Abstract The solid organic waste load that is formed during the vannamei shrimp cultivation process is a problem that must be overcome because it triggers water quality deterioration and the emergence of shrimp disease. The sludge collector is designed to accommodate a load of the solid waste easily removed from the pond environment during the cultivation process. This study evaluates the performance of two types of pond outlets on water quality and shrimp production performance. Two concrete pond plots with an area of 1000 m2 each were used in this study. The treatments applied are the Sludge Collector and Central Drain solar model as outlet facilities located in the middle of the pond. The stocking density of the fry is 500 PL/m2 and is maintained for 92 days. According to the feeding program, 38-36% crude protein content is given eight times daily. The water exchange was carried out in the morning and evening. The application of additives in the form of lime, molasses, and probiotics into the ponds was adjusted to the needs and development of pond water quality conditions. The parameters measured consisted of water quality, total bacteria, total hematocyte count, prophenoloxidase (proPO), growth, survival rate, production, feed conversion ratio, and analysis of shrimp production costs. Data is analyzed using descriptive statistics. The study results show that the Sludge Collector application in super-intensive ponds has better water quality (total ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, nitrate, and total suspended solid performance due to the cleaner sludge disposal system to maintain water quality conditions suitable for the life of vannamei shrimp. This response is in line with the performance of THC and proPO in shrimp in Sludge Collector ponds that have a lower stress level than in Central Drain ponds. The sludge Collector application resulted in an 8.25% higher gain than the Sludge Collector treatment with a larger shrimp size.

This research was conducted in Mawasangka District, Central Buton Regency. This research determines how much vannamei shrimp production is and analyzes what factors influence vannamei shrimp production. The population in this study was 45 vannamei shrimp farmers. Sampling in this study was using the census method, where researchers took the entire population of vannamei shrimp pond farmers in Mawasangka District. The analysis was used to determine the number of products produced by vannamei shrimp farmers using quantitative analysis with rumours of productivity and production function of Cobb Douglass to examine the factors that influence production. The results showed that the total production of vannamei shrimp was 14,319 tons, with an average output of 318 kg / 2HA. Factors that significantly affect the production island area (X1 ), Shrimp (X2 ), and Feed (X4 ) where the results uj i in getting the Sig and n use-values the coefficient of determination is 0 .563, which means production factors size fries, lime. Feed collectively together has an influence on the production amounted to 56.7%.

This research focuses on digital marketing strategies to promote shrimp production and exports from the company Freddy Shrimps Cia. Its function is to define the current problems of the organization, simultaneously the segmentation of internal and external clients was carried out, in terms of data collection techniques, the interview and the survey have been used. As a result, the importance of periodic evaluations of the marketing strategies carried out by the company is evident, this will contribute to the existence of a control and improvement of activities aimed at the commercialization and positioning of the shrimp product in the market. Fulfilling in this way with loyalty strategies, allowing to know the importance of the process when offering a product or providing a service, complying with all the parameters and policies that are oriented to fulfill this objective, exceeding the expectations of consumers.

Shrimp farming in Southeast Asia is often touted as a globalisation success story. The region emerged as a key area for farmed shrimp production in the 1990s, and it remains a leading producer of shrimp for export to international markets to this day. This achievement has not, however, been without cost. Small-scale shrimp farmers in Southeast Asia have suffered persistent social, economic and environmental dislocations stemming from price pressures imposed by globalisation and neoliberal economic policies in the seafood sector. Community supported fisheries (CSF) represent an alternative marketing model which could potentially support small-scale producers in Southeast Asia whose viability is threatened by the intensification of shrimp production by large corporate interests. This article investigates opportunities for CSF in the region, encourages research that builds social capital in aquaculture communities, and identifies opportunities to link small-scale shrimp farming operations with local markets that seek high quality seafood produced in an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible manner.
