Language education in the state of Kosovo is not given due attention during schooling at all levels of education. A major flaw in education at the country level. Language education is a broad, very broad and highly contemplative notion. It captures a long range of sub-factors of personality formation, so it is not just a matter of language, but also of other components of various social activities. However, the state does not deal with this major identity issue because the statesmen, ministers, deputies, etc. themselves. they do not know how to write no or no, nor to discuss according to the laws of the standard Albanian language. Very big surprise! For any criticism.

The capacity and occurrence of new cyber-attacks have shattered in recent years. Such measures have very complicated workflows and comprise multiple illegal actors and organizations. Threat hunting demonstrates the process of proactively searching through networks for threats based on zero-day attacks by repeating the hunting process again and again. Unlike threat intelligence, it uses different automated security tools to collect logs in order to provide a pattern for making new intelligence-based tools by following those logs. According to our research findings about “threat hunting tools” there’s a major flaw that the designed tools are limited to the collection of logs. It works completely on logs for generating new patterns avoiding system’s main memory. Codes written directly to memory fail this process to provide proactive hunting. To overcome this major challenge, we are proposing two distinct methods, either by generating malicious code alerts or by binding memory forensics processes with threat hunting tools to make active hunting possible

Clinicians are beginning to understand the importance of quantification for use in medicine, particularly nuclear medicine. With the recent introduction of mandates by CMS, ASNC, and the SNMMI for quantification, it is not surprising that professional papers are beginning to be published on the topic. One recent publication paper by Zhao et al. demonstrates the misunderstanding that is plaguing the field of modern nuclear medicine. The second publication by Dorbala et al. discusses a major flaw in the current understanding of redistribution measurements of isotopes such as Sestamibi and Tetrofsomin

The Obama and Trump administrations have shared the same basic objectives towards Iran but have chosen radically different approaches to that end. While Obama was hailed - not least in Europe - for his emphasis on dialogue and negotiations, his policies still failed to contain Iran’s missile program and its use of “proxies” in other countries. The Trump administration’s emphasis on “maximum (economic) pressure”, in turn, is not per se doomed to failure. The major flaw of Trump’s approach, however, is that it is void of diplomacy. As long as the policy does not include a clearer understanding of the demands of as well as political/financial incentives towards Iran, “maximum pressure” runs the risk of dragging the United States still deeper into the Middle East’s violent conflicts.

On 16th September 2019 we found a major flaw in the original manuscript, that has been uploaded to ChemRXiv. To prevent readers from implementing and using a flawed algorithm, we decided to replace the manuscript with this notice. We anticipate to upload a corrected version within few weeks.

Abstract We point out a major flaw in the so-called conformable calculus. We demonstrate why it fails at defining a fractional order derivative and where exactly these tempting conformability properties come from.

The fifth chapter elucidates a needed connection between the competing visions of the education of Black people and the current iterations of the educative process. The construction of this chapter in this manner is of great importance, as a major flaw in the school to prison pipeline analytic framework is a historical representation of the issues that are central to the discussion.
