Background: Digital twin requires virtual reality mapping and optimization iteration between physical devices and virtual models. The mechanical movement data collection of physical equipment is essential for the implementation of accurate virtual and physical synchronization in a digital twin environment. However, the traditional approach relying on PLC (programmable logic control) fails to collect various mechanical motion state data. Additionally, few investigations have used machine visions for the virtual and physical synchronization of equipment. Thus, this paper presents a mechanical movement data acquisition method based on multilayer neural networks and machine vision. Methods: Firstly, various visual marks with different colors and shapes are designed for marking physical devices. Secondly, a recognition method based on the Hough transform and histogram feature is proposed to realize the recognition of shape and color features respectively. Then, the multilayer neural network model is introduced in the visual mark location. The neural network is trained by the dropout algorithm to realize the tracking and location of the visual mark. To test the proposed method, 1000 samples were selected. Results: The experiment results shows that when the size of the visual mark is larger than 6mm, the recognition success rate of the recognition algorithm can reach more than 95%. In the actual operation environment with multiple cameras, the identification points can be located more accurately. Moreover, the camera calibration process of binocular and multi-eye vision can be simplified by the multilayer neural networks. Conclusions: This study proposes an effective method in the collection of mechanical motion data of physical equipment in a digital twin environment. Further studies are needed to perceive posture and shape data of physical entities under the multi-camera redundant shooting.

Bahasa Kualuh is a vernacular used as a medium of communication by the language community of Kualuh. Kualuh is a small region on the coast of Malacca. It is one part of North Sumatera Province, Indonesia. The majority population in Kualuh is Malay. They call their language, bahasa Kualuh or cakap Kualuh. This study aims at describing the lexical of evidential marks used by the language community of Bahasa Kualuh. Bahasa kualuh is grouped into Malay dialect repertoire. The data was utterances which expressed evidential marks which commontly exist in interpersonal interaction. The utterances obtained were from 6 native speakers as the informants. All of them were born in Kualuh, the range of the ages was from 35 to 45 years and they also married the locals. The indicator of the lexical of the evidential marks in this language evoke in two formulas. The first one is the quatative evidential mark based under the speaker judgment which is posited through the speaker cognition and is reported the result to the hearer. The mark is the lexical kotonyo. The second one is the sensory evidential mark which is related to the evident situation comes from human senses, they are the evidential of visual and non- visual and the evidential of auditory. The visual mark can be expressed by using the lexicals; manengok, tengok pandang, mamandang. The non-visual one is marked by the lexical; raso, piker, agak. The evidential of auditory is marked by the lexical; dongar and mandongar.

Oxygen concentration devices currently on the market have many shortcomings. They are bulky and difficult to carry. They alter a patient’s outward image with a visual mark of disability. They do not change oxygen delivery in any way to adjust to the patient’s health. They also lack indicators to help the patient decide when to begin or end a therapy session. Some patient’s decide not to take oxygen therapy as a result of these shortcomings. Those that use these devices may receive over oxygenation or under oxygenation due to the mentioned pitfalls. Any of the shortcomings described can be life threatening to the patient. The present innovation is a proposed system for oxygen delivery that adjusts flowrate based on the patient health and requires no user input to begin or end a therapy session. This paper presents a unique wearable device design for delivering oxygen in a pressure based concentration system.

This paper examines the possibility of a new warning method that would increase drivers’ sensitivity to hazardous factors in the driving environment. The method is based on a visual warning mark in the peripheral vision, called an ambient warning. In this study, the use of ambient visual marks is investigated. These marks are soft visual warnings and lack officious interference with the task performed in the central vision field. Experimentation with a 27-inch monitor display resulted in decreased response times for detecting a flashing mark when an ambient mark was shown in advance. The results suggest that information observed in the peripheral vision field could help people drive more safely.
