Human resources are the main mover in a company. The key to the success of a company lies in human resources, namely as the initiator, energizer, creativity and their efforts to the organization on an ongoing basis. This research was conducted at PT. Central Santosa Finance Semarang Branch Field Collection Section with the aim to determine the effect of job stress, compensation, leadership and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The research sample consisted of 37 people using the census method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress, compensation, leadership, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organization, both an institution or a company. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 95 respondents who were in the Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and significant effect on employee performance, work environment influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects employee performance Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD.

The purpose of this study is to find out how organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction affect turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa (Outsourcing PT Angkasa Pura II Persero) in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport. This type of research is included in quantitative research with a total population of all employees working at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa located in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport with a Sample of 100 employees. This research data collection technician uses interviews and questioners. The analysis method uses classic assumption testing, data validity, and reality testing as well as hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS 23.0 for windows. Based on the results of determination coefficient tests resulting in an Adjusted R Square value of 0.433 or 43.3%, this shows the effect of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intentions. The remaining 56.7% influenced the results found in this study of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on turnover intentions

Human resources are the most important asset in an organization, because it is the source that controls the organization and maintains and develops the organization in the face of various demands of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of servant leadership and organizational communication on organizational commitment to Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Bali Seminyak employees. In this study used the method of census (total sampling) in determining the sample of 57 respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis can be seen that servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to employees Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Organizational communication has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Bali Seminyak employees.

This study aims to find the results of analyzing the phenomena encountered in Elresas Hotel employees regarding job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment as independent variables on turnover intention as the dependent variable on Elresas Hotel employees. The research is quantitative, with variables measured using a Likert scale. Data collection use questionnaires and direct observation. This study uses the entire population of Hotel Elresas Lamongan, amounting to 40 people, as a sample. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Vs 18 software in descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. To test the significance level, simultaneous F-test and t-test were carried out. The research conducted concluded that job satisfaction had a partially insignificant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially had an insignificant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously both the variables of job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment influence turnover intention. This study is intended to find out the factors that cause turnover intention at Hotel Elresas Lamongan and can also be used as a suggestion so that employees do not have thoughts of leaving their jobs.

ABSTRACT This study to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Central Jakarta Area. This research is a causal associative research using quantitative approach done to 86 respondents. This study explains the influence and influence of the variables to be studied, using multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of this study showed that the variable of Job Satisfaction Not Significant To Turnover Intention. Human Resources is one of the most important factors in a company. It is not easy to find professional human resources to be a problem today. This is due to several factors including the level of competence and work stress that can affect employee performance. This study aims to analyze the competence and work stress on the performance of the employees of PT Busana Utama Tekstil (Sewing Department) Pekalongan. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Busana Utama Textile (Sewing Department) Pekalongan. The data were collected using saturated sampling sent to 60 respondents. The data techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with the help of SPSS 21 for windows software.  The results showed that competence and work stress together have a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by the value of F count = 3.656> F table = 2.54 with a significance level of 0.032 <0.05. Likewise, the partial test (t test) for the competency variable (X1) obtained the value of t = 2.177> t table = 2,000 with a significance level of 0.034 <0.05, but there is a variable Job Stress (X2) which has no significant effect on employee performance by obtaining t count = 0.624 < t table = 2,000 with a significance level of 0.535 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the correlation between competence and work stress on employee performance obtained R2 value of 0.083 or 8.3% while the remaining 91.7% was carried out by other factors outside of the study. This the criteria for companies to be able to improve performance by making improvements continuously. so that it can have a positive impact on the company.

Every Institution of Government, the better it Organizations and Institutions urgently need and understand the importance of Human Resources to be developed, in an attempt to achieve a competitive advantage, which is an important asset for the organization in the process of planning strategic. Anatan and Ellitan (2007:16). This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research conducted included the study of the cause-and-effect (causality). The purpose of the research is to analyze the factors that significantly influence work stress like environmental factors, organizational factors, and individual factors on the employees of Industry and trade of West Sumbawa District . Methods of data collection in this study using Census Method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that environmental factors, organizational factors and individual factors partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work stress of employees of the Department of Industry and trade of West Sumbawa District , is evident from the results of the t test each independent variable is large dinandingkan from the t table, and the value of F calculated is greater than F table. Individual factors, is the dominant variable affecting the job stress of employees in the Department of trade and Industry of West Sumbawa District , is known based on the results of the t value which is the largest when compared with the results of other variables.

The absorption of the budget is a very important part in the Government's financial management both central government or local governments, it is  because the level of absorption of the budget can be used as an indicator of the extent of the commitment of the Government apparatus to manage the budget in accordance with the planning. Budgets which are absorbed based on planning will provide the maximum benefit to the good economy, is erabled encourage the improvement of welfare for the area which is one of the nation's national goal of Indonesia. This research was conducted in the Talaud Islands Regency with the purpose of analyzing the influence of planning, capacity of human resources and organizational commitment toward regional budget absorption rate either simultaneously or partial. This research uses 3 independent variables consist of Planning (X1), Human Resource Capacity (X2), Organizational Commitment (X3) the dependent variable is the Absorption Of The Budget (Y). Data analysis was endured by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicates that the planning, capacity of human resources and organizational commitment affect the absorption of the regional budget of Talaud Islands Regency Government. However, only partially significantly influence planning while the capacity of the human resources and the commitment do not significantly influence the absorption of budget. Multiple linear regression analysis results show the planning, human resource capacity and commitment of the organization have a positive effect to the absorption of the budget. While the results of the analysis show that the determination of the coefficient of 36.2% absorption rate is affected by the budget planning, capacity of human resources and organizational commitment onthe other hard 63.8% absorption rate is influenced by other variables which are not included in this research. This research aims to examine the effect of leadership style, quality of human resources, organizational commitment and internal control systems on the implementation of performance-based budgets. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 68 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Partially the variables of leadership style, organizational commitment and internal control systems each have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of performance-based budgets, while the quality of human resources has no effect on the implementation of performance-based budgets at BLU Hospitals throughout Sumbawa Island. Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.
