In this day and age, technology development is very rapid, especially the development of the internet which greatly facilitates human work in various fields such as the military, offices, factories, medical, and entertainment. Entertainment is something that is very much needed for some people because of the density of activities, for many recreational places have started to use all their activities through the web, one of which is in terms of promotions and ticket purchases. Here the author makes a system where ticket purchases can be made via the web. Starting from designing the existing displays by coding with the programming language that has been determined, for client-side namely HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), and JavaScript as well as server-side using PHP and MySQL. After that, it is implemented using a computer. This writing aims to build a ticket purchase information system and tourism promotion that is simple and easy to use.

Nowadays, under the encouragement of national and sports competition related policies, sports industry is gradually rising. In this case, how to provide ticketing services conveniently, quickly, and accurately for sports spectators all over the country and the world and how to keep up with the times and improve traditional ticketing services are two major problems that need to be solved urgently by those who are in charge of sports events. When investigating the current traditional ticketing platform for sports competitions, it is not difficult to find that most ticketing services rely heavily on manual services. From ticket purchase to ticket checking, consumers have poor experience, there is a lot of waste of manpower and material resources, and scalpers easily sell high-priced tickets. In addition, the traditional ticket sales mode still uses old-fashioned paper tickets or cards, which are difficult to preserve, making it difficult to prevent counterfeiting and use and control information statistics. Data confusion leads to financial risks. The “paralysis” of the ticketing system of many large-scale sports competitions, especially super-large sports competitions, just proves the importance and necessity of reforming ticketing platform of sports competitions in order to keep pace with development. This paper will study a large-scale (or super-large), flexible, efficient, and excellent performance, which can meet the burst peak access requirements of sports competition ticketing platform. We will first consider the overall demand of the sports competition ticketing market, then make a general analysis according to the demand, design a sports competition ticketing platform that can effectively serve large-scale or super-large sports competitions, and raise and solve the problems encountered when building the platform.

Rational and orderly passenger organization in subway station can improve travel efficiency and safety. How to improve the efficiency of security check, which has a significant impact on the passenger organization, to reduce passengers staying time in the terminal level has the potential to improve service satisfaction. The Weidong Station of Line 1 of Nanchang Metro was selected as the research object. Anylogic software was used to simulate the process of arrival, ticket purchase, security check, gate-crossing machine etc. The results indicate that the dynamic adjustment of security checkpoints and fast passage for passengers without luggage can improve the security efficiency and relieve the congestion in the station hall.

TIX ID is application in Indonesia that provides new experiences in purchasing cinema tickets. The success of a company can be seen from service quality in fulfilling the satisfaction of customers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to designing the proposed improvement TIX ID online cinema ticket purchase service quality. This study was conducted in three stages, namely testing the hypotheses of the relationship between variables using PLS-SEM, measuring service quality using the servqual method, and designing the proposed improvement. The result of this study is e-service quality has a significant effect on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. In addition, the dimensions of e-service quality are dominant effect on the low TIX ID service quality is compensation, with a gap of 27%. Recommendations for improvement are providing customer access to be able to contact customers service directly and SOP of the cooperation TIX ID and DANA.

This study aims to determine the effect of online system services and promotion on the decision to purchase an economic train ticket at the Lahat train station. The total sample is 100 respondents. Data obtained from questions using a questionnaire. Respondents' answers were then analyzed by multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) analysis tool version 22 for 32-bit windows. Based on the analysis conducted, online system services and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient Y = 22,273 + 0.122 X1 + 0.373 X2, which means that if the online system service and promotion variables do not exist or are equal to zero (0), the purchase decision is 22,273. . In the T test, the results show that the online system service variable has no significant effect on the economic train ticket purchase decision at Lahat train station and promotion has a significant effect on the economic train ticket purchase decision at the Lahat station. for economic train tickets in the South Sumatra region.

With more high-speed railway (HSR) being built worldwide, its be er integration into the 'urban fabric' is imperative. Focusing on the travel experience, this paper presents an analysis of the intermodal integration of HSR with the local public transport system at the newly opened HSR station in Hong Kong. A participatory survey was conducted with arrival passengers making intermodal transfers to local destinations using the metro, bus, and taxis. Participants were asked to recall and rate their travel experience from the exit of HSR station to the public transport stops. This is the first study that integrates both objective and subjective measurements of regional–local intermodal integration holistically from a passenger perspective. In the survey, respondents generally reported a positive experience. However, there were signi ficant diff erences for diff erent interchange modes. At a more theoretical level, ten service a ributes including both instrumental and aff ective dimensions were found to have signi ficant in fluence on the intermodal interchange experience. Furthermore, the importance-satisfaction analysis suggests that three instrumental factors (ticket purchase, time coordination, interchange signage) are in most urgent need of improvement, while good service quality of four aff ective factors (walking environment, cleanliness, congestion-free waiting area, and luggage delivery) should be maintained and strengthened.

PO. Bintang Prima adalah perusahaan yang melayani jasa angkutan bus penumpang dimana bus ini melayani beberapa daerah disulawesi selatan. Namun proses pemesanan tiket yang ada pada saat ini yaitu dengan mendatangi loket pembelian tiket pada PO. Bintang Prima. Hal itu menyebabkan informasi detail tentang armada tidak diketahui langsung oleh penumpang. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat sebuah aplikasi pembelian tiket dengan memanfaatkan teknologi smartphone android sebagai media untuk memberikan informasi kepada calon penumpang, mengetahui jadwal keberangkatan serta mempermudah dalam pembelian tiket bus, padapengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan teknik pengujian black box. Diharapkan aplikasi ini nantinya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pengecekan jadwal keberangkatan, harga tiket, dan pembelian tiket sesuai dengan nomer kursi yang diinginkan tanpa datang langsung ke PO. Bintang prima.PO. Bintang Primais a company that caters to the passenger bus transportation service where the bus serves several areas of South ssulawesi. However, the ticket booking process at this time is by visiting the ticket counter onPO. Bintang Prima. That caused detailed information about the fleet not known directly by the passenger. Therefore, the author plans to create a draft ticket purchase application by utilizing Android smartphone technology as a medium to provide information to the prospective passengers to know the departure schedule and facilitate the Bus ticket purchase, this app uses the black box test technique.. It is hoped that this application can be used to check the schedule of departures, ticket prices, and purchase tickets according to the desired seat number without coming directly to PO.
