Electronic information is a vital resource used by fellowship applicants. This study aimed to assess the completeness of colon and rectal surgery (CRS) fellowship program online information. Program information on the Association of Program Directors for Colon and Rectal Surgery (APDCRS) website as well as each institutional website was evaluated based on templated criteria. Sixty-eight accredited fellowship programs were identified. Six (9%) programs had complete profiles on the APDCRS platform, with an average of 3.5 details completed per program. Sixty-two (91%) websites were easily accessible. None of these contained all 28 criteria assessed and 47 (69%) contained less than half of assessed content. The most common data point was fellowship program description (96%), while board pass rate (1%) was the least common. Most CRS fellowship websites were grossly incomplete. Electronically available information is vital to fellowship applicants, and programs should try to provide easily accessible information about their program.

The objective of the present study is to produce a learning media product of health protocol implementation to children entitled "Awas Ada Virus Corona". This media utilized R&D method and took several steps, namely preliminary research and data collection, research planning, product development, expert validation, product revision and final product. Feasibility testing is carried out by media experts by examining the multimedia construction domain consist of 3 aspects, namely guidance and information, program performance as well as systematic, aesthetic, and design aspects. Furthermore, a filled questionnaire by media experts was used to collect the data needed. Meanwhile, the descriptive statistic was used to analyzed the data gathered. The result of the present study is an application that can be used by children entitled " Awas Ada Virus Corona " as an educational media in implementing 3M of health protocol, namely wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining a safe distance. The addition of Augmented reality technology with a live coloring feature is added in this application in reading markers to increase children's attractiveness. This augmented reality technology is applied in order to avoid the children only focus on gadgets, so children feel happy in using the familiar media and still interacting with the environment.

The systemic and functional analysis of economic nature of Crypto currency within the modern theory of money is a necessary essential component of the study that allowed the authors to formulate a vision of social and economic model of future international monetary system. The authors consider the substance of money in a dialectic unity of the transformation of forms and spheres of its being. The forms of being of money are: material, monetary, paper, electronic. The spheres of being of money are: social, - the "symbol money"; economic, - the "bank notes"; political and legal, - "monetary units". In this paper we show that money is a financial instrument. Money is a market form of universal claim to a share in the wealth of society. The uncovering of internal intrinsic structure of money allows the authors to show convincingly that a currency, especially a "Crypto currency", cannot have and does not have an "economic nature". In considering the process of historical transformation of international monetary systems, taking into account the real achievements of financial, information, program and social engineering for the creation of a digital "gold" the authors believe that the social and economic model of future international monetary system has received its real approbation.

Little is known about the healthfulness and cost of gluten-free (GF) foods, relative to non-GF alternatives, in Canada. This study compared the extent of processing, nutritional composition and prices of Canadian products with and without GF claims. Data were sourced from the University of Toronto Food Label Information Program (FLIP) 2013 (n = 15,285) and 2017 (n = 17,337) databases. Logistic regression models examined the association of NOVA processing category with GF claims. Calorie/nutrient contents per 100 g (or mL) were compared between GF and non-GF products. Generalized linear models compared adjusted mean prices per 100 g (or mL) of products with and without GF claims. The prevalence of GF claims increased from 7.1% in 2013 to 15.0% in 2017. GF claims appeared on 17.0% of ultra-processed foods, which were more likely to bear GF claims products than less-processed categories. Median calories and sodium were significantly higher in GF products; no significant differences were observed for saturated fat or sugars. Compared to non-GF products, adjusted mean prices of GF products were higher for 10 food categories, lower for six categories and not significantly different for six categories. Overall, GF claims are becoming increasingly prevalent in Canada; however, they are often less healthful and more expensive than non-GF alternatives, disadvantaging consumers following GF diets.

One of the principles of higher education is freedom in choosing a study program based on the student’s interests and abilities. These elements influence the student’s decisions in choosing a college/university. School of Health Sciences Panakkukang, one of the tertiary institutions organizing the D-3 Medical Records and Health Information (RMIK) Study Programs, is becoming an increasingly popular choice. This can be seen from the number of students enrolled (214 in 2016, 225 in 2017, 177 in 2018, and 122 in 2019). The students’ decision to choose the Study Program is influenced by cultural, social and personal factors. This study’s objective is to determine the effect of these factors on the selection of Study Programs. This research uses a descriptive analytic quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design. The study population was 524 students with a sample of 84 respondents taken proportionally (20 first-year students, 28 second-year students and 36 thirdyear students). The results showed that the cultural and personal factors did not significantly influence the selection of D-3 RMIK Study Programs with sig. cultural factors of 0.595> 0.05, personal factors with sig. of 0.197> 0.05. While the social factors significantly influence the selection of D-3 RMIK Study Programs with sig. of 0.000 <0.05. The cultural, social and personal factors have a combined effect of 33.8%.   Keywords: cultural, social, personal factors.

In 2019, Canada’s Food Guide (CFG) was updated from the 2007 version. This study developed a food-based nutrient profile model (NPM) to evaluate the alignment of packaged food and beverage products with CFG 2019 and compared it with CFG 2007. Packaged products from the University of Toronto’s Food Label Information Program 2017 database were evaluated in terms of their alignment with CFG 2007 (using the Health Canada Surveillance Tool (HCST)) and CFG 2019 (using our newly developed CFG 2019 NPM). Agreement in alignment (e.g., products “in line” according to CFG 2019 NPM and in Tiers 1 or 2 according to the HCST) was calculated and differences in alignment and reasons for differences were quantified and described. Overall agreement in product alignment between CFG 2007 and 2019 was 81.9%, with fewer products aligned with CFG 2019: 16.4% vs. 31.8%, (X2 =189.12, p< 0.001). Differences in alignment varied across food categories (0.0-73.8%), explained by differences in CFG 2019, reflected in the CFG 2019 NPM (e.g., emphasis on avoiding processed foods, encouraging whole grains and low-fat dairy). This study presents a first step in assessing packaged foods’ alignment with CFG 2019; future work is needed to evaluate broader dietary adherence to the updated recommendations. Novelty Bullets: -A food-based nutrient profile model was developed based on the 2019 Canada’s Food Guide (CFG) and tested on packaged foods by comparing it to the nutrient-based Health Canada Surveillance Tool (HCST), based on CFG 2007. -Most (82%) packaged products were “not in line” with either CFG version.
