Due to the increasing demands on the quality of solid-state laser active media production based on yttrium aluminum garnet Y3Al5O12 in the form of rods with precisely machined faces, the possibilities of applying subaperture 3D corrective polishing in this segment of optical production were studied. For the considered laser rod diameters of up to 10 mm, the corrective process had to be optimized to achieve a stable, suitably shaped tool influence function at the full width at half maximum of approximately 1.5 mm, enabling 3D shape corrections with sufficient lateral resolution. For this purpose, a number of experiments were performed using both tools based on a flexible elastic membrane inflated by compressed air and tools with a viscoelastic head, and the effect of the tool-polished surface interaction was studied and analyzed.

The article discusses the relevance of building technological patterns in the field of optical production technology. Attention is drawn to the problem of technological secrets. Various periods of development of domestic optical production are considered, when advanced production experience and knowledge were consciously distributed and, on the contrary, consciously limited. The features of constructing technological regularities in the conditions of modern optical instrumentation are listed. A comparison of the manufacturing technology of prisms of XX-XXI centuries is given.

The impact of the digital economy on the development of the agricultural sector was investigated, using the method of analyzing the functioning environment. It was revealed that the current state of the agricultural sector in Ukraine does not significantly depend on the influence and provision of the digital economy. It is proposed to carry out the development of the agro-industrial complex based on priorities for achieving the technical efficiency of economic activities related to the manufacture of computers, electronic and optical products. An assessment of the development of the digital economy in the context of the state of the types of economic activity in agriculture the features of the backlog were revealed and the prospects for the development of agricultural activities through a fundamental reorganization of the economy by developing the manufacture of computer, electronic and optical production were evaluated. The need of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine for modern information developments that will increase the volume of sales and reduce production and personnel costs is substantiated. Research indicate the necessity for further adjustments to the line of technical efficiency by the method of analyzing the functioning environment in order to develop digital technologies in agriculture, forestry and fisheries.

The article highlights the problems of finding scientific and practical laws in the field of optical instrument technology. Examples of analysis of some legislative dimensions, made in the framework of the educational activities in the preparation are the moat in the direction Instrument, the profile "Technology of instrumentation". The purpose of such works is to try to develop technology as a science. Among the main methods of analysis of regularities – correlation and regression, and probably-statistical. The research results confirm the problematic formalization of technological knowledge and production experience. The reason is the inconsistency of the initial information and the lack of system processing of production and technological solutions. The article is relevant in connection with further automation of optical production.
