This study aims to develop microcontroller-based punch speed measuring instrument for Karate Athletes. The research method used is research and development (research and development). The subjects in this study were karate athletes coaching FORKI (Indonesian Karate Sports Federation) Palembang City, which consisted of 30 senior athletes aged 17-25 years who were divided into two groups. Small group trials consist of 10 athletes and large group trials consist of 20 athletes. The technique of taking the research subject used a purpose sampling technique. The results showed that the development of a Microcontroller-Based Punch Speed Measurement Tool has a percentage level of validity of material test experts (karate) of 93%, the validity of media experts (Information Technology) is 2 people, 95% and 91%, respectively. exercise test and measurement experts by 97% so that the tool can be said to be feasible. The level of reliability in the small group trial was 0.994 with the High category. While the large group trial was 0.993 with a high category so that it was said that the level of reliability of the tool carried out in large group and small group trials had a high reliability category. Overall, this microcontroller-based punch speed measurement tool has been declared feasible to be used as a tool in calculating punch speed in meters/second (m/s) digitally. 993 with a high category so that it is said that the level of reliability of the tool carried out in large and small group trials has a high reliability category. Restrictions on social activities to online learning processes increase the potential for low body movements or sedentary life in Physical Education Students (PES). The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of Tanjungpura University Physical Education students in terms of cardiorespiratory endurance. This study used a survey method. The data collection technique uses tests and measurements with the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) instrument. The sample in this study were 33 male students. The data analysis technique used descriptive percentage. The results showed that none of the students had VO2Max at a very good level, there were 12.5% in the good category, and most of the students with a percentage of 62.5% were at a moderate level. While the remaining 18.75% and 9.37% are at the level of less and less. The conclusion of this study is that most Physical Education Students (PES) still have good physical fitness, while some students who are at a low level and very less need to be given motivation and understanding regarding the importance of fitness in sports students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of biomechanical analysis technology to improve the assessment of students during certain school sports activities (long jump), this by (1) determining the statistical differences between groups in variables analyzed. (2) revealing the relationship between the kinematical variables analyzed and the digital level & evaluation result. The sample included 32 students in the 1st year of secondary school (16 males, 16 females), two groups for each gender. Group ? working on the use of kinetic analysis in a correction the kinetic performance and evaluated, and group ? is guided by the observation only. The study involved the kinematical analysis of performance during long jumping activity, by using the software; Coach's Eye & MyDartfish Express.  The data were analyzed in SPSS 22.0 program, the descriptive statistics (mean ± SD, Std. E), the Anova & T-tests for difference statistical between groups, and the P test for the correlations between variables. In conclusion, our assessment problem is that it depends on the digital level only in the learning phase. Besides, these results indicate that the professors who use this kinetic analysis software have adjusted the way they evaluate students, where Improving digital achievement should depend on proper evaluation in the stages of achievement for the physical education and sports teaching process.

Efforts to Increase Interest and Learning Outcomes of Throwing Discs Using Melamine Plate Media for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 11 Bengkulu Tengah. This study aims to improve the teaching and learning process at SMPN 11 Bengkulu Tengah. CAR was carried out in class VIII.C students, totaling 23 students, consisting of 10 female students and 13 male students. Data collection in this activity was carried out by means of observation sheets, questionnaires and instruments for assessing student movement skills. Observations of teacher and student activities were carried out by two partner teachers in each cycle. Assessment of student movement skills is carried out in each cycle. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students throwing discs using plastic plate media could improve student learning outcomes with learning completeness in cycle I 43% and cycle II 83%. Learning to throw discs using melamine plate media also increases students' interest in learning as shown from the results of the questionnaire, namely from 83% in cycle one to 100% in cycle two which responds positively to learning to throw discs using melamine plate media

This study aims to determine the effect of multiball training on forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City. In this study using a Quasi experimental method (quasi experimental). The design used was one group pretest posttest design, that is, pretest was done before treatment and posttest was done after treatment. The treatment given was multiball training with various variations. This design requires a group without comparison. The population in this study amounted to 16 students, the sample selection used a total sampling technique where the entire population was taken as the research sample. The data collection technique in this study was the direct test method, namely using the 1x pretest, 14x trials and 1x posttest in table tennis. The statistical prerequisite test fulfills the requirements that the data is normally distributed based on statistical counts. The results obtained from the data t count 142.13 and t table 2.13145 with a level of = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of multiball training on forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City, so it can be concluded that multiball training affects the improvement of forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students.
