With the rapid increase of multi-source heterogeneous dynamic data of mechanical products, the digital twin technology is considered to be an important method to realize the deep integration of product data and intelligent manufacturing. As a digital archive of the physical entity in entire life cycle, the mechanical product digital twin model is cross-phased and multi-domain. Therefore, safe and stable cooperative modeling has become a basic technical problem that needs to be solved urgently. In this paper, we proposed a blockchain-based collaborative modeling method for the digital twin ontology model of mechanical products. First, an authorization network was constructed among stakeholders. Then modeling processes of the digital twin were mapped to ontology operations and formatted through extensible markup language. Finally, consensuses were obtained based on practical byzantine fault tolerance. And a material modification process of a helicopter damper bearing was taken as an example to verify. The proposed method enables all participants to accurately obtain the latest state of the digital twin model, and has the advantages of tamper-proof, traceability, and decentralization.

A deep integration of routine care and research remains challenging in many respects. We aimed to show the feasibility of an automated transformation and transfer process feeding deeply structured data with a high level of granularity collected for a clinical prospective cohort study from our hospital information system to the study’s electronic data capture system, while accounting for study-specific data and visits. We developed a system integrating all necessary software and organizational processes then used in the study. The process and key system components are described together with descriptive statistics to show its feasibility in general and to identify individual challenges in particular. Data of 2051 patients enrolled between 2014 and 2020 was transferred. We were able to automate the transfer of approximately 11 million individual data values, representing 95% of all entered study data. These were recorded in n = 314 variables (28% of all variables), with some variables being used multiple times for follow-up visits. Our validation approach allowed for constant good data quality over the course of the study. In conclusion, the automated transfer of multi-dimensional routine medical data from HIS to study databases using specific study data and visit structures is complex, yet viable.

The discussion revealed the main positions of researchers on the lines of “state – market” and “national – global”. The dominant point of view is the recognition of the irreplaceability of the market and, above all, the demand for science and innovation on the part of the hightech industry, as well as the recognition of the special role of the state in the development of the institutional environment and the fear of bureaucratization. For all the tempting idea of connecting the country to the global innovation mechanism, the formation of an effective national innovation system (ecosystem) is recognized as more realistic under current conditions. In this regard, the development of human capital and the institutional environment, as well as the digital transformation of the main spheres of the life of society, including the scientific, technological and innovation spheres, are of particular importance. Deep integration of science into the national innovation system is required, which implies the participation of science in the innovation process at all its stages and the connection of science with all types of innovations from technological to organizational.

With the development of artificial intelligence and big data, the concept of “Internet plus education” has gradually become popular, including automatic scoring system based on machine learning. Countries all over the world vigorously promote the deep integration of information technology and discipline teaching in various fields. English is a medium of communication in the current era of education information development trend. English composition automatic scoring mode is gradually accepted by the majority of educators and applied in the actual classroom teaching. However, the research of English composition automatic grading in teaching space is not perfect. Most systems have used traditional algorithms. Therefore, this paper constructs the automatic scoring algorithm and sentence elegance feature scoring algorithm of English composition based on machine learning, explores the influence of the algorithm on English writing teaching, and proves the correctness of the design idea and algorithm of this paper through a lot of experiments.

With the advent of wireless sensor networks and their deep integration with the world have enabled users worldwide to achieve benefits from location-based services through mobile applications, the problems such as low bandwidth, high network traffic, and disconnections issues are normally extracted from mobile services. An efficient database system is required to manage mentioned problems. Our research work finds the probability of user’s next locations. A mobile user (query issuer) changes its position when performing a specific mobile search, where these queries change and repeat the search with the issuer position. Moreover, the query issuer can be static and may perform searches with varying conditions of queries. Data is exchanged with mobile devices and questions that are formulated during searching for query issuer locations. An aim of the research work is achieved through effectively processing of queries in terms of location-dependent, originated by mobile users. Significant studies have been performed in this field in the last two decades. In this paper, our novel approach comprise of usage of semantic caches with the Bayesian networks using a prediction algorithm. Our approach is unique and distinct from the traditional query processing system especially in mobile domain for the prediction of future locations of users. Consequently, a better search is analyzed using the response time of data fetch from the cache.
