Employing the Final Fantasy XV Universe as a case study, this article examines how the changing climate of game development, in tandem with established media mix strategies, contributes to the emergence of the ludo mix as media ecology. Through a comparative analysis of the climate of modern game development and the adoption of media mix strategies, the case is made that these two distinct phenomena intersect to create novel challenges and incentives for a particular kind of game development. This has resulted in the strategic outsourcing of Final Fantasy XV’s in-game narrative to outside the ludic sphere, and negatively affected the game’s critical reception. These findings posit challenges and opportunities for the future of the ludo mix, noting that the evolving technological, aesthetic, and economic climate of game development continues further down the same path, while simultaneously advocating for the ludo mix as a framework for better understanding the disproportionate load imposed on media via transmedia collaborations.

The independent variables reported R-value of .805 indicating that there is a perfect relationship between a dependent variable and independent variables. R square value of 0.647 means that 64.7% of the corresponding variation in performance of manufacturing companies listed at the Nairobi Security Exchange can be explained or predicted by (strategic professional outsourcing, strategic manufacturing outsourcing, strategic business process outsourcing and strategic project outsourcing) which indicated that the model fitted the study data. The results of the regression analysis revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between the dependent variable and independent variable at (β = 0.647), p=0.000 <0.05).Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: Finally, the study commends that manufacturing companies listed at the Nairobi Security Exchange embrace the various strategic outsourcing approaches as a way to improve their performance. Equally, the study recommends similar studies be carried out in other industries across the country and in abroad to ascertain if the same results can be obtained and generalized.

Due to the rapid development of digital technology, the structure of future jobs is becoming increasingly complex, and university graduates need to acquire the right combination of skills to succeed in a rapidly changing world. The need for continuous replenishment and updating of professional knowledge is determined by the pace of scientific and technological progress, the transition to the information stage of the development of society, and the widespread use of innovative technologies. There are prerequisites for the formation and development of the category of “strategic outsourcing”. Unlike the services of the service, which have a one-time, episodic nature, strategic outsourcing is usually transferred to the functions of professional support for the uninterrupted operation of individual systems and infrastructure based on a long-term contract. Strategic outsourcing allows not only to restructure business processes radically but also significantly improve opportunities and prospects. The purpose of this study is to study the concept of outsourcing in entrepreneurial training and the development of human capital.
