The Field Trip for Measured Survey of Built Heritage carried out by Tianjin University every summer aims to educate students in each practice session, i.e., on-site data acquisition, condition investigation, classification of the component library, taking observation notes, and accomplishing HBIM deliverables. Under the risks posed by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the students could not leave the campus as a provisional arrangement. Only a team of five people was allowed to visit the Kuiwen Pavilion in the Temple of Confucius (Qufu, China). Therefore, the field trip for students had to be replaced with remote solutions, which consists of the following methods: on-site data acquisition; post-processing; online education, observation, modeling, delivery. Kuiwen Pavilion in the Temple of Confucius is a library with the official architectural style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (14th to 20th century), for which building regulations are commonly recognized, and are suitable for survey education. In this context, this article focuses on the remote practice methods applied and tested throughout the case study. During the practice of the course, students who managed to finish the course, through the virtual tours and other online methods, finally achieved delivery of the HBIM models.

STMIK Primakara still has problems in managing student activity data because the active system is considered not running optimally. The purpose of this research is to produce an accurate and structured activity data management. The method used in this research is the prototype method and for data collection by conducting observations and field analysis and interviews. The results of this study are students are able to input the activities that have been followed independently. The student department and the operator in charge only validate the data that has been inputted by the student. This study uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) prototype model. To design the system design using the VueJs framework with the primevue component library version 3.0.0 with the sigma-vue template. With this system design, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the development department to design the system so that it can be implemented immediately to students. Keywords— System Design, Data Management, VueJs, Prototype Model, Student Activity

Buildings are a major cause of global resource consumption, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and other impacts on the environment, originating from both operational energy and material use. Informed design decisions can help mitigate potential impacts on the environment, by the use of life cycle assessment (LCA) in the early project stages. In order to mitigate building environment impacts throughout the industry, architects and engineers need tools that are integrated in the design workflow and based on the information available. Existing LCA tools for building design professionals are predominantly embedded in a specific context such as a country or a sustainability scheme. This paper provides learnings for the development of context-tailored tools for building-LCA using the case of Denmark, with specific focus on GHG-emissions that are in focus worldwide. Based on stakeholder involvement, four key areas were defined: Default information, flexibility, environmental design feedback and transparent results. Tool functions include a component library and a quantity estimator for bridging incomplete building information. A comparison monitor displays the performance of design solutions selected in the model, while a number of graphs and tables provide analysis of inventory and results. Finally, a customisable model data export, a complete input/output file for revision and custom analysis are among key functions for transparency.

AbstrakDelphi adalah Suatu bahasa pemrograman yang menggunakan visualisasi sama seperti bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic ( VB ) dan juga sebuah IDE Compiler untuk bahasa pemrograman Pascal dan lingkungan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untk merancang suatu aplikasi program. Bahasa pemrograman Delphi dikembangkan oleh CodeGear sebagai divisi pengembangan perangkat lunak milik embarcadero . Divisi tersebut awalnya milik Borland , sehingga bahasa ini memiliki versi Borland Delphi . Umumnya delphi hanya digunakan untuk pengembangan aplikasi dekstop, enterprise berbasis database dan program - program kecil. Namun karena pengembangan delphi yang semakin pesat dan bersifat general purpose bahasa pemrograman ini mampu digunakan untuk berbagai jenis pengembangan software dan Delphi juga disebut sebagai pelopor perkembangan RadTool ( Rapid Apllication Development ) tahun 1995 . Sehingga banyak orang yang mulai mengenal dan menyukai bahasa pemrograman yang bersifat VCL ( Visual Component Library ) ini .

With the continuous development of sequencing technology, the amount of bioinformatics data has increased geometrically, and the massive amount of bioinformatics data puts forward more stringent requirements for sequence assembly problems. The sequence assembly algorithm based on DBG (De Bruijn graph) strategy is a key algorithm in bioinformatics, which is widely used in the domain of gene sequence assembly. Current research on the domain of sequence assembly always focuses on optimization of specific steps to a specific algorithm and lack of research on domain-level high-abstract algorithm frameworks. To some extent, it leads to the redundancy of the sequence assembly algorithm, and some problems may be caused by the artificial selection algorithm. This paper analyzes the domain of DBGSA and establishes a feature model of this domain. Based on the production programming method, the DBGSA algorithm component is interactively designed. With the support of the PAR platform, the DBGSA algorithm component library is formally implemented, and furthermore, the DBGSA component library is used to assemble the specific algorithm. This research adds domain-level research to the domain of sequence assembly and implements the DBGSA component library, which can assemble specific sequence assembly algorithms, ensuring the efficiency of algorithm development and the reliability of assembly generation algorithms. At the same time, it also provides a valuable reference for solving problems in the domain of sequence assembly.

Unsigned reverse genome rearrangement is an important part of bioinformatics research, which is widely used in biological similarity and homology analysis, revealing biological inheritance, variation, and evolution. Branch and bound, simulated annealing, and other algorithms in unsigned reverse genome rearrangement algorithm are rare in practical application because of their huge time and space consumption, and greedy algorithms are mostly used at present. By deeply analyzing the domain of unsigned reverse genome rearrangement algorithm based on greedy strategy (unsigned reverse genome rearrangement algorithm (URGRA) based on greedy strategy), the domain features are modeled, and the URGRA algorithm components are interactively designed according to the production programming method. With the support of the PAR platform, the algorithm component library of the URGRA is formally realized, and the concrete algorithm is generated by assembly, which improves the reliability of the assembly algorithm.
