Recently, in the Digital Transformation era that is trigger by technology, Industry 4.0 is a transformation process that leads to company changes that disrupt and affect all business processes. In the current transformation phase, leaders must have the ability to manage digital transformation processes and new digital organizations that are emerging which are changing in a volatile (turbulent) business environment. The discussion in this chapter book includes a content analysis of several leadership characters that are very influential in anticipating turbulent environmental changes, which include: leadership in the turbulent era, innovative leadership, leadership with high integrity, leadership with high EQ. The dynamics of the external environment such as economic, political, social, cultural, scientific, and technological changes very rapidly which will have an impact on the business environment: customers, suppliers, competitors, investors, government/law, and interest groups. The external environmental turbulence must be anticipated by all institutions by strengthening leadership so that leaders and their followers can create innovative products, processes, collaborations, communication, and have emotional intelligence that can capture the substance of the problem objectively and arouse the spirit of participation of all parties. Another very basic thing is a leader who has strong integrity, which is trustworthy, honest, moral, and has the credibility to produce solutions to various business problems so that in the end it produces excellent performance according to stakeholder expectations. Leaders need to proactively manage change through strengthening innovative ideas, creating new things as the key to creating a prime competitive advantage for the company. The leader is a figure who must be able to continuously adapt to the dynamics of the rapid development of the environment and market, supported by human resources, superior organization, and the right systems and procedures to achieve organizational goals.

The research aims to analyses the innovative leadership capacity in increasing national food self-sufficiency through the direct seed planting program in Bone Regency. Innovative leadership is a crucial dimension in the implementation of an innovation program to increase national food self-sufficiency. In its development innovative leadership capacity can be described through strategic planning, commitment and stability of a leader, these abilities will be described in the implementation of the ATABELA program in Bone District. From the results of the study, it was found that the strategic planning of the Regent as the head of the region was active in disseminating information about the ATABELA innovation program, involving local government stakeholders to realize the vision and mission of the Regent and Deputy Regent in the ATABELA innovation program. these were instructed to the Department of Agriculture, the existence of collaboration in the implementation of innovation ATABELA. In terms of leadership commitment, this research has not been supported by specific regulations in the form of local regulations on innovation, but the leadership commitment appears in the direct seed planting tool innovation program with the legitimacy of a strong Regent and legislative members, the majority of which are in the DPRD from the Golkar party whose chair is also the Regent. also, leadership commitment was found with the Regent's leadership character that was hard and a high willingness to innovate in increasing national food self-sufficiency with direct seed planting programs could be realized. Furthermore, leadership stability in implementing innovation with dedication starting from career officials, becoming a Deputy Regent, expert staff of the Governor of South Sulawesi and eventually being elected as a Regent with capital and experience, then strongly supports ideas and knowledge about the characteristics of the Bone Regency to carry out innovation.

Objectives: The transformational leadership style is accepted as suitable for leading administrative agencies to achieve outstanding results and help organizations cope with challenges. Besides, leadership thinking is also considered to have a very important role in leadership performance in administrative agencies. Therefore, the main objective of the study is to explore the relationship between transformational leadership style and leader thinking to organization's performance. Methods: The article focuses on explaining the views on transformational leadership style, healthy thinking, and the relationship between transformational leadership style and leadership thinking, and at the same time points out the current status of transformational leadership style, transformational leadership, leadership thinking as well as this relationship in practice among the leaders of provincial agencies in Vietnam. Descriptive, inductive, deductive, synthetic, and quantitative statistical methods were applied to interpret the results. Findings: Research results show that transformational leadership style, leadership thinking in the team of leaders of provincial agencies is quite average, there is a strong positive correlation between transformational leadership style. In contrast to leadership thinking, a more transformative leadership style means that it requires an innovative leadership thinking. This article offers an overview of the congregational landscape of the United States using the 2020 Faith Communities Today national key-informant survey. Offering representative results from 15,278 congregations in over 80 different denominations and 4 religious traditions, the article describes the characteristics of the average American congregation as well as significant variations within the results. Overall, this picture is one of diminished health and gradual decline. Following this summary picture, several key trends, including size disparities, aging memberships, generational changes, and a more diverse religious context, are discussed along with their implications for future congregational vitality. These trends further illustrate the challenges facing US faith communities presently. The article concludes with a focus on the most prominent characteristics of those faith communities within the survey that are spiritually vital and growing to highlight possible avenues of revitalization for the country's congregations. These results suggest that congregations need a combination of innovative leadership, a clear sense of mission and purpose, passionate and relevant worship, and an engaged membership willing to adapt and change to address an ever-evolving social and religious context.

Through education, it is hoped that future generations will have the skills, talents, and attitudes of quality that can respond to competition in the age of globalization. In order to increase the quality of learning, the innovative leadership of school principals has a significant role to play.The goal of this study was to explain the principal's vision of improving the standard of learning and the barriers to visionary leadership at SMA Negeri 1 BabatSupat. In this research, through questionnaire, evaluation and observation, using qualitative approaches and data collection techniques. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and vehicle analysis in this research Conclusion or verification. The authenticity of creditable, transferable, defensible and verifiable data the findings showed that : (1) The principal's vision of enhancing the standard of learning at SMA Negeri 1 BabatSupat is to realize: "The realization of Indonesian people with character, achievement, competitive and friendly insight" (2) Students succeed in academic and non-academic fields through the vision introduced by the principal. (3) The quality of learning through the leadership vision of the principal has guided school staff, especially educators, in the preparation of lesson plans according to the 2013 curriculum and the implementation of learning as a learning resource using current learning media in schools.(4) The challenges faced by the innovative leadership of the principal in enhancing the quality of learning in terms of the quality of teachers in learning are as follows: (1) lack of facilities for learning services that teachers can use in schools; (2) there are still some teachers who do not have teacher certificates, i.e. as many as 6 PNS teachers out of 17 current PNS teachers.

Leadership and followership development are increasingly recognized as important in all fields of the workforce. The Innovative Leadership Model helps leaders increase self-understanding and optimize the performance of organizations by focusing on Leader Type, Developmental Perspective, Resilience, Situational Analysis, and Leadership Behaviors and Mindsets. The Leader-Follower Framework identifies key elements – Character, Competence, Communication, Context – to guide the development of individual leaders and followers across four psychosocial levels – Personal, Interpersonal, Team, Organizational. Each of these approaches has value and has been applied in various settings and contexts. The present chapter offers a new insight relevant to leadership by combining these two perspectives and their component elements. Understanding and developing each of these elements will optimize effective leadership and followership in a wide range of situations and settings.
