Therapeutic communication is one of the important keys in providing patient services in hospitals. Nurses who have communication skills, not only will easily establish a relationship of trust with patients, also prevent illegal problems, and increase satisfaction in the hospital. This study aims to analyze the effect of nurses' therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction in the inpatient installation at Massenrempulu District Hospital Enrekang. The method used is this research is an observational analytic with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were patients in the inpatient hospital of Massenrempulu District Hospital. The research sample of 75 people. The technique of determining the sample is to use the accidental sampling method. Analysis of the data used is chi square and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the majority of respondents aged 40-49 years (25.3%), were female (61.3%), had elementary / equivalent education (30.7%) and worked as farmers (36.0%). The analysis showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between the variable respect (0.002), positive attitude (0.019) and not a meaningful relationship opening up (0.239) with patient satisfaction. The results of multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression tests showed that the positive attitude of Exp (B) or Odds Ratio was 0.595. The most dominant variable influences patient satisfaction in the inpatient installation of Massenrempulu District Hospital, Enrekang Regency.

This paper gives insight in reliability of p-channel VDMOSFET power transistors subjected to NBT stressing. Effects that lead to degradation of characteristics of these electronic circuits are presented, out of which threshold voltage shift with NBT stressing is further analysed. Measurements have been done and experimental results of the threshold voltage degradation of power transistors IRF9520 caused by different types of negative bias temperature stressing are shown. Stressing types, both static and pulsed, and their impact on transistors, especially on threshold voltage shifts have been explained in more details. An elementary equivalent electrical circuit is designed and proposed with the goal to model impact of both types of stressing, and also to calculate and estimate reliability of the circuit under specified stress. All of the elements of the modeling circuit and their dependencies are explained. Example of modeling from the experimental data is given together with the comparison between measured and modeled results. Differences between obtained results are discussed.

In this paper, we investigate the safety of unary inflationary fixed point operators (IFPoperators). The safety is a computability in finitely many steps. IFP-operators exactly correspond to recursive SQL-queries hence this problem has a value for database theory. The problem appears from the fact that if recursive queries contain universe functions and relations, then its execution can fall into an infinite loop. Moreover, universal computational devices (Turing machines et al.) can be modelled by such queries. Hence the problem of the finite computability for such queries is undecidable. In our previous works we established some properties of a universe which imply the finite computability of all IFP-operators in the universe. Here, we investigate a connection between an arity of IFP-operators and their safety. We prove that some results for general IFP-operators don’t hold for unary ones. We construct a universe where all unary unnesed IFP-operators are safe. But in this universe there exist unsafe nested unary IFP-operators and unsafe unnested binary IFP-operators. This differs from general IFP-operators because in general case the safety of all unnesed IFP-operators implies the safety of all IFP-operators. Also there exist elementary equivalent universes where some unary unnesed IFPoperators become unsafe. For general IFP-operators it is also impossible.

AbstractIt is proved that if 1 < m < 2p ≤ n for some integer p then the elementary theories of posets of m-c.e. and n-c.e. e-degrees are distinct. It is proved also that the structures 〈2n, ≤, 〉 and 〈2n, ≤. P〉 are not elementary equivalent where P is the predicate P(a) = “a is a e-degree”.

AbstractWe investigate topological properties of subsets S of the real plane, expressed by first-order logic sentences in the language of the reals augmented with a binary relation symbol for S. Two sets are called topologically elementary equivalent if they have the same such first-order topological properties. The contribution of this paper is a natural and effective characterization of topological elementary equivalence of closed semi-algebraic sets.

AbstractWe study the structures (K ⊂ Kr), where K is an ordered field and Kr its real closure, in the language of ordered fields with an additional unary predicate for the subfield K. Two such structures (K ⊂ Kr) and (L ⊂ Lr) are not necessarily elementary equivalent when K and L are. But with some saturation assumption on K and L, then the two structures become equivalent, and we give a description of the complete theory.
