Deposits of tight high viscosity heavy and waxy oil are becoming increasingly important in the world economy. They are also of particular importance in Russia, where the fields of easy accessible oil are practically depleted, and the newly discovered ones are located mainly in the northern latitudes of the country, which complicates their delivery to places of consumption, and use of so-called "special methods" (heating, chemical reagents) leadsytanb to an increase Cost. Despite the abundance of such methods, one can distinguish one of the most accessible and understandable from the point of view of the physico-chemical effect - dilution with hydrocarbon diluents, as can be effectively used by adding ready-made motor fuels and light distillates of oil, as well as - cheaper stable gas condensate, also co-produced in oil fields. In the present work, the experience of blending high viscosity heavy and congealing waxy oil with various types of hydrocarbon diluents has been considered with the aim of improving the operational properties of hydrocarbon crude, the transport and processing of which are associated with high costs due to the peculiarities of the composition and properties of the oil. The results of laboratory experiments on dilution of heavy and congealing oils with diesel fuel and stable gas condensate are given, on the basis of which recommendations on the effective usage these special methods. Keywords: oil; rheology; effective viscosity; pour point; hydrocarbon diluent; stable gas condensate.

Emergency situations at the oil wells are often caused by the formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits. Removal of harmful deposits increases the efficiency of production wells, increases the turnaround time, prevents emergencies, and, also, reduces the likelihood of an explosive environment. According to the industrial safety requirements for hazardous production facilities it is necessary to take measures to eliminate the causes and prevent such accidents. Therefore, it is required to ensure timely efficient removal of deposits, which in turn requires the improvement of methods and technologies for cleaning wells. Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg LLC uses the technology of the wells heat treatment by means of injection of heated gas condensate. The thermal method of removal has a significant disadvantage, such as melting of the deposits instead of dissolving them, which leads to a rapid buildup of wax on the inner walls of the oilfield equipment. The method is proposed for removing asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits using a modified hydrocarbon solvent, which is obtained experimentally based of the stable gas condensate of the Orenburg oil and gas condensate field using cavitation-vortex effect. The new method is presented for obtaining a solvent by separating a gas condensate fraction using the single evaporation device operating at low temperatures. This method eliminates the influence of high temperatures traditionally used in the fractionating columns for separating gas condensate into fractions and ensures the safety of the technological process and labor of the employees.

In the oil industry, the inflow of water into the gas and oil wells represents always an important issue that needs to deal with. In this study a water-repellent composition, which is based on volatile hydrocarbon solvent, was proposed for handling of water isolating work in gas wells. As a volatile hydrocarbon solvent, it was quite promising to use gas condensate and its primary processing products (like stable gas condensate SC and light distillate of gas condensate DGCL). Initially, we studied the effect of compositions based on the ABR water repellent, M100 fuel oil and solvents SC, DGCL and mixed in equal volumes of DGCL + SC on gas permeability ofgas-saturated porous medium. The article presents the results of studies, conducted on physical models of the formation, confirming the efficiency and selectivity of the water-repellent composition impact on the water-cutinterval.

This paper describes the search for effective demulsifiers for the destruction of water-oil emulsions at Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant, in order to increase the efficiency of the primary distillation of stable astrakhan gas condensate, which has such features as a wide fractional composition and a significant content of sulfur compounds. Studies of various types of demulsifiers in the production process were carried out, their properties and the effect on the oil-water emulsion were studied under the technological features of the operation of electric desalting and electric dehydration section of the unit of primary distillation of stable gas condensate at Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant.
