Endometriosis is presence of functioning endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. Endometriosis can sometimes occur in a previous surgical scar. Scar endometriosis is rare and difficult to diagnose. It mostly follows obstetrical and gynecological surgeries. This condition is often confused with other surgical conditions. We are reporting 5 cases of scar endometriosis following cesarean section, some of which were misdiagnosed as stitch granuloma initially. Medical treatment was not helpful. All 5 patients required wide surgical excision of the lesion. The pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of this condition are being discussed.

Verrucous carcinoma of the scrotum is an extremely rare disease and most cases are thought to result from poor hygiene and chronic inflammation. Currently, it has not been well characterized, the etiology, diagnosis and treatment remaining poorly understood. We present the case of a 50-year-old male patient diagnosed with verrucous carcinoma of the right hemiscrotum. Wide surgical excision was performed. Favorable outcomes can be achieved by surgery, even without any adjuvant therapy, but patients should be carefully followed up.

Perineal nodular induration (PNI), or biker’s nodule, is a rare, bothersome, pseudotumour. Herein, we describe the surgical technique used to treat a healthy cyclist who developed an enlarging PNI for five years that grew into a perineal mass. The mass prevented him from cycling due to worsening discomfort and heaviness. The PNI-associated mass was successfully removed by wide surgical excision and a local advancement flap. Subsequently, the patient resumed cycling. Histopathology report demonstrated a benign lesion with abundant ropy collagen with native smooth muscle, vessels, and rare fibroblast-like spindle cells. With the increasing popularity of cycling, PNI may become more common, and health providers should be aware of this rare entity and how it can be safely removed.

We are reporting a case of recurrent soft tissue tumor over the chest wall-histologically proven Dermato fibrosarcoma protuberance. Wide surgical excision with reconstruction is recommended for improvement of quality of life and prolong survival. We report the case of a 40-year-old woman who presented with a large perineal mass with no rectal or vaginal involvement. Imaging could not rule out malignancy. She underwent wide surgical excision. Histological analysis revealed a large atypical leiomyoma, measuring 24 × 12 × 8 cm. Followup after two years showed no recurrence and she has been asymptomatic since surgery. This is the largest perineal leiomyoma reported so far.
