Swift and diligent resilience response is mandatory in sustainable geo-distributed ecosystems. The real-time geo-spatial resilience requires agility in millions of parallel and distributed data processing tasks on data acquired from regional condition monitoring(RCM) systems. These tasks include expiditous resolution of complex sustainability conflict sets, promptly anomalies characterization in chaos sets, and resilience response uniqueness. This work is an archetype of a paragon geo-resilience support system(GRSS) for regional sustainability using a novel melioration in DADO production machine. The proposed expert system capitalized the synergic strengths of RETE, TREAT, LEAPS and GATOR networks was designed and implemented as a synthetic DADO machine(SDM). The generic architecture of DADO machine was improved in this work by enrichment in rule set conditions and solution set for regional scale resilience rule set conditions. The condition left-hand side(LHS) X equal to the solution set 2X for right-hand side (RHS) was the goal achieved by working memory(WM) optimization and conflict resolution strategy(CRS) in alpha and beta networks rules. A round-trip time of 80.2 seconds for first event response set using 1492 segment size and sequence number 360,000 with maximum packets at a single geospatial structure was 21 packets/sec was a noticeable landmark in this work. LEAPS and Concurrent-read algorithm for GATOR cluster networks in the proposed synthetic DADO machine architecture was the overall implementation that enabled urban scale resilient system practically possible on physical SHM deployment.

This article talks about the factors which background overshadow divorce to sue from woman party, as it’s his weak indication is the development of family resilience, because husband still pretends it’s 'superior' and incoming wife in faction 'interior' cultural effect of patriarchy which symptom still in Subdistrict Sambas. Besides culture patriarchy, other dissimilar factors as height impeller mount the divorce of because of often the happening of hardness in domestic conducted by husband to wife, 'insincerity' husband to wife in the form of insincerity with the woman of is other dissimilar, economic limitation of family, the increase of knowledge and wife education in the case of comprehending conjugal right, that wife also have the rights to raise the divorce is so-called divorced sue. Research invention found, height of divorce number in pure Subdistrict Sambas as indication from wife reaction, because feeling do not hold up again to behavior digress the husband till action divorce to sue raised by wife of through Office of Religion Business to be recommended to Religion Justice (RJ) as final decision taker is later then released a Divorce Deed of through whole procedure which has been specified. height of divorce Number in Subdistrict Sambas is in fact assessed unique enough, because this subdistrict known as region girding predicate as industrial area or metropolis, but social change of existing society exactly inversely proportional from regional condition in fact, by showing lifestyle "hedonist" as its strength indication is influence of effect of availability various existing facility, among other things in the form of domestic port as instrument go out entry of external society and place with which is very often misused in Subdistrict Sambas.

The method of the computing experiment investigates the task about fluctuations of the elliptic membrane with the regional condition of Neumann. It is shown that on the grid 40×61 it is possible to define up to 50 eigenvalues with several right significant figures for eccentricity e = 0.99999.

AbstractSubstantial individual differences exist in regard to type and amount of experience with variable speech resulting from foreign or regional accents. Whereas prior experience helps with processing familiar accents, research on how experience with accented speech affects processing of unfamiliar accents is inconclusive, ranging from perceptual benefits to processing disadvantages. We examined how experience with accented speech modulates mono- and bilingual children's (mean age: 9;10) ease of speech comprehension for two unfamiliar accents in German, one foreign and one regional. More experience with regional accents helped children repeat sentences correctly in the regional condition and in the standard condition. More experience with foreign accents did not help in either accent condition. The results suggest that type and amount of accent experience co-determine processing ease of accented speech.

Palavras–chave: cidade média, rede urbana, centralidade, região, Nordeste do Pará.

Abstract

The city of Bragança plays important roles in the urban network of the Northeast of Paraense, however, the definition of its regional condition is not a simple task. In this context, the central question of this article is thus delimited: what is the importance of the city of Bragança in the urban network of the Northeast of Paraense and how do they delineate the particularities of its regional insertion? Through documentary surveys, fieldwork, and using the notion of the average city as a strategy to reflect on the regional roles of Bragança, it was found that the city presents significant importance in the supply of commerce and services to a reasonably wide area. However, it has a decrease in its regional importance in relation to other periods of its history, besides counting in the present time with the competition of the cities of Castanhal and Capanema in the offer of services in the Northeast of Pará. Therefore, the term 'medium sized city of historical importance' is the one that best reflects the particularities of its regional roles.

Keywords: medium-size city, urban network, centrality, region, Northeast of Pará.

Education decentralization means that the delegation of powers and wider authority to the regions in planning and making their own decisions in addressing the problems faced in the field of education.Education decentralization provides the authority to school as known as education autonomy. That authority gives the wider space to the school in managing natural and human resources based on the regional potential. Education autonomy does not stop at the local district / city level but to the level of the school as the spearhead of education. The transfer of authority at the school level can help the school in making expansion program direction based on the regional condition and potential.
