Recently, due to the increase in popularity of the Internet, the problem of digital data security over the Internet is increasing at a phenomenal rate. Watermarking is used for various notable applications to secure digital data from unauthorized individuals. To achieve this, in this article, we propose a joint encryption then-compression based watermarking technique for digital document security. This technique offers a tool for confidentiality, copyright protection, and strong compression performance of the system. The proposed method involves three major steps as follows: (1) embedding of multiple watermarks through non-sub-sampled contourlet transform, redundant discrete wavelet transform, and singular value decomposition; (2) encryption and compression via SHA-256 and Lempel Ziv Welch (LZW), respectively; and (3) extraction/recovery of multiple watermarks from the possibly distorted cover image. The performance estimations are carried out on various images at different attacks, and the efficiency of the system is determined in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and normalized correlation (NC), structural similarity index measure (SSIM), number of changing pixel rate (NPCR), unified averaged changed intensity (UACI), and compression ratio (CR). Furthermore, the comparative analysis of the proposed system with similar schemes indicates its superiority to them.

The multiple watermarking technique has drawn more attention due to high demand for embedding more than one copyright. This paper proposes a multiple watermarking scheme using DWT-SVD by utilizing HVS characteristics. Our scheme embeds multiple watermarks in red and blue colors. The proposed scheme examines the coefficients of U orthogonal matrix for embedding and extracting watermarks. Watermarks are scrambled by Arnold transform before embedded in the host image in order provide additional security. The optimal thresholds for red and blue colors are revealed by finding a trade-off between normalized-cross correlation and imperceptibility from quantization steps. The experimental results demonstrate that our scheme achieves high resistant under JPEG and JPEG2000 compression for both inserted watermarks.

An effective multiple watermarking technique supported on neural network into the wavelet transform can be proposed. The wavelet coefficients has been preferred by Human Visual System. In the proposed work focus on Discrete Wavelet Transform based segmented image watermarking techniques using Back-Propagation neural networks. Using improved BPNN, the multiple watermarks are embedded into the original image, which can advance the pace of the learn, reduce the error and the qualified neural networks are extricate multiple watermarks as of the embedded images. The planned strategy achieves a excellent visual effect scheduled the watermarked images as well as high robustness on extracted multiple watermarks.

In this paper, a technique of image watermarking using multiple images as watermarks is presented. The technique is based on transform domain functions including discrete wavelet transform (DWT), discrete cosine transform (DCT) and singular value decomposition (SVD) with an image as the host signal i.e. the watermarks will be used as proofs of the authenticity of the host image. The technique is executed by performing multilevel DWT followed by applying DCT and SVD to both the host and watermark. Multiple watermarks are used for the insurance of better security level. The scheme is immune to common image processing operations & some attacks and exhibits PSNR of 108.3781dB, normalized cross correlation (NCC) over 0.99 and normalized correlation (NC) over 0.99.

Vector geographic data play an important role in location information services. Digital watermarking has been widely used in protecting vector geographic data from being easily duplicated by digital forensics. Because the production and application of vector geographic data refer to many units and departments, the demand for multiple watermarking technology is increasing. However, multiple watermarking algorithm for vector geographic data draw less attention, and there are many urgent problems to be solved. Therefore, an efficient robust multiple watermark algorithm for vector geographic data is proposed in this paper. The coordinates in vector geographic data are first randomly divided into non-repetitive sets. The multiple watermarks are then embedded into the different sets. In watermark detection correlation, the Lindeberg theory is used to build a detection model and to confirm the detection threshold. Finally, experiments are made in order to demonstrate the detection algorithm, and to test its robustness against common attacks, especially against cropping attacks. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is robust against the deletion of vertices, addition of vertices, compression, and cropping attacks. Moreover, the proposed detection algorithm is compatible with single watermarking detection algorithms, and it has good performance in terms of detection efficiency.

Digital watermarking is an alternative solution to prevent unauthorized duplication, distribution and breach of ownership right. This paper proposes a watermarking scheme for multiple watermarks embedding. The embedding of multiple watermarks use a block-based scheme based on human visual characteristics. A threshold is used to determine the watermark values by modifying first column of the orthogonal U matrix obtained from Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). The tradeoff between normalize cross-correlation and imperceptibility of watermarked image from quantization steps was used to achieve an optimal threshold value. The results show that our proposed multiple watermarks scheme exhibit robustness against signal processing attacks. The proposed scheme demonstrates that the watermark recovery from chrominance blue was resistant against different types of attacks.

In the present work, the multiple watermarking techniques have been executed to present information security. DWT - SVD based multiple watermarking for color images are proposed and has been implemented in cloud computing. The multiple watermarking is used to share the copyright of multiple users improves the robustness and high security. In the proposed work, multiple watermarks are embedded into the cover image. Image quality is computed using Normalized Correlation (NC) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) for color images. The proposed scheme provides a secure and well imperceptibility to different image processing attacks.
