Human resources are the main mover in a company. The key to the success of a company lies in human resources, namely as the initiator, energizer, creativity and their efforts to the organization on an ongoing basis. This research was conducted at PT. Central Santosa Finance Semarang Branch Field Collection Section with the aim to determine the effect of job stress, compensation, leadership and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The research sample consisted of 37 people using the census method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress, compensation, leadership, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Residual stress is one of the key factors that directly determines the optical quality of micro-optical devices. With the same residual stress, the larger the aperture is, the worse the optical quality is. Therefore, continuous micromirrors are more affected by residual stress than segmented micromirrors. However, due to the complexity of boundary conditions, the influence of residual stress in segmented micromirror arrays on the device performance has been widely investigated in theory and practical applications, but only a few research results about the influence of residual stress in the continuous micromirror arrays have been reported. In this work, the residual stress both in continuous and segmented micromirror arrays is analyzed and summarized, then an accurate model for continuous micromirrors is developed. Compared with the existing models, it combines two additional factors, layer plate and point supported boundary conditions. Based on the proposed model, the change of critical stress of continuous micromirrors induced by different thicknesses of residual stress compensated membrane is theoretically investigated. Finally, the compensating experiment has been carried out, and the results show that the optical quality of micromirror can be remarkably improved, almost two orders of magnitude, with the introduction of residual stress compensation.

This work presents a facile strategy to develop a flexible polyaniline (PANI)-based supercapacitor (SC) with both high energy density and good capacitance retention. An electrode with a symmetrical sandwich-structured configuration (PANI/flexible porous support/PANI) is used as both working and counter electrodes for this supercapacitor. For a conventional electrode with PANI depositing on single side of the support (PANI/flexible support), the flexible support bends severely during the PANI electrodeposition process, which results in poor PANI deposition. On the contrary, for the symmetrical sandwich-structured electrode, due to the stress-compensation effect induced by this configuration, the support bending is significantly suppressed and thus PANI films with a good uniformity are realized. Moreover, the stress-compensation effect involved in the symmetrical sandwichstructured electrode can also effectively balance the stress caused by PANI expansion/shrinkage during its electrochemical charge/discharge operation, thus improving the mechanical stability. The symmetrical sandwich-structured electrode has larger PANI mass loading, better PANI morphologies and stronger mechanical stability than those of the conventional electrode. Consequently, the SC constructed by the symmetrical sandwich-structured electrode displays better electrochemical performance in terms of its larger specific areal capacitance (369.2 mF·cm−2 at a current density of 0.25 mA·cm−2), higher energy density (0.031 mWh·cm−2 at a power density of 1.21 mW·cm−2) and better cycling retention (93.2% of the retained capacity over 6000 cycles) than the SC constructed by the conventional electrode.

The success o an organization in achieving its goals is determined by the human resources it has, which plays an important role in helping the achievement of organizational goals and also determine and predict the success or failure of a policy, strategies and steps related to operational activities that are ready to be implemented so as to greatly support the achievement of the organization’s vision and mission to quickly develop rapidly and can anticipate competition. This research was conducted aiming to determine the eect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mojang Nova Bread Factory. The population taken from this study were all employees of the Mojang Nova Bread Factory. This sampling uses a census sample of 50 employees. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The method used in this data collection is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using quistionnaires and analysis using SPSS 16 software. Instrument testing uses validity and realibity tests, for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study explain that (1) Work Stress has no effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0,052 and a significance value of 0,0568. (2) Compensation affects the performance of employees with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,494 and a significance value of 0,002. (3) Job Satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,396 and a significance value of 0,004. (4) Work Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees with the results of F value of 6,062 and the significance value of 0.001.
