Bioelectricity occurs inside a living organism. It is nature through which living beings survive. It is a phenomenon through which organisms live and is also parallel to electrophysiology. Bioelectric potentials are generated by many biological processes. Bioelectric potentials are very like electrical potentials, which are generated by batteries. The bioelectric potential in a cell membrane has a potential of about 500 milli volts. Cells use their potential to control metabolic processes. But some cells use them differently for psychological functions. Cells allow the potential to be between inside and outside to discharge current to the nerves. The transportation of sodium ions is also involved in production of action potential, the ancient Indian vedic yajna, mantra, and meditation science has been proved effective to increase this bioelectricity. In this manuscript, the authors examined the different energy distribution of subjects on different organs.

The results of the development of an experimental plant-microbial fuel cell (PMFC) construction are presented. It is based on cultivation by the panoponics method and aimed at the joint production of electricity and plant products. The value of bioelectric potentials (BEP) is ~ 100 mV when it is generated in a multi-day mode using a vegetable culture of lettuce. The importance of providing surface electrical contact of roots with electrodes is shown. It is noted that both redox reactions in the nutrient solution and the root system of plants can act as an electromotive force (EMF). It is shown that creating a battery based on the constructed PMFCs, leading to the summation of electrical parameters for a long period (more than 3 days), is possible only in the case of uniformity of the elements included in the electric circuit.

Bronchial asthma is a classic, antigen-specific disease, the formation of which is crucial reagin-dependent type of allergic reaction. However, the interaction of changes in the immune status and bioelectrical activity of the brain in patients with bronchial asthma is currently insufficiently covered. The paper analyzes the interdependence between changes in the immunological reactivity and bioelectric activity of the brain in patients with bronchial asthma. Changes in the immune state during bronchial asthma led to the development of hypoxia, which had a significant impact on the bioelectric potentials of the brain, manifested in the predominance of the alpha rhythm, left hemispheric dominance of alpha power in the anterior temporal leads.

AbstractA system for the noninvasive measurement of bioelectric potentials in the soil–plant system, which is based on a new—and harmless to plants—method ensuring the surface contact of the root system with electrodes, is developed and tested with the use of the Chlorophytum comosum perennial grassy plant. It is shown that the irrigation of the plant from the top after exposure to water-scarce conditions causes a jump in the bioelectric potential at the level of 200–250 mV for about 300 s with subsequent reaching of a plateau corresponding to the physiological state of the plant. At the same time, the diffusion of water from below leads to a smooth change in the bioelectric potential upon reaching the same level. It is shown that invasive insertion of an electrode leads to nonmonotonic and descending time dependences of the bioelectric potential, which are probably a response of the living system to damage.

Aim. This research was designed to study the functional state of masseters in patients with hypermobility of heads of the mandible by the traditional treatment and using transcranial electrostimulation.Materials and methods. There was conducted the examination and treatment of 80 patients with hypermobility of heads of the mandible. All patients were divided into two groups: the 1st group (n=20) received standard treatment, the second group (n=60) received traditional treatment with the inclusion of myogymnastics, massage in the temporomandibular joint area, transcranial electrostimulation, use of the apparatus of A. Sidorenko that limits the movement of the lower jaw. The control group included 10 volunteers without the pathology in the temporomandibular joint. The masseters were studied by an electromyography method before the treatment, in 1 month and in 6 months after the treatment using the computer and Miokom electromyograph. The obtained results were processed with use of the "Statistica Statsoft" program version 6.1 and "Microsoft Excel 2010".Results. The analysis of the amplitude of bioelectric potentials of the masseters made it possible to establish that when using transcranial electrostimulation and the proposed intraoral apparatus of Sidorenko AN, limiting the amplitude of mouth opening, in 6 months after the end of the treatment in patients with hypermobility of the lower jaw the increased bioelectrical activity of the masseters in the state of relative physiological dormancy disappeared, the amplitude of their contractions (93.2%) normalized.Conclusion. The results of the electromyographic study of temporal and masseter muscles made it possible to conclude that use of the transcranial electrostimulation and the intraoral apparatus of Sidorenko AN, limiting the movement of the lower jaw, has a positive effect on the functional state of the muscular apparatus in patients with hypermobility of the mandible heads. In the state of relative physiological dormancy the bioelectric potentials of the temporal and masseter muscles decrease, the amplitude of the bioelectric potentials while chewing and maximum compression of the jaws increases.
