The study is devoted to a detailed analysis of observational data from the GRACE space system to clarify the parameters of a catastrophic earthquake with a magnitude of MW = 8.8, which occurred in the subduction zone near the coast of Chile. Digital maps of changes in the EWH parameter over the geoid contour in the investigated seismically active region of the Chilean earthquakes of 2014 and 2015 were constructed. It is shown that there is a negative correlation between the value of the geodynamic parameter H for a strong earthquake with M W = 8.8 (distance from the hypocenter to the position of the Earth-Moon barycenter) and the equivalent water height above the geoid EWH. The highest correlation coefficient between the parameters H and EWH equal to R = -0.61 was noted during the period of registration of the number of postseismic events in the region of Central Chile. In the course of further research study the representative class of earthquakes for a detailed analysis of the variability of the EWH parameter and its relationship with geodynamic processes.

The paper considers the problem of modeling the processing of geodynamic information in a reconfigurable information-communication environment of geodynamic monitoring based on an adaptive queuing system. It was established that due to the complexity and diversity of geodynamic information, the number of geodynamic control points is expanding and the number of controlled parameters, the number of controlled objects of natural-technical systems (NTS) are increasing. This leads to an increase in the overall load on the info-communication monitoring environment, an increase in the processing time and the response time of the NTS geodynamic stability control system to negative changes. This leads to the need for adaptive optimization of the info-communication environment of geodynamic monitoring. The model of a composite stream describing the change in the nature of the tasks performed by geodynamic monitoring was determined, approaches to reconfiguration management based on minimization of the loss functional were proposed. The constructed model of the process of functioning and the analytical dependencies obtained for it allow analyzing the process of processing geodynamic information in info-communication environments to optimize the mechanisms of their functioning.

The study is devoted to the analysis of the features of the change in the EWH (Equivalent Water Height) parameter over the geoid by satellite measurements of the GRACE space system in various regions of the World Ocean. A GRACE satellite data archive has been created. The perturbed state of the geomedium is interpreted using digital maps of the spatial distribution of the EWH parameter based on the histogram approach and correlation analysis.

The article gives valuable information on geodynamic monitoring. We created a geodynamical polygon to ensure the industrial safety of oil and gas production facilities. It was created on the Kogalym oil field for multiple repeated observations of recent deformation processes. Analysis and interpretation of the results of geodynamical monitoring: satellite observations, exploitation parameters of field development provided an opportunity to identify that an anthropogenic factor is one of the conditions for the formation of recent deformations of the Earth's surface.

The paper deals with the problem of ranking alternatives to geodynamic monitoring systems in the case of uncertainty of their implementation time. The problem is characterized by the fact that the choice of alternatives and the effect of it depends on the quality properties of the applied organizational and technical solutions, taking into account the time of implementation. The ordering of alternatives is proposed taking into account the uncertainty of the implementation time factors. Ranking is realized by comparing the trees of functional characteristics of alternatives taking into account the compliance of their characteristics with time-varying requirements. The scope of the proposed method is the choice of configurations of geodynamic monitoring systems with significant differences in the implementation time of alternatives.
