Coordinate technologies play an important role in many industrial applications, especially for eco nanobuildings and spaces. Lately, the global new architecture seems to be more automated as appeared in the parametric architecture, topological, animate, metamorphic, and isomorphic and per formative architecture. They all depend on the visualization, the high precision techniques, and the 4th dimension all within sustainability. But till now, there is no main environmental space code, unit or standards to deal with to insure that the environmental design became in a form of an easier one to be the design of the era as all the global calls aware us to preserve the nature from pollution. Mainly within the call for the nanotechnology, if there is found a least architectural volumetric unit which can fulfill all the environmental sustainable systems within the visionary and the 4th dimensional acts, then we can act with the environment with easier spaces that can be duplicated in a uniform way, to work easily for measure and estimate the budget of his supposed built space. Therefore, the main liable issue concerns the research for the least architectural volumetric unit, and we can call it the nanoarchitectural unit. As nanoarchitecture is a virtual and proposed kind of architecture, which the architects aim to create it or follow it the nanotechnology to insure that the 3D technology is to submit as an application in all branches of science, to achieve a dream of the present-day from sustainability and environment for future generations. Accordingly, recent studies have confirmed that 3D coordinate technology using digital printing has an important subtle impact on industry, especially for green buildings and spaces.

Understanding our oceans and their marine ecosystems has enabled the development of sustainable systems for mariculture. While the bulk of studies to date have focused on the production of food, its remarkable expanse has inspired the translation of other markets towards aquatic environments. This manuscript outlines an approach to pharmaceutical mariculture, by demonstrating a benchmark for future prototyping. Here, design, field evaluation and natural product chemistry are united to successfully produce nystatin at sea. This study begins by evaluating new designs for culture flasks, illustrating a next step towards developing self-contained bioreactors for culturing in marine environments. Through pilot studies, an underwater system was developed to cost effectively produce cultures that yielded 200 mg of nystatin per deployment. Overall, this study demonstrates the potential for the practical culturing of microbes in a marine environment and provides an important next step for the fledgling field of molecular mariculture.

A post-lithium battery era is envisaged, and it is urgent to find new and sustainable systems for energy storage. Multivalent metals, such as magnesium, are very promising to replace lithium, but the low mobility of magnesium ion and the lack of suitable electrolytes are serious concerns. This review mainly discusses the advantages and shortcomings of the new rechargeable magnesium batteries, the future directions and the possibility of using solid electrolytes. Special emphasis is put on the diversity of structures, and on the theoretical calculations about voltage and structures. A critical issue is to select the combination of the positive and negative electrode materials to achieve an optimum battery voltage. The theoretical calculations of the structure, intercalation voltage and diffusion path can be very useful for evaluating the materials and for comparison with the experimental results of the magnesium batteries which are not hassle-free.

The study of the interaction between fruit trees and cover crops has been addressed in numerous works over the last 50 years or more, evidencing the need to evolve from a productive orchard to an orchard that plays different ecosystem roles in terms of environmental sustainability rather than just productivity. This review, through an analysis of the scientific literature since the 1950s, highlights the development of sustainable soil management models in fruit tree orchards, mostly considering the relationship with fruit quality traits and with the ecosystem services that result from the adoption of cover crops, aiming at identifying and formulating technical recommendations in perennial orchards. Cover crop management surely improves soil features and positively influences fruit quality in perennial woody species, but also helps to develop a better habitat for beneficial insects, thus influencing pollination. A large number of scientific approaches highlight the beneficial use of a mixture of seeds in order to enhance biodiversity, aiming at improving ecosystem services for a transition towards more sustainable systems based on agroecological management.

E-health sustainable systems can be optimized by empowering patients in self-care programs through artificial intelligence ecosystems in which both doctors and patients interact in an agile way. This work proposes agent-based simulators as a mechanism for predicting the repercussions of certain self-care programs in certain patients for finding the most appropriate ones. In order to make this easy for both doctors and patients, mobile agents are used to configure an app for each patient, and this app provides the resources to each self-care program. Mobile agents include a machine-learning module for learning which programs are the most appropriate for each patient. This approach is illustrated with two agent-based simulators for respectively reducing negative emotions such as depression and controlling heart rate variability extreme values related to stress. The resulting app was evaluated with a group of users with the Usefulness, Satisfaction and Ease of use (USE) scale and obtained 73% in usefulness, 77% in satisfaction, and 68% in ease of use. This trial is registered with According to the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), this manuscript states that all experiments have been approved with the ethical committee CEICA from Community of Aragon (Spain) with registration number C.I.PI18/099.
