Modern crop production in the conditions of total reduction of tilled area is one of the priorities in effective farming. The adaptive intensification of crop production, which provides sustainable growth of yield, resource conservation and ecological safety, requires increase of financing and involvement of plant protection measures in the mechanism of state support, the use of genetic selection potential of plants, the use of agrotechnical measures, technical and technological upgrade, for the purpose of adjustment of arable crops growth conditions, improvement of grain quality, as well as soil conservation and enrichment. Scientifically proven measures regarding plant protection against hazardous organisms play a special role in the mechanism of state support and stimulation of agricultural goods producers. This approach will make it possible to abandon abusive application of chemical agents and replace them with biological ones against the same variety of pathogens; it will facilitate increase in arable crops yield, improve of quality of goods produced, cost saving and growth of net profit, in comparison with traditional technologies, as well as mitigate risks related to the influence of chemical agents on the environment. It will increase the field competitiveness both at internal and external market. The offered measures were developed with provision for the WTO requirements which make it binding to implement the methods of state support without distorting influence of activities of companies, i.e. implement the support within the «green box». The «green box» includes the costs of plant protection measures and productive infrastructure formation.

Rising kids’ concentrations is a hard task for both parents and teachers. We can achieve our goal of the game (Increasing kid's concentration level) by making the game surroundings a lot harder in the intercourse of the game, so we have here four kinds of surroundings for the kid to interact with: Green box: this is the main box for the kid to hit. Yellow box: this is a box with negative attitude that the kid should stay aware of. White box: this is a box for increasing time if he ran out of time. Red box: this is a rare box it's appears and disappears in a 1 second and requires a high concentration level to hit it. They abducted the hero's girlfriend and he got angry and try to restore her and free the planet from this disastrous occupation. Keywords: Educational Games, ADHD treatment, FPS Games.

Introduction. The agro-industrial sector has a significant impact on the national economy state, so the key task of public policy is to ensure its continued development. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the experience of highly developed countries (such as the USA) in the state regulation field of the productivity of the resource potential use at the agricultural sector to determine the key directions of the domestic agrarian policy development. Results. The possibility of using "green box" levers in domestic agricultural policy has been established aimed at optimizing the use of resource potential. The criteria of belonging of state measures to the "green box" are defined: their influence should not concern the price support of productions, financing is carried out at the expense of government budget programs, and not consumers of agricultural production. Uncertainty of goals and strategy of domestic agrarian reform has been revealed. The main reason for the imperfect development strategy of the domestic agrarian sphere is outlined - the lack of a concept and mechanism for state regulation of the productivity utilization of the resource potential at the agricultural sector enterprises. The low level of attention of the state authorities to the agriculture resource potential is justified. It has been established that the current practice of crop management leads to a deterioration of the soil and climatic conditions. This necessitates the search for new approaches to shaping the resource potential of agricultural enterprises. The unsatisfac-tory condition of fixed assets used in agriculture and their impact on the yield of agricultural products are characterized. The chronology of the state regulation system transformation of productivity of resource potential use in the USA’s agricul-tural sector is considered. The existence of permanent goals of agricultural policy has been established. The main types of US farms are characterized: individual farms, family partnerships and corporations. The American system orientation on strengthening the influence of state regulation in order to provide conditions for efficient use of resource potential is estab-lished. The main shortcomings of the domestic agricultural policy are identified and the directions of its improvement are suggested. Conclusions. Today there is no alternative to active state regulation aimed at the formation, restoration and utiliza-tion of the resource potential of the domestic agrarian sector. In this regard, it is necessary to ensure the optimal structure of market and social leverages on the resource potential. This impact must be comprehensive and continuous in order to achieve the stated goal. In many countries renewable energy was originally driven by utilities, independent power producers, government entities or a combination of these. Renewable energy was seen as being on the fringes and not viable long term. The perspective has changed and now increasingly new entrants have emerged, in particular oil and gas companies. Why is this the case? Is it because they are redefining what it means to be an energy company? It is because it supports diversification? Is it because renewable energy is seen as a growth opportunity? Is to check the 'green' box? We’ll investigate the reasons that new entrants are emerging and what it means for the sector. Although the quality of teaching and learning of geography in many schools is worrying, another more basic problem is that of teachers lacking basic resources to use in their classrooms. Higher education institutions are expected to engage with and be of service to society and its needs. The Green Box Project is reported on as a practical and sustainable solution to address the resource constraints that many teachers of geography contend with; a way of improving the quality of teaching and learning in schools; and a model to be used by higher education institutions for community engagement.
