The article examines the cognitive patterns of the representation of the image of the future of Russia in the French media (Le Monde, L’Express, Le Point, RFI, Libération, Le Nouvel Observateur). The analysis of a corpus of 140 French metaphors, updated in the context of the constitutional reform in Russia in 2020 and performing a predictive function in the process of conceptualizing the future of Russia, is carried out. It is noted that in order to achieve the set goal of the work, it is advisable to use the method of cognitive research of metaphors, united by the target sphere of metaphorical expansion. The results of the analysis of the leading metaphorical models of the image of the future of Russia are presented: “The future of Russia is the past / USSR / old age / decline”, “Russia in the future is an absolute monarchy / limited space / fortified military facility”. It is shown that the image of the future of Russia is formed in the French media exclusively by negative metaphorical word usage. It is concluded that the metaphorical expressions used to describe the constitutional reform in Russia in 2020 are being updated by the French political elites to form the image of Russia as an undemocratic country devoid of a positive future.

Authors structure the theory of comparative vocational education study; determine the theory’s prerequisites, core and consequences. The theory prerequisites are presented in terms of VUCA-world, globalization and deglobalization, due to the variety of developed comparative studies approaches. The core of the theory is an ontological model based on the principle of transdisciplinarity, contextual and communicative approaches, method of the "network" and fractal matrix tables method. They as well have their qualitative, quantitative and interpretative methods and includ educational transfer as the main mechanism and term for the best educational practices export. The consequences of the theory are originated from the ontological model that actualizes the predictive function of comparative studies, and consist in the possibility of generating derived ontologies based on the forecast graph, their new levels, sublevels and connections between them, modeling transfer practices and changes in the system that accepts transfer, foreseeing and the emergence of new phenomena of education.

The article analyzes the state of global security in the context of the «digital age» in the process of transition from «small» to big data. The focus is on the relationship in the «knowledge pyramid» between facts that are subject to scientific analysis and their measurement directly in practice, with data, information, knowledge and wisdom directly in the global infosphere.

Through this paper we aims to illustrate the increase in the power of the predictive function of Law that will be generated by the use of intelligent integral legal search engines (IILSE). They will allow a more effective strategic conjectural analysis by virtue of the sociological, psychological, normative and axiological information that they will provide to the legal operator for their decision making. To this end, we use an interdisciplinary analysis perspective of Law, highlighting the advancement of artificial intelligence systems in a transparency society where data is a valuable asset. The IILSE integrated with an efficient natural language and with algorithms created to obtain the aforementioned interdisciplinary information will be a valuable aid instrument for: greater linguistic precision, normative interpretation, weighting of legal principles, prediction of judicial sentences, democratization of Law and a significant decrease in the differences in the practical effects in force between the traditions of Civil Law and Common Law.
