Purpose of this research is to know influence of learning independence on student mathematic study result in VIII grade in SMP Negeri 9 Mataram academic year 2020/2021. Types of research is Causal comparative Quantitative research or ex-post facto. The sample was selected using simple random sampling technique, obtained 39 students were taken 4 or 5 students from each class randomly spread over 8 classes in class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Mataram. Data collection in this study was carried out by providing a learning independence questionnaire in the research sample and documentation of mid-semester test scores obtained from mathematics subject teachers. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between learning independence and learning result, namely α = 0.610. With the other catalyst, the correlation was in the strong category. The amount of the contribution of learning independence to the mathematics learning result of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 9 Mataram academic year 2020/2021 is 37.20% and this is quite significant at the 0.05 significant level. This result can also be shown by the regression equation Y = 19.187 + 0.523X where Y is the learning independence and X is the result of learning mathematics.

Abstract: The Using Inquiry Methods in Increasing Result of Mathematic Study in five grade of Islamic Junior High School. The purpose of this research were (1) to describe steps of inquiry method in increasing result of mathematic study in five grade of Elementary School, (2) identify constraints and solutions using inquiry methods in increasing result of mathematic study in five grade of state elementary school. This research is classroom action research (CAR) conducted in three cycles, each cycle includes the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data were analysis using Miles and Huberman interactive model consist of three components are: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that (1) the steps of inquiry method can be run apropriate to the scenario, (2) the using inquiry method can increasing result of mathematic study in five grade of Elementary School. Increasing result of mathematic study from pre-test were 40%, in the first cycle were 60%, in the second cycle were 73% and the third cycle increase until 80%

This study aims to: 1) know the achievement of problem-solving abilities and mathematical disposition of students, 2) the interaction between the learning model and the level of students' abilities to the achievement of problem-solving abilities and mathematical dispositions and 3) the association of problem ability and mathematical disposition students. This research uses the quantitative approach with the experimental method. The instrument used is a type of description test. Data analysis was done quantitatively by using t-test and two-track ANOVA test. The result of this research concludes that the achievement of problem-solving ability and mathematical disposition of students who gain learning with method Improve is better than students who get conventional learning either reviewed based on the whole students and based on students' early math ability. There is no interaction between learning method factors and the level of students' early mathematical ability toward the achievement of mathematical problem-solving abilities. There is no interaction between the learning method and the students' early mathematical ability towards achieving mathematical disposition abilities. Students have a positive attitude towards the learning of mathematics and Improve Method.

<p>The goal of this research are for knowing the together effect of the numeric <br />ability and the study method to the result of mathematic study, the effect of the numeric ability to the result of mathematic study and the effect of the study method to the result of mathematic study (survey at SMAI Al-Azhar, South of Jakarta). The population is the tenth class (Senior High School) which is ammount 191 students and chosen 96 students as sample by random method. The collection of data takes by writing test of the numeric ability, scatter questions of the study method and collects data the rapor value of mathematic study in odd semester. The test of data process by using regression of SPSS-<br />20 computer programme. The result from this research gets the linier regression Y = 77,047 – 0,009 X1 – 0,101 X2, it means no together significant effect between the numeric ability and the method study to the result of mathematic study. The numeric ability and the study method no properly to use for predicting the result of mathematic study. <br /> <br /><br /></p>
