BACKGROUND The healthcare delivery system is a multi-stakeholder and multi-player system aiming to provide services to promote, restore, and improve health indicators in communities. This highlights the importance of collaboration in the healthcare system. Collaborative healthcare is an emerging concept that has mainly been explored in terms of the practices of healthcare professionals. In an era when social media are becoming key to the evolution of meaning-making, there is a lack of knowledge on how collaborative healthcare meanings are being constructed in the social media discourse OBJECTIVE This paper aims to explore the meanings of collaborative healthcare on social media. METHODS We utilize a dual qualitative approach of visual and textual analysis of posts extracted from Instagram to examine the meanings of collaborative healthcare as perceived by both healthcare providers and laypeople. We use the web scraping technique to extract posts from Instagram. RESULTS wellness centers and health-related professionals were the main group of users who contributed to constructing the meaning of collaborative healthcare (38% and 36%, respectively). The study reveals that Instagram users highlight four main themes within the concept of collaborative healthcare, namely knowledge sharing, events, self-care, and advertising. Interestingly, we found that advertising has the highest frequency (262 posts); the term “collaborative” is used by wellness centers as a hallmark for advertising their services. CONCLUSIONS This study has contributed to unveiling the multiple meanings of collaborative healthcare shared by social media users and accordingly in developing some theoretical reflections and practical implications to improve public health.

LABURPENA Artikulu honetan Euskal Herriaren eta haren zazpi probintzien izenak dira aztergai. Lan nahasia da, ez baita inoiz denak bildu dituen entitate politiko iraunkorrik izan. Gehiago metodologia historikoa erabiliz filologikoa baino, haien jatorria eta haien esanahiak denboran zehar izaniko bilakaera azaltzen dira laburki eta haietako bakoitzarendako etimologia sinesgarri bat ematen da, baita, sinesgaitzak izanik, arraskatsuak izan diren beste batzuk ere. Azken helburua duda-mudekin bukatzen saiatzea izan da. Izan ere, afera honek, dituen ondorioengatik, maila linguistikoa eta historikoa gainditzen ditu. Horrez gain, Euskal Herriko herrien izenen hiztegi baterako bidea urratu nahi izan da. ABSTRACT This paper analyses the names for Basqueland and its seven provinces, a complex task due to the absence of a lasting political entity that would incorporate them all. Using historical rather than philological methodology, their origin and evolution of meaning over time are briefly explained and a plausible etymology is given for each, as well as other etymologies that, without being so, have been partly successful. The ultimate goal has been to try to end confusion in a matter that, due to its implications, goes beyond mere linguistic and historical levels, and to pave the way for A Dictionary of Town Names in Basqueland.

This article analyzes various approaches to nomination in world and Uzbek linguistics, reveals the epistemological nature of the nomination, demonstrates the relationship between the terminological and epistemological functions of the language, clarifies the nomination in denomination and sign language, and also reflects the relationship between designation and meaning. Although there are some ideas regarding nomination in a number of works devoted to the evolution of meaning in Uzbek linguistics, there has not yet been a study devoted toa special monographic study of nomination.

This paper analyzes the use of the preposition in that in Ukrainian and Russian can assume the form v or na. In the 20th century the use of both prepositions has assumed political meanings which has diversified the semantics of the expressions na Ukraine and v Ukraine (in Ukraine) and correlates. We aim to show the evolution of meaning of these prepositions, to explain the use of them in Ukrainian and Russian publicist and diplomatic texts, to demonstrate how scholars and publicists motivate the use of v and na and to highlight correlate problems.

Catchwords spread rapidly because of their simple form and strong replicability. New catchwords enter our daily life every once in a while. Therefore, the study of catchwords is extremely urgent, because the study of language is the study of human life. This article takes the catchword ‘wo keneng yudao le jia N’ (I might encounter fake N) as an example to discuss its internal structure (which has been largely ignored in the existing research). The focus is on the study of the adjective ‘fake’ and its combined meaning with the noun after. Based on this, the meaning generation mechanism of the catchword is analyzed, including the relationship between necessity and probability, the evolution of meaning of the catchword, and the precipitation of construction meaning. Finally, the philosophical basis of communicative mechanism of the catchword is clarified. The main line of this study is to provide philosophical foundation for the popularity of catchwords.
