In this paper, there is description of videos technology has been used widely as well as tried to explore the transform in the structure of selling as well as buying of the product mainly in short videos. With the emergence of the Internet, online procedure are replacing conventional models in our society. Even so, not many recognize the criticality required in E-commerce industry. Video commerce is the next great thing of marketing. It connects to a web page of a dealer selling or giving services rightly from its portal to the consumers. They use a digital shopping cart structure and permit payment by credit card, debit card or electronic fund transfer payments. The E- commerce services helps in decreasing costs in managing orders while also interacting with a broad range of suppliers as well as trading partners. This article is dedicated to the Colosseum and a classic movie filmed in Rome "Roman Holiday” (1953, USA). It was the first Hollywood film to be filmed and processed entirely in Italy. The great thing about Rome is that not much changes in the historic city centre. The story is about princess Ann (played by Audrey Hepburn) who comes to Rome and slips out one evening from the Embassy, and an American journalist (Gregory Peck). Joe takes Ann around Rome for a "Grand Day Out" and we have loads of views of Rome, both the famous monuments and the streets, squares, and bridges. So when Audrey Hepburn surveys the Colosseum, she’s really surveying the Colosseum. In the film "Roman Holiday", Princess Ann holds on tight as they race through the roads past the famous Colosseum. The stars riding a Vespa made an iconic movie poster for the film, during an important era for Italian filmmaking. The authors of the article offer an innovative approach to the formation of a professionally oriented foreign language learning environment by studying the filming locations of the masterpiece of world cinema "Roman Holiday" (1953, USA), on the example of the Colosseum. It is a typical example copied throughout the empire: a highly decorative exterior, seats set over a network of barrel vaults, and underground rooms below the arena floor to hide people, animals and props until they were needed in the spectacles of the"Theatre of Death". Remembered the greatest English historian of all time Bede, Lord Byron’s poem"Child Harold's Pilgrimage", gladiators.

Life for married college students can indeed be very tedious and challenging. But with perseverance, good support system, and proper motivation these students will be able to cope well with the issues they face at present. This study elucidates the dominant lived-experiences of married college students valuing the resiliency theory. Qualitative study was employed, back up with triangulation to substantiate the theory used in the study. The study is deemed to denude the lived-experiences of married students while they are studying in a private or public universities in Region 02. To assess resiliency, the tool Cannor- Davidson Resilience Scale was also made use to measure the strength of these students while taking a risk in their lives. In this study, it revealed that married students are even stronger while they are facing tribulations in their respective lives.  They even gamble their future but still optimistic enough to face whatever future may give them.  Married students were able to exhibit compassion and empathy, resourceful and flexible and they show concern to everyone. One great thing that had been uncovered was that married students were problem solvers and critical thinkers.

Transfer learning is one of the most amazing concepts in machine learning and A.I. Transfer learning is completely unsupervised model. Transfer learning is a machine learning technique in which a network that has been trained to perform a specific task is being reused or repurposed as a starting point to perform another similar task. For this work I used ImageNet Dataset and MobileNet model to analyse Accuracy performance of my Deep Transform learning model on GPU of Intel® Core™ i3-7100U CPU using TensorFlow 2.0 Hub and Keras. ImageNet is an open source Large-Scale dataset of images consisting of 1000 classes and over 1.5 million images. And my overall idea is to analyse accuracy of Vision performance on the very poor network configuration. This work reached an Accuracy almost near to 100% on GPU of Intel® Core™ i3-7100U CPU which is great result with datasets used in this work are not easy to deal and having a lot of classes. That’s why it’s impacting the performance of the network. To classify and predict from tons of images from more classes on low configured network is really challenging one, it’s a great thing the computer vision accuracy showed an excellent vision nearly 100% on GPU in my work.

Businesses that promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) through their supply chains by requiring their suppliers to report on and otherwise communicate their CSR are doing a great thing, aren’t they? In this article, we challenge this assumption by focusing on the impact on small and medium sized enterprise (SME) suppliers when their large customer firms pressurize them to make their implicit CSR communication more explicit. We expose a ‘dark side’ to assumed improvements in CSR reporting within a supply chain. We present a conceptual framework that draws on previous research on communication constitutes organization (CCO) theory, implicit and explicit CSR, and Foucault’s governmentality. We identify and discuss the implications of three resulting dilemmas faced by SMEs: authenticity commercialization, values control and identity disruption. The overarching contribution of our article is to extend theorizing on CSR communication and conceptual research on CSR in SME suppliers (small business social responsibility). From a practice and policy perspective, it is not ultimately clear that promoting CSR reporting among SMEs will necessarily improve socially responsible practice.
