In the herein reported case of a 42-year-old woman diagnosed with anxiety and depression, a long history of antidepressant ineffectiveness and adverse drug reactions was decisive for an in-depth medication review including pharmacogenetic panel testing. In detail, treatment attempts with paroxetine and escitalopram were ineffective and discontinued due to subjective gastrointestinal intolerance. Due to the worsening of the depression after the failed treatment attempts, admission to our clinic became necessary. Herein, owing to the collaboration of psychiatrists with clinical pharmacists, individualized incorporation of pharmacogenetic data into the process of antidepressant selection was enabled. We identified vortioxetine as a suitable therapeutic, namely for being most likely pharmacokinetically unaffected as predicted by pharmacogenetic panel testing and taking into account the current comedication, as well as for its favorable action profile. Herein, our collaborative effort proved to be successful and resulted in the patient’s depression remission and clinic discharge with the interprofessionally selected pharmacotherapy. This exemplary case not only highlights the potential benefits and challenges of pre-emptive pharmacogenetic testing in antidepressant prescription, but also proposes an approach on how to put pharmacogenetics into practice.

This research aims to describe the overall tactical action profile of the national goalkeeper during the match. This research used observational research methods. The population of this study were 12 futsal teams which entered the national round, consisting of 8 male futsal teams and 4 female futsal teams with a total sample of 16 male goalkeepers and 8 female goalkeepers, total of 24 goalkeepers as samples. The results of this study show that the tactical action profile of the national goalkeepers futsal in the Nusantara Futsal League  as a whole. The goalkeeper s gave a hand gesture by pointing the opponent to guard the designated opponent as much as 60.35%. 5%, the goalkeeper s thrown a short ball to the defender by 37.28% goalkeeper, the goalkeeper s stopped the ball with his hands, when the ball came in the area behind his defense by 31.68%, the goalkeeper s stopped the ball with his feet, when the ball came in the back area defense 306 times (31.29%), when the corner kicked on the left or right side, the goalkeeper s instructed the player to cover as many goals as possible on his left or right side 237 times (24.3%), the goalkeeper away from the goal line to catch or ward off the ball carried out by the goalkeeper 81 times (8.28%), the goalkeepers caught the ball then kicks it directly towards the opposing team's goal 56 times ( 5.73%), the goalkeeper catches the ball and kicks it directly towards the opposing team's goal 27 times (4.77%), and the goalkeeper defends the defender 271 times (27.6%).  It be concluded that national goalkeepers tactical action profile in Indonesian Nusantara Futsal League  dominantly that the goalkeepers used sign by her / his hand to show theirs affairs nearby to the goal.

The discovery of insulin and the beginning of its use in 1921–1922 made a revolution in endocrinology and in medicine in general. This significant event gave millions of patients with diabetes not only the opportunity to live, but also the hope that their life with this disease would be full. The article examines the history of insulin discovery, as well as the evolution of several generations of insulin preparations and the advantages of each of the generations that have radically changed not only life expectancy, but also its quality. The first generation — insulins of animal origin and the solution of the first tasks of their sufficient production and purification. The next generation is human insulins, the purification of which was also a problem. The third generation is insulin analogues, the action of which became closer to the action profile of natural insulin. And the last generation — insulin analogues, most closely mimicking the action of endogenous insulin.Along with the development of insulin preparations, the article traces the evolution of the devices of its administration.

We propose a simple uncertainty modification for the agent model in normal-form games; at any given strategy profile, the agent can access only a set of “possible profiles” that are within a certain distance from the actual action profile. We investigate the various instantiations in which the agent chooses her strategy using well-known rationales e.g., considering the worst case, or trying to minimize the regret, to cope with such uncertainty. Any such modification in the behavioral model naturally induces a corresponding notion of equilibrium; a distance-based equilibrium. We characterize the relationships between the various equilibria, and also their connections to well-known existing solution concepts such as Trembling-hand perfection. Furthermore, we deliver existence results, and show that for some class of games, such solution concepts can actually lead to better outcomes.

This paper studies the robustness of an equilibrium to incomplete information in binary‐action supermodular games. Using a generalized version of belief operator, we explore the restrictions that prior beliefs impose on higher order beliefs. In particular, we obtain a nontrivial lower bound on the probability of a common belief event, uniform over type spaces, when the underlying game has a monotone potential. Conversely, when the game has no monotone potential, we construct a type space with an arbitrarily high probability event in which players never have common belief about that event. As an implication of these results, we show for generic binary‐action supermodular games that an action profile is robust to incomplete information if and only if it is a monotone potential maximizer. Our study offers new methodology and insight to the analysis of global game equilibrium selection.

AbstractThis study examines delegation games in which each player commits to a reaction function in advance. We focus on the regular subgame perfect equilibria of delegation games in the sense that the chosen reaction functions have an invertible Jacobian. Subsequently we provide a necessary condition under which an action profile is achieved as a regular equilibrium of n-player delegation games. In two-player games with misaligned preferences, each efficient action profile violates the necessary condition. We also show that almost action profiles other than efficient ones are achieved as regular equilibria of the delegation game in which the chosen reaction functions are linear. This finding implies that each delegatee’s objective is written as a quadratic function, which may justify the linear-quadratic specification of the objective functions in applications.
