A nonlinear ARDL model is employed to investigate the asymmetric drivers of non-oil trade in services between Nigeria and Netherlands. A significant number of past studies have concentrated their attention on the elasticity of trade in services to real exchange rates and income as well as on non-oil export, total export trade or import, yet none have delve into asymmetric relationship. This study aims to fills this void. Our result shows that the effects of exchange rate variations have both positive and negative displays with more negative asymmetry. This provides further insights in the nature of service asymmetries. (JEL Codes: C22, D43, E31, L71, Q41) Keywords: asymmetric cointegration, exchange rate adjustment, disaggregated, services

This study aims to compare the income tax payable and income tax 25 due to the adjustment of the corporate income tax rate payable on CV KP which is a corporate taxpayer affected by the Covid-19 pandemic who undergoes the adjustment of the corporate income tax rate based on PERPPU No. 1 of 2020. The data collection technique used was documentation technique with comparative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that a 22% rate adjustment application result in relief of IDR 27.419.811,00 obtained by CV KP. The amount of income tax 25 by a 22% rate application and tax incentives in 2020 is IDR 15,266,362.00 for the April-June and the July-December is IDR 10,904,544.00, and income tax 25 in 2021 obtained relief of IDR 7. 739,900.00 for the period from April to June while the period from July to December returned to Rp. 15,479,801.00. CV KP should be able to save cash dibursement in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic to maximize the rate adjustment so that it does not cause a large overpayment. Thus, CV KP should make a separate calculation in determining the amount of income tax 25 by a 20% rate for the current year 2022.

Objectives: With the vigorous development of China’s sports industry, sports industry has displayed its own sports spirit on the world stage, especially in the speed skating sports. Methods: The combination of sports biomechanics and speed skating training not only helps to improve our speed skating level, but also helps to inherit the tradition of combining sports theory and practice in our country. Results: The speed skating technique based on sports biomechanics can use the knowledge of biomechanics to combine speed skating with mechanical system better. Conclusion: The high-speed camera can be used to collect the players’ training, and the frame rate adjustment function of the computer can be used for frame by frame analysis to ensure the posture correctness of the speed skaters.

Aonidiella aurantii is one of the most damaging armored scales in citrus crops worldwide. To control this pest, high water volume rates are conventionally used. In order to rationalize the pesticide applications in citrus, IVIA developed CitrusVol, a tool that recommends the optimal volume rate based on the vegetation, the pest or disease and the active ingredient. In this study the objectives were: (i) validate CitrusVol as a tool to adjust the spray volume to control A. aurantii and (ii) quantify its environmental and economical advantages. For this, the spray volume adjusted with CitrusVol was compared with the one conventionally used by farmers in 18 applications in seven orchards during two years. The following parameters were evaluated: (i) spray distribution in the canopy, (ii) A. aurantii males trapped per day, and (iii) number of scales per fruit at harvest. CitrusVol reduced the spray volume and the amount of pesticide by 35% on average. Despite this reduction, a satisfactory spray distribution was achieved, and the volume was found to control the pest in a comparable way to the conventional volume. Moreover, CitrusVol saved per application and on average 31.25 h/100 ha of spray operating time, 241.83 L/100 ha of fuel consumption and consequently, the reduction of emissions of CO2 was 631.18 kg/100 ha. Therefore, CitrusVol allows for efficient, low-input and low-impact pesticide applications.

This work describes the concentration of iron ore slimes on a pilot scale by using a 500-mm diameter flotation column and a novel collector, which renders the use of a depressant unnecessary. The pilot column was operated in series with the industrial plant Vargem Grande 2 (Iron Quadrangle, Brazil) receiving, as feed, part of the underflow from the desliming thickener. These pilot tests represented only the rougher stage of a flotation circuit. The novel collector used was an amidoamine (average collector dosage of 160 g/t), and the tests were carried out in the absence of starch, at pH 10.5 and with bubbles/microbubbles generated by cavitation tube. It was possible to achieve a concentrate, by reverse flotation, with an average iron content of 53% and an average metallurgical recovery of 91.5% The recovery of the silica in the froth was 53.1% in average for one stage of flotation. The high variability of the slime characteristics rendered difficult the stabilization of the SiO2 recovery; however, the applicability of the amidoamine collector was proven. In an industrial scale circuit, the use of online analyzers for Fe and SiO2 content and the adoption of control logics based on the adjustment of parameters such as reagents dosage and washing water flow rate adjustment should contribute to the optimization of the results obtained in the pilot scale tests. Further studies adding a cleaner concentration stage should be performed.
