Generally new students and new visitors in a building often experience difficulties when searching for a space, especially a building that has a lot of space. As well as having a complex space, both classrooms and staff workspaces. Usually visitors who have just entered the building's environment ask the security information parties or other visitors to provide information on classrooms or staff workspace sought. Another way for visitors to find information on conventional building space is available, but the alternative method requires a lot of time. For this reason, this study was made in the campus building, using NetBeans IDE software applying the closest path search algorithm based on the pixel index value on the map image. The system will display the closest landing map and information on the lecturer room staff room and lecture classrooms and search for lecturer data information. Likewise the search for staff and lecturers by writing their names in the search panel on the touch screen monitor. then pressing the "take me there" button, the system will show the direction to the workspace and provide staff information. To view announcement information, users simply select the announcement menu, then choose the announcement category. With this system, visitors are expected to have no difficulties in finding space and staff and campus information. The purpose of this study is to be able to provide a map of the direction of the building on campus from the position of the system to the classroom and the staff room and lecturer room. Besides that, it can also provide information about campus activities, announcements and even events to students and visitors, designed with an attractive interface that is easy to use. Deep whole boring machine is a kind of special machine for processing cylindrical parts. In this paper, considering the factory actual situation, an electrical control systems of deep hole boring machine that combine the relays, contactors and PLC control together is designed based on Omron PLC. In addition, using the touch screen monitor, reliability and flexibility of the electric system is improved.

Abstract Combining unique cytoprobe, rapid hemacyte fractionation, and novel color image analysis, The White IRIS (TWI) extends automated intelligent microscopy to leukocyte differentiation. TWI provides flow cytometry precision and microscopical resolution to review specimens flagged by hematology analyzers with differential capabilities or to complement other analyzers without these capabilities. The system includes compartments for closed sampling, rapid leukocyte-rich plasma preparation, cytoprobe-induced metachromasia, and collection and color analysis of leukocyte images, and presents the results as a single-view 500-cell differential on a 20-in. (50-cm) touch-screen monitor. Method correlations for the five mature cell types averaging r > 0.90 were obtained with a prototype system. Classification of normal and abnormal specimens showed 95% agreement with a reference method without any undetected significant morphologic abnormality. False-positive and false-negative rates of 7.27% and 3.53%, respectively, exceeded performance of current commercial systems. Case studies demonstrate the ease and speed with which unusual pathologies and leukemias can be observed and interpreted.

Horticulture information is being placed at the fingertips of Virginia citizens through the use of Public Information Interactive Video Systems. A personal computer (with a touch-screen monitor) and laserdisc player work together to offer a multi-media delivery system. The user moves through programs by simply touching the screen to browse, skip ahead, back up, look up specific information, and print out needed information. A program on household plants contains photographs and information on 131 popular cut flowers and houseplants. A program on selecting landscape plants includes short video segments on the plant selection process, a plant sorter, picture album, and information on the 141 trees, shrubs, vines, and ground covers. Horticulture questions are among those answered in a section on questions most often asked of extension agents. This horticulture information program is one of the top two programs used in the Public Information Interactive Video System in Virginia.
