory tests, tests at technical and launch complexes, as well as means spacecraft flight control centers during flight design tests and routine control.

A simulation model of the information technology for the technical diagnosis of the impulse heat machine has been developed and studied. The model incorporates such mathematical models as barrel energy; ballistic wave parameters; pressure of powder gases blasting from the barrel face behind the shell and the shot blast and determination of its attenuation rate. The information model enables to obtain parameters of the ballistic wave that accompanies an shot. A simplified mathematical model allows of determining the oblique shock inclination angle to the stream speed depending on Mach number which is represented by the two-dimensional flow wedge. The model of powder gas pressure blasting from the barrel face behind the shell is based on the energy conservation law for the compresses powder gases and makes it possible to avoid solution of the complicated modified Lagrange problem. While the shot blast propagates, at the initial stage it is possible that this blast reaches the record point earlier than the ballistic wave. Such phenomenon can be avoided by selecting a proper angle. The adopted mathematical model determines the shot blast propagation law and allows of evaluating the shot blast speed attenuation. The barrel energy model was based on the solution of the inverse problem of pyrostatics by determining a composition of the combustion gas of the shot. The applied approach provided for use of the model that describes combustion of the fuel and oxidizer mixture. The peculiarity is a necessity to know composition of all components of the arbitrary mixture. The limitation is a necessity that all components are gaseous. The considered case needs to develop a combustion model of a single-component solid substance (nitrocellulose powder) that provides for a possibility to vary the composition of its active part because of its degradation with time.
