Our motivation in this paper is to predict student Engagement (E), Behavior (B), Personality (P) and Performance (P) via designing a Tracking Student Perfor-mance Tool (TSPT) that obtained data directly from Moodle logs of any selected courses. The proposed tool follows the predictive EBP model that focuses mainly on student's EBP and Performance where the instructor could use it to monitor the overall performance of his/her students during the course. The results of test-ing the tool show that the developed tool gives the same as manual results analy-sis. Analyzing Moodle log of any course using such a tool is supposed to help with the implementation of similar courses and helpful for the instructor in re-designing it in a way that is more beneficial to the students. This paper sheds light on the importance of studying student's EBPP and provides interesting possibili-ties for improving student performance with a specific focus on designing online learning environments or contexts.

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected all fields, including the management of a school/madrasah, which is influenced by the leadership style of the principal. Leadership style is a method that is owned by the head of the madrasa in carrying out special leadership at MA Darul Ma'arif Numbay. The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership style of the madrasa principal at MA Darul Ma'arif Numbay in improving student performance and achievement during the covid 19 pandemic. Qualitative research method. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive data. The results showed that the leadership style used by the madrasah principal in applying the open and situational leadership style at MA Darul Ma'arif Numbay during the COVID-19 pandemic has been running and the results have been seen and can be felt by madrasa residents including students with increased teacher performance and the existence of student achievement in the academic field of madrasa science competence in the fields of mathematics and physics in 2021.

This paper presents a novel framework for developing educational hypermedia systems incorporating adaptation techniques and tailored feedback. In particular, the adaptation techniques refers to the content presentation; where the system hides/displays information according to students’ knowledge level and learning goals, and to the navigation design; where the system proposes the learning path that is better to be followed based on their profile. Finally, the framework embodies a diagnostic model that analyzes the students’ misconceptions and provides tailored feedback and advices on bridging students’ knowledge gap. This framework aims to enhance the effectiveness of learning process, increasing student engagement through the adaptive content and navigation and improving student performance through the tailored feedback.

Educational Data Mining (EDM) is a novel concept associated with developing methods for exploring the specific types of data produced by educational settings and using those approaches to effectively understand students and the environments in which they learn. Prediction attempts to shape trends that will allow it to predict results or learning outcomes based on available data. Predicting student success has become an appealing challenge for researchers. They develop an understandable and efficient model using supervised and unsupervised EDM techniques. This assists decision-makers in improving student performance. The task of deciding the best model leads to the emergence of various techniques from both EDM techniques. The numerous research models used to solve the problem of student success prediction using educational data mining are discussed in this paper. The primary purpose of this paper is to explain the methodology for implementing the proposed solution for student performance prediction, as well as to present the findings of a study aimed at evaluating the performance of various data mining classification algorithms on the given dataset in order to assess their potential usefulness for achieving the goal and objectives.

The objective of teaching is learning, not teaching. Improving student performance means improving teacher performance. Research shows that teaching for critical thought isn't widespread in our classrooms. Teaching teachers new approaches to instruction demands effective professional development. This chapter discusses the role of teacher in the classroom. Additionally, a discussion on emphasizing social capital in the school network increases teacher ability to teach and learner ability to learn.
