The results of the study of the characteristics of the technological line for grain reception from auto transport at the procurement production grain elevator of LLC ―Agricultural Enterprise ―Vesna 21‖ are presented. In the process of research, the quantitative and qualitative composition, volumes and duration of the harvesting periods of early and late crops, the quantitative and qualitative composition and characteristics of auto transport delivering grain to the enterprise were determined; the most intensive supply of early and late crops, as well as the actual coefficients of daily irregularity of their supply by auto transport.It is shown that the enterprise in 2017-2019 traditionally received such early crops as wheat of 2-6 classes and rapeseed of the highest and 1st class. Late crops were represented by corn (3rd class and non-class) and soybeans (non-standard and extruded). The volumes of harvesting of the corn and wheat (main crops)for the indicated years correlated, respectively (%) 49.2:41.2; 60.1: 24.9 and 66.1:17.1, which indicates a tendency for a significant increase in the supply of late crops, especially corn grain. The ratio between early and late crops for 2017–2019 was 45:55, 24:76 and 20:80, respectively (%).The monthly grain flow to the grain elevator was rather irregular. Most of the grain was received from July to December, when the periods of harvesting of early and late crops coincide, and especially in the autumn months, in September, October and November, up to 32.9 %, less – in the off-season from January to June, to 12.3 %. All the same, a lot of grain in percentage terms was received in November 2017 and October 2018 – 32.9 % each.An analysis of the quantitative and qualitative composition of cars that delivered grain to the procurement and production elevator in 2017-2019 showed that the carrying capacity of the vehicles ranged from 3 ... 51 tons. In 2017, 80.9% of all grain received by the enterprise was delivered by 2771 vehicles (cars) with a carrying capacity of 20 ... 40 tons, which amounted to 82.4 % of their annual quantity. In 2018, these indicators were as follows – 87.2 % of grain was delivered by 84.5% of vehicles of the same carrying capacity, and in 2019 – 93.4 % of grain was delivered by 93.0 % of the same vehicles. In the years studied, there was a tendency to an increase in the share of more heavy-duty vehicles (35...40 t). However, the number of vehicles with a carrying capacity of more than 40 tons, delivering significant volumes of grain, has significantly decreased, which is associated with the legislative limitation of the vehicles weight. The optimal carrying capacity in terms of the ratio of the mass of the delivered grain: the number of vehicles, taking into account legal restrictions, can be recommended 35...40 tons.The main characteristics of the reception of an early and late crops at the procurement and production elevator, respectively, for 2017-2018 were the following values: the duration of the arrival of early crops, days - 126, 119 and 97, late – 142, 145 and 240; harvesting period of early crops, days – 73, 88 and 68, late crops – 86, 78 and 57; the most intensive supply of early crops, t/day – 8378, 596 and 1428, late crops 1966, 1576 and 1909; actual coefficients of grain reception irregularity by auto transport of early crops – 6.3; 2.2 and 3.6, late – 2.5, 2.4 and 2.9, which exceeds the standard values of 1.6 and should be taken into account when improving the operation of the grain reception line.

TechnoPORTA. Intelligent, customized technological line for the automated production of technical doors - selected technical and economic indicators. The development and implementation of innovative production of technical doors in a pilot technological line made it possible to automate the production process. It became possible to manufacture doors with dimensions and weight significantly exceeding the current technological capabilities of the company. An additional benefit resulting from the implementation of the TechnoPORTA line is the improvement of technical and economic indicators related to the consumption of basic materials, additional materials and energy. It relates to annual savings of material in the production line, the unit consumption of electricity and the unit application of the adhesive during postforming.

The digital revolution has moved translation from the world of paper documents to the land of software, websites, multimedia and databases, giving rise to the concept of localization. The purpose of localization is a specific product that will look as if it was intended for a given target market, regardless of language, culture or country. The aim of the paper is to acquire an automated technological line for the cutting of large-area materials, especially chipboard and joints. The methods used were Stakeholder Analysis represented by a matrix structure in tabular form with a point scale ranging from 1 to 10. In order to implement project feedback and subsequent controlling, another method was used, namely the Traffic Light Method. Through the acquired knowledge and finding out the influence of the human factor on the success of the project, it was proved that the success of completing a local project depends mainly on the role and competencies of the project manager in cooperation with the powers of individual members of the project team. One of the main causes of project failure is inappropriate project management methods used, but also failure of human capital.

Soy is a cultivated herb that is high in vitamins, minerals, and other elements that provide many health benefits. The main reason why this product is valued is complete proteins, which are almost as nutritious as animal proteins. The problem of this study is that the market for soy products represents a large assortment of products; however, products with no lactose are produced insufficiently and in limited quantities. In connection with the presence of certain problems in this industry, the purpose of the study was the technology of developing dry soy milk with the addition of coconut powder, which makes it possible to expand the range of products that meet the needs of the population. Therefore, a technological line for the production of powdered soy milk with additives is proposed, consisting of the main operations: preparation of raw materials for further processing, drying and peeling of soybeans, grinding, adding components, dosing powders, mixing, filling, and packaging the finished product. The obtained results show that during the storage of dry soy milk with the addition of coconut powder and a food additive, its flowability does not change.

Justification of the implementation of a separator of seeds of vegetable and melon crops as part of the technological line A modified design of a seed separator was tested in various technological configurations based on the technological line of separation seeds of vegetable and melon crops: with a serial separator, with an experimental separator, complete with a MOS-300 machine. The comparative characteristics of such indicators as productivity, seed loss, the content of impurities in seeds, injury to seeds are given. The paper describes a two-drum root crop washer with a chain gear, which was designed by the authors of this work and assembled for testing and working in a mini technological line of root crop processing. The authors have calculated the chain gear specifically for this design.

Research aimed at studying the chemical composition and nutritional value of a new feed additive from citrus pomace was conducted. The article presents the results of research on the technological line of granulation of citrus waste, studies their chemical composition, determines the gross content of proteins, fats, assimilated carbohydrates, including simple sugars and identifies the effectiveness of use in the diets of farm animals. The positive influence of the technological line of citrus waste granulation has been established, which allows to obtain high quality granules. Chemical analysis of citrus granules showed that 100 g contains: proteins - 6.15 g, fats - 0.99 g, carbohydrates - 21.8 g, of which simple sugars 14 g, the energy value of this feed additive is Kcal (kJ) - 120.7 (505.7). We believe that the data on the qualitative characteristics and nutritional value of feed additives from citrus pomace suggest that this additive can be used in cattle feeding.
