AbstractThe challenge for TCL lies in balancing the five interests associated with commodity activity—control, participation, preservation, development, and economic gain. Whereas our account of the application of TCL within the commodity governance matrix above has demonstrated which of these objectives the individual norm subsets are seeking to foster primarily, the subsequent assessment will focus on the balancing quality of TCL. Where it strikes a balance, it can be deemed to be effective in ensuring a functional commodity sector.

The results of the research allow quantifying the degree of correspondence of the upper den-tal arch and its segments from the individual norm corresponding to the size of the figure area enclosed between the curve passing along the outer equator of the dental crowns on the model and the individual normal shape of the patient's dental arch on the stencil.

The screening method for determination of individual norm of IOP proved the efficiency for early glaucoma diagnosis and for the treatment and monitoring of a disease. Purpose: definition of compliance of IOP to individual norm or tolerant IOP (TIOP) in different age groups Patients and methods. 4212 women (65.6%) and 2205 men (34.4%) aged from 22 up to 80 years participated in a research. In total 12820 examinations were analyzed. At each patient the result of compliance of settlement TIOP to the available real oftalmotonus was estimated. Patients with excess of an oftalmotonus concerning TVGD up to 15% were carried to group with low risk of disease developing, with excess from 15 to 25% — with average risk, by more than 25% — with high risk of glaucoma development. All patients were divided into 3 groups depending on age: younger 40 years, with average age of 35 years (620 eyes); from 40 to 60 years, with middle age 54 years (2724 eyes); 60 years, with middle age are more senior 73 years. Results. The regularity consisting in decrease in an indicator of lack of risk of glaucoma with age and in increase in high risk of a disease in the senior age groups was revealed. For patients who entered into risk group, morfofunctional monitoring for the glaucoma exception, dynamic observation with the subsequent analysis of the received results through certain time was recommended. The obtained data confirm decrease in hemodynamic parameters of eyes with increase in age, and assessment of indicators of microcirculation of an eye with calculation of TIOP can be one of important diagnostic criteria for glaucoma diagnostics and monitoring.

Purpose: the definition of criteria of anassessment of specific features of physical development and adequate to it norms of the motive activity. Material and Methods: the analytical synthesis of data of literature, clinical anthropometry of the investigated contingent, the use of sign semantic spaces, methods of an assessment of a biological age. Results: the nature of creation of standards is considered for a control of the level of physical development and an assessment of physical fitness of students. Conclusions: the organization of classes by physical training in HEI has to be based on the accounting of individual physical development, the available level of physical fitness and the current physical state. The implementation of these requirements provides for the mandatory condition for the monitoring of physical development, physical fitness, physical condition; screening monitoring with prolonged supervision for each student, which will allow to establish the biological age and features of its course, which determine the individual norm of physical development, physical fitness and physical condition.

Purpose: to evaluate the relationship between the functional state of the accommodative eye apparatus according to the data of accomodography and the increase of the ophthalmotonus in patients with myopia.Patients and methods. There were 74 patients with myopia (148 eyes) from 6 to 17 years old. The mean age of the examined subjects was 12.7 ± 0.32 years. Low myopia was detected in 37 persons (73 eyes), medium myopia — in 23 persons (46 eyes) and high myopia — in 15 persons (29 eyes). Progressive myopia was detected in 110 eyes (74.3%), stationary — 38 eyes (25.7%). Constantly redundant tension of accommodation (CRTA) was found in patients on 134 eyes (90.5%).Results. In 53% patients with progressive myopia (58 eyes) the cornea-compensated intraocular pressure (P0CC) was within the limits of the upper individual norm — from 18 to 21 mm Hg or higher. In progressive myopia with combination of accommodation weakness, CRTA and an increase of IOP up to the range of upper norm limits occurs in 4.8 times more often than with stationary myopia (t = 4.7, p < 0.05).Сonclusions. It is necessary to measure intraocular pressure in patients with myopia taking into account the biomechanical properties of the sclera in case of accomodation arrors in the form of a combination of accommodation weakness and CRTA. The combination of accommodation weakness, CRTA and elevated IOP (upper-range) indicates the progression of myopia.

Neurophysiological study of rotator cuff functions (m. biceps brachii, m. triceps, m. deltoideus dex. et sin.) and its innervation in patients with monolateral old fractures and fracture-dislocations of the proximal humerus are presented. Period after trauma was an average of one year. Significant neuritis of n. axillars and n. musculocutaneus were revealed on the traumatic side. Lowering of M-answers in comparison with individual norm was at 48,5% for n. axillaris, 59% - for n. musculocutaneus, 68% - for n. radialis. Strong degree of n. axillaris damage (M-answer 30% below normal) was observed in 39% of patients, that is more often than neuritis of other plexus nerves: similar effect on n. musculocutaneus was two times more often (18% of cases) and 8 times more often than еffect on n.radialis (5% of cases). An in-depth study of the functions of the anterior, middle and posterior parts of the deltoid muscle was carried out in these patients on both sides. Interferencial electromyography demonstrated significant irregularity of bioelectrical activity of different deltoid parts. Stimulating electromyography of m. deltoideus parts innervation recorded reduced activity of the front part of the muscle, caused by weak innervations of its n. axillaris branch in comparison with the norm. Reliable distinctions in function and innervation of deltoid parts were found between each other as well as between intact and damaged sides. The recommendation to carry out electromyography of each part of deltoid was substantiated for patients with complex old fractures of proximal humerus before reconstruction surgeries or shoulder arthroplasty.

The paper defines the green education imperative as a normative proposition that expresses a fundamental norm – sustainable development. The proposition combines directions for action, i.e. the right to receive environmental training and education and the duty to provide it, with a specific situation, resulting in an individual norm-based assessment. The imperative has two main interpretations: The strong version, which in its strongest form consists of binding norms that guarantee definitive subjective rights to ecological and sustainable training and education services and an obligation to provide them. The weak version signifies that students have a moral or non-mandatory right to receive environmental training and education, which is not related to any particular institution in any particular professional context at any particular point in time.
