The article considers the problem of analyzing the possibility of increasing the control efficiency of spacecrafts and orbital groupings operating in different orbits, having a different composition of the ground control loop technical means and, as a consequence, different technological control cycles. The main purpose of the study is to substantiate the possibility of increasing the efficiency of control of the constantly expanding orbital grouping of the State Corporation “Roscosmos” through the rational use of MCC software and hardware (active means) in terms of their unification, the use of common computing resources to ensure the functioning of MCCs by various purposes spacecrafts with the ability of their operational redistribution in the flight control process. Examples of the implementation of the above approaches in the currently being created product “Roscosmos basic MCC” are given. The results of the analysis of the possibilities of using the Roskosmos basic MCC in existing and prospective projects are presented.

The method of active technological control of topological parameters of synthesized island catalysts on solid oxide fuel cell electrolytes is considered. The proposed method makes it possible to obtain a catalyst with a maximum active area and high adhesion to a solid oxide electrolyte, which contributes to an increase in the power of the fuel cell and an increase in the operational life. The models of two stages of formation of island films under vacuum and magnetron sputtering presented in this paper were used as a theoretical basis for the creation of a method for active technological control and control of the synthesis of island catalyst in solid oxide fuel cells. Experimental testing of the developed method has shown its efficiency and effectiveness in the creation of solid oxide fuel cells.

AbstractThis article analyzes cultural persistence in Guam through plaiting, material culture, and maintenance activities, a set of daily practices that are essential to social continuity and well-being. The colonization of Guam began in 1668 with the Jesuit missions. Jesuit policies utilized maintenance activities to colonize Indigenous lifeways and subjectivities, but we believe those activities also functioned as reservoirs of traditional knowledge. Although plaiting has been situated in different historical contexts across the centuries, it no doubt expresses material continuities stretching from a precolonial past. The article also challenges today’s widespread belief that the search for change is a universal value. It argues that societies appreciate continuity over change in inverse proportion to technological control over nature, asymmetrical relationships of power, and specialized fragmentation of functional tasks. In the absence of such features, the best guarantee of survival lies in maintaining the balance achieved by traditional lifeways.

Abstract For two decades, economic agents have been investing in the personal data-driven industry on the assumption that courts, the keepers of the legal systems, would have backed their claims, turning their technological control of personal data into legally protected property rights. Courts' backing has proved only temporary as they are now revising early solutions by constraining collection, use, and trade of personal data to protect the hierarchically superior rights. The theory of ‘legal bubbles’ rationalizes the economics underlying the legal shockwaves affecting the personal data-driven economy. ‘Legal bubbles’ tend to arise when economic agents invest in the economic exploitation of a new resource in a context of uncertainty and ignorance about the legal implications of innovative activities. These legal foundations may eventually turn out to be unstable as a result of courts' ex-post attempt to re-adapt them to the previously ignored implications of unconstrained commodification, with disruptive economic consequences.

The theme Dystopia began as a response to Utopian theory, which isrelated to perfect communities. A dystopia is an imaginary community or society that is dehumanized and is therefore terrifying with people who are forced to battle for survivalin a ruined environment with technological control and oppression by the governing authority. Dystopian novels or films can challenge readers to think differently about the current social and political contexts, and can even promptpositive actions for the future of human beings. Recently, not only America and Europe but also South Korea has witnessed the increasing release of a range ofdystopian or post-apocalyptic films and novels. These creations reflect the harsh reality of our modern life in which human beings have to confront disasters, pandemics and problems of the modern industrialized society. Though usually set in a future scene, the dystopian theme can function as an open gate, an objection from the present, or as the “archaeology of the Future”. The success of South Korean literature and film on this topic claims the strong rise of SouthKorean wave in the world’s pop culture. It also shows that sci-fi works with dystopian theme can be seen as an anti-social discourse as well as their possibility of merging with the mainstream works.
