Learning or material on processing waste to produce electricity is needed because demand for electricity increases, while uncontrolled trash. Uncontrolled increase in litter causes uncontrolled pollution in the air anyway. Coupled with the fossil fuel emissions that are contributing to pollution and environmental pollution are greatest. Processing environmentally friendly fuels such as waste must be developed. Learning about the waste that exists today only still lacking and is still text-based or in book form. This leads to a lack of public interest to learn the material on waste management. The existence of this application, a solution to these problems. This application is designed in the form of exciting multimedia learning so as to increase public interest in the field of waste management. In addition in the form of multimedia, this application is also easy to operate, because the location and navigation menu uncomplicated. Waste processing in this application refers to the existing landfill gas systems in Power Plant Waste (PLTSa) Bantargebang.

This study aims to produce cooling system learning media in an easy way to operate and suitable to be used in teaching and learning activities. This type of research was Research and Development with the procedure of developing the media through 10 stages. The technique of collecting data used the validation sheet. The data analysis technique used quantitative analysis. The result of the media expert validation shows that the flash-based cooling system learning media is feasible with an average of 96.4% which included three aspects of assessment, namely: aspects of media display, use of images, sound and evaluation questions, and navigation systems. The result of the material expert validation showed that the learning media of flash-based engineering images was very feasible with the average of 85.4% which included three aspect of assessment, namely: aspects of material relevance, an aspect of learning materials content, and aspect of multimedia ease of operation. The results of user evaluations indicate that flash-based cooling system learning media was very feasible, with the percentage of 84.5% in small group trials and 82.6 in large group trials covering 5 aspects, namely: an aspect of material relevance, a content of learning materials, convenience operation, navigation menu, and system display design.

This technique is also the most significant financial performance indicator, which can assist the companies to monitor and control their expenses related the quality of products and services during production process, in order to ensure that the firm is able to satisfy the requirements of the customers. Accordingly, the adoption of this method can cause that the companies save money and being more competitive in the market. However, the main purpose of this paper was to explore and discuss regarding the aspects of this TQM tool, and how it can detect unnecessary costs and maintain good quality for products and services with an aim to attain highest level of customer satisfaction in the organizations.

This chapter discusses the main challenges addressed within the fields of Web information extraction and Web page understanding and considers different utilized Web page representations. A configurable Java-based framework for implementing effective methods for Web Page Processing (WPP) called WPPS is presented as the result of this analysis. WPPS leverages a Unified Ontological Model (UOM) of Web pages that describes their different aspects, such as layout, visual features, interface, DOM tree, and the logical structure in the form of one consistent model. The UOM is a formalization of certain layers of a Web page conceptualization defined in the chapter. A WPPS API provided for the development of WPP methods makes it possible to combine the declarative approach, represented by the set of inference rules and SPARQL queries, with the object-oriented approach. The framework is illustrated with one example scenario related to the identification of a Web page navigation menu.

This study explored the effect of scroll bar and navigation menu co-location on web performance. Participants interacted with fictitious web sites that co-located the menu and scroll bar, or placed them opposite one another. We did not find support for the hypothesis that menu and scroll bar co-location would result in improved menu navigation performance. However, participants indicated a preference for co-location and found it easier and faster to use than non-co-location. The results show a strong advantage for the conventional right-side placement of the scroll bar and a potential benefit for the unconventional right-side placement of the menu.
