MODERN STAGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF AI METHODS AND SYSTEMS IN POWER ENGINEERING

В статье анализируется ряд публикаций на эту тему, а также обобщаются результаты дискуссий на конференции «Знания, онтологии, теории» (Новосибирск, 8-12 ноября 2021 г.) и Круглом столе в ИСЭМ СО РАН «Искусственный интеллект в энергетике» (22 декабря 2021 г.). Рассматриваются понятия: сильный и слабый ИИ, объяснимый ИИ, доверенный ИИ. Анализируются причины «бума» вокруг машинного обучения и его недостатки. Сравниваются облачные технологии и технологии граничных вычислений. Определяется понятие «умный» цифровой двойник, интегрирующий математические, информационные, онтологические модели и технологии ИИ. Рассматриваются этические риски ИИ и перспективы применения методов и технологий ИИ в энергетике. The article analyzes a number of publications on this topic, and also summarizes the results of discussions at the conference "Knowledge, Ontology, Theory" (Novosibirsk, November 8-12, 2021) and the Round Table at the ISEM SB RAS "Artificial Intelligence in Energy" (December 22 2021). The concepts are considered: artificial general intelligence (AGI), strong and narrow AI (NAI), explainable AI, trustworthy AI. The reasons for the "hype" around machine learning and its disadvantages are analyzed. Compares cloud and edge computing technologies. The concept of "smart" digital twin, which integrates mathematical, informational, ontological models and AI technologies, is defined. The ethical risks of AI and the prospects for the application of AI methods and technologies in the energy sector are considered.

English Sociological Terminology Based On Functional Equivalence Theory

Objectives: In the practice of translating English, there are often situations that may lead to missing words. In this case, a computer technology is needed to improve the translation studies of sociological terms in English. This time, based on the characteristics of Internet network data, intelligent robot information is extracted. Methods: According to the knowledge ontology constructed this time, based on the functional equivalence theory, a method based on the automatic construction of the ontology library in the party building domain is proposed. Results: In order to verify the proposed method algorithm, the example study of some sociological terms conceptual terms above the interactive encyclopedia is studied by the ontology created by encyclopedia resources, such as father/sub-relationship, class and instance relationship and attribute relationship, and a total of 72474 relationships are obtained through the final statistical study. Conclusion: From the overall analysis, it can be seen that the sociological terminology research of English computer network based on functional equivalence theory can achieve a good classification effect.

Building an Internet-Based Knowledge Ontology for Trademark Protection

Global online sales for products, where many are substantially identical or deceptively similar, are the cause of a growing number of trademark (TM) infringement lawsuits. This research proposes an intelligent trademark legal precedent recommendation system to assist trademark owners to find relevant past cases, laws, and judgments to form legal arguments to defend against infringement. Judicial precedent and applicable laws from the USA are used to construct an ontology of trademark litigation knowledge. The ontology is used to analyze potential infringement cases with similar laws and precedents used to resolve previous legal disputes. The analysis provides a basis for proceeding with legal action necessary to protect a company's brand equity when arguing potential trademark infringement. Using the Python programming language, the precedent-based recommendation system provides a means for continuously updating trademark case data and assists TM owners to quickly identify similar cases to support infringement allegations.

Raja yoga within the system of religious-ethical philosophy Of M. V. Lodyzhensky

This article is dedicated to examination of the characteristics of the doctrine of Raja yoga in interpretation Of M. V. Lodyzhensky. The goal consists in the analysis and reconstruction of the system of Raja yoga within the religious-ethical philosophy of the thinker. In the course of this research, the author resolves a number of problems: examines the system of primary elements of religious-ethical philosophy of M. V. Lodyzhensky; analyzes the sources that affected the formation of views of the philosopher upon Raja yoga; reveals main characteristics of the system of Raja yoga within Lodyzhensky’s philosophy; determines the peculiarities of religious-mystical practice of Raja yoga in the philosophy of M. V. Lodyzhensky; defines the role of Raja-yoga within the system of religious-ethical philosophy of the thinker. The novelty lies in determination of the novel in comparison to the existing in scientific literature categories of M. V. Lodyzhensky’s philosophy and their analysis in the context of system of fundamental sections of philosophical knowledge (ontology, theology, anthropology, epistemology, axiology, ethics); as well as in comprehensive study of the system of Raja yoga in interpretation Of M. V. Lodyzhensky and determination of its role within the structure of his philosophy. It is established that the “core” of the system of religious-ethical philosophy of M. V. Lodyzhensky is the ethics develop ethics and axiology of Hesychasm developed by him. It is proven that the system of metaphysical categories and ideas of the thinker is of synthetic nature and leans on various cultural trends and traditions. The article demonstrates that special role within the system of Lodyzhensky’s philosophy is played by the apologetics of Hesychasm that implies critical review of the non-Christian mystical practices, among which is the examination of Raja yoga. The author underlines the uniqueness of interpretation of Raja yoga in the philosophy M. V. Lodyzhensky, as well as provides critical assessment to his interpretation of the system of Raja yoga.

Territorial Knowledge Ontology as a Guide for the Identification of Resource of the Territory Toward Sustainability

Representation of territorial knowledge based on the ontology is an approach which explains the nature and reasoning of this knowledge for sustainability. This research proposes an ontology of domain according to the principles for modelling an ontology. This proposed ontology is named DOTK (descriptive ontology for territorial knowledge). DOTK ontology has specialized the entities of territorial knowledge for sustainability and its aim is enhancing the sustainable knowledge of actors within industries. This ontology is a guide for identifying an operational ontology of real example. This research show that ontology of domain can assist to the identifying of tangible and intangible resources of the local territory. So, these identified resources can help the industries and territory for sustainable objectives and improve the available territorial knowledge within local or regional industries.
