Introduction. Pedagogical universities and educational development institutes (EDIs) have a single activity space. However, the interaction in the scientific field between these educational institutions currently needs to be improved, and this requires an assessment of the current level of interaction. The research purpose is to analyze the current level of scientific interaction between pedagogical universities and EDIs. Materials and methods. The level of interaction between organizations was assessed in accordance with the model by L. Borrell-Damian et al. by three parameters: 1) the content of joint activities; 2) legal aspects of interaction; 3) the main forms of communication. The study involved EDIs and pedagogical universities subordinate to the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation from 46 regions of Russia (35 EDIs and 20 pedagogical universities), which representatives filled out a questionnaire using Google Forms. Results. The study shows that in scientific interaction, educational institutions primarily use its short-term options, among which scientific-practical conferences were most often indicated (70% of pedagogical universities and 74.3% of EDIs). Long-term options for scientific interaction are used much less often than short-term ones (the differences are significant for p≤0.0001, χ2EDIs=32.08, χ2pedagogical universities=1.54). The availability of a network interaction agreement was indicated by 45.7% of representatives of the EDIs and 25% of the pedagogical universities. Moreover, joint activities in scientific work plans is indicated by a significantly larger number of respondents: 50% of the pedagogical universities and 68.6% of the EDIs. The main communication option in the scientific sphere is an informal one, which is based on direct personal contacts (70% of the pedagogical universities and 77.1% of the EDIs). Formal communications are two times less common, the differences are statistically significant (χ2EDIs=20.63, χ2pedagogical universities=14.4, p≤0.0001). Conclusion. The current system of scientific interaction between pedagogical universities and EDIs may be assigned to the project level, since it is built on informal personal communications, focused on individual scientific projects with limited implementation periods, which are implemented with the execution of short-term contracts. Raising the level of partnership interaction up to a strategic one will increase the productivity and efficiency of scientific partnership.

Currently, the question of state, formation and development of the information source interaction system, the scientific interaction and users' requestsin certain fields of activity remains relevant under the conditions of the development of the use of Internet services. Recommendation systems are oneof the types of artificial intelligence technologies for predicting parameters and capabilities.Due to the rapid increase in data on the Internet, it is becoming more difficult to find something really useful. And the recommendations offered by theservice itself may not always correspond to the user's preferences. The relevance of the topic is to develop a personal recommendation system forsearching books, which will not only reduce time and amount of unnecessary information, but also meet the user's preferences based on the analysis oftheir assessments and be able to provide the necessary information at the right time. All this makes resources based on referral mechanisms attractiveto the user. Such a system of recommendations will be of interest to producers and sellers of books, because it is an opportunity to provide personalrecommendations to customers according to their preferences. The paper considers algorithms for providing recommender systems (collaborative and content filtering systems) and their disadvantages.Combinations of these algorithms using a hybrid algorithm are also described. It is proposed to use a method that combines several hybrids in onesystem and consists of two elements: switching and feature strengthening. This made it possible to avoid problems arising from the use of each of thealgorithms separately.A literature web application was developed using Python using the Django and Bootstrap frameworks, as well as SQLite databases, and a system ofrecommendations was implemented to provide the most accurate suggestion. During the testing of the developed software, the work of the literatureservice was checked, which calculates personal recommendations for users using the method of hybrid filtering. The recommendation system wastested successfully and showed high efficiency.

Abstract Since 2021, the Fraunhofer Institutes ITEM and IIS and the German Society for Biomedical Engineering (VDE DGBMT) have launched a new online seminary. This sustainable format, referred to as "Expert Panel", stimulates scientific interaction by introducing research topics and innovations within sixty minutes. The panel with three experts from different fields presents and discusses perspectives from science, clinical practice, and the industry. The first season of the "Expert Panel" offered comprehensive insights on the latest developments and innovations within "New Interventional Methods for Tomorrow's Hearing". Each topic was presented by a triad of experts from science, clinical practice, as well as the industry. The sessions comprised life-demonstration of planning tools for surgical interventions, the presentation of patient-individual intervention techniques and novel audiological systems for Cochlea Implant (CI) fitting and many more inspiring technologies. Each “Expert Panel” concluded with a moderated Q&A final. The sessions provided condensed updates and unique insights from applied research and had a lively attendance of up to more than 120 participants from the fields of research, clinic, and industry. This kind of format does not only drive interpersonal and interdisciplinary knowledge transfer - especially in times of home office - it also enables establishing a community of network partners, who meet at the “Expert Panel” on a regular basis. In addition, education credits have been offered to the medical community, thus creating additional benefit for the participants.

The article is devoted to the results of the Ist International Conference “Linguistics of Distancing: ontology and evolution of language in the time of civilizational shift”. A wide range of issues was raised during the conference. The conference participants — specialists in linguistics, psychology, philology, cultural studies, anthropology, cognitive science, and history — shared their language changes observations. Over the past 50 years, humanity has gone from a global economic boom to a complete break in social groups and entire peoples’ relations, from globalization to regionalization, from world unity to the separation of peoples and cultures. The global coronavirus epidemic has changed the nature of human communication. The desire to expand its horizons remains, and of the available means of knowing the world of people, humanity has very little left — virtual communication channels. And the main thing is that instead of a “fulllength person”, the communication participants received almost one hundred per cent verbal information with nearly zero nonverbal information.

This paper aims to describe the role of social capital in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in the form of scientific links (Sanad). Sanad is not only important in a teaching process in a pesantren, but also in the teachings of Islam. The existence of clear scientific rigors in pesantren is so noted hereditary by the scholars (ulama) since the time of the Prophet Muhammad. Not only as a form of prudence of the authority of knowledge that will be obtained, but also will affect the shape of the character they will live. Scientific Sanad is a form of scientific transformation. In a sense, the knowledge learned must have a positive impact on knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. The stronger sanad that has been built, will form a steady personality as the main goal in the process of scientific interaction of a santri (student). Because the santri will behave as the sanad he received. Sanad authenticity is the pesantren's social capital that will direct a santri to enter a network path. The path he received will lead him to the qualities that have been exemplified by the source of the sanad he received. This process also indirectly becomes a fortress so that all forms of negative things are not done. including among them radicalism.

The article focuses on the philosophical and scientific dialogue between Vladimir Vernadsky and Pavel Florensky in the context of Russian philosophy. Florensky formulated his philosophy in the book The Pillar and Ground of the Truth, making a great impact on Vernadsky. The two philosophers exchanged their thoughts through letters. During the time of his imprisonment, Florensky wrote letters on scientific topics to his son Kirill, who worked with Vernadsky. Thus, Kirill Florensky became the point of contact between the two thinkers. The present article aims to show the complementarity between Vernadsky’s and Florensky’s work with a particular emphasis on their conception of noosphere-pneumatosphere connected with Plato’s methaphysics, which Florensky interpreted as the world of the Truth or absolute reality. Through investigating Vernadsky’s and Florensky’s letters and diaries and comparing their conceptions of noosphere and pneumatosphere, as well as their interpretation of reality in their writings, it is possible to determine influences of the concepts important for Russian religious philosophers, such as a tendency towards wholeness and intuition. The first part of the article examines Vernadsky in relation to Russian idealists, the second part of the article is focused on the relationship between Vernadsky and Florensky, and the third on the concepts of noosphere, pneumatosphere, and the concept of reality (living being) — absolute reality (Truth). Through these three steps, the complementarity of Vernadsky’s and Florensky’s interpretations are illustrated. Their interpretations are not contradictory because while Vernadsky dealt with Earth’s reality and its evolution, and Florensky focused on the metaphysical world, both were interested in the evolution of the biosphere-noosphere/pneumatosphere through the activity of man. The article is the first study in English focused on the scientific and religious-philosophical interaction between Vernadsky and Florensky.
